Parking was easy, greeted with a warm smile, building was stunning and our hotel room was beautiful, very good value for money. So glad we booked the restaurant as even though it was pricey the food was delicious, well worth it

Literally the only issue we had was our room was facing the high street above the outside drinking area of the pub on a very hot night so we werent able to close the windows and didn't get to sleep until midnight. Not really anyone's fault but if we stayed in the future we would probably request a different room

Loved the style of the place. The room was absolutely charming, perfect for a couple with a dog. Lovely comfortable bed. The extra little touches like the pillow spray, fine teas, coffees and biscuits made the room special. The staff were unifomly pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return.

I thought the restaurant was quite expensive for the quality of the cooking. It was very hit and miss. The lamb was perfect but the crab linguine were over-seasoned. Similarly the breakfast: The bacon was incinerated not cooked. Also the buffet was depleted to say the very least.

Had a great stay at the Bel and Dragon. We stayed in the family room which was great for us. The bunk beds are in a separate area of the bedroom so once the children were asleep we were still able to have lights on and watch TV in the part of the room without waking them.  The staff were fantastic with a special shout out to Anya who greeted us every morning for breakfast and was really attentive and made us feel welcome.  Our little one has a milk allergy and they were able to cater well for him and offer alternative milk etc easily which made our stay so much easier.  We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

The only thing I would point out is the family room is on the front of the building. This is on the main road so you can hear everyone who walks past but it's a relatively quiet street so it didn't affect us .

Very stylish and beautifully designed. The staff were helpful and everything was ‘nice’. Good tea bags, good toiletries, everything you could need in the room, including radio playing chilled tunes and a little drink on the house in the room. The brekkie was superb.

The only small thing I can think of was that the milk jug at breakfast was a bit dirty inside like it had been emptied and rinsed over and over but not properly washed.

Breakfast lovely and a great start to our day. Location was in middle of Odiham, great for driving surrounding areas. Staff very friendly. We stayed in the family room which had bunk beds for my two children. Low ceilings, wooden joists, different levels to the flooring, all made us appreciate the historic building we were staying in. Would definitely stay here again.

A little noisy when staying in room at the front of the hotel as two pubs had late night patrons who hung out outside. Still able to sleep ok though.

Lovely staff, good restaurant and historic pub for evening drinks. Good food in restaurant - though so dark I couldn't distinguish much on my plate! Odiham is very nice.

It's tired in places but I understand it's about to have a refit. My colleagues were in rooms outside and both were disturbed people above/ below them - snoring, bath running and 6am, pacing the floor. I don't think it's a place for a quiet getaway.

Location and the room was good. Great service on arrival.

Difference of breakfast between Sunday and Monday was varied. Received the menu on Sunday, ordered, only to be told no Salmon for Salmon Royale. We did get it in the end when they saw how disappointed we were. No butter out, when it came it was solid, both days. No jams etc on the table, salt pot empty. Sunday staff just seemed totally uninterested. Monday staff were good, but same stuff missing from the tables. Ordered soft poached eggs. Waited to tell someone, no one around to rectify a simple issue. Left them in the end.

A very well appointed place to stay - recently refurbished to a very high standard. Staff so very welcoming. Would highly recommend.

The only issue was we were woken up to some very nice music in the bar area below our room at 7.30am. Whilst it was a well timed wake up call for ourselves the hotel may want to consider delaying music time to later in the morning below the main hotel rooms!

The hotel is very old with quirks you would expect, steep stairs and uneven floors, that add to its charm. Our room (Oriana) was well decorated and clean , with a large bathroom and a comfortable ( if a little firm) bed. There was great attention to detail with excellent toiletries, fresh milk for tea and coffee in individual mini milk bottles.

The breakfast experience needs reviewing; A separate knife for butter and jam would be good, change the egg supplier for a higher quality, more vibrant egg....and, as a matter of taste, add some colour to the sausages!! Small things, but they make a difference.

Cannot think of anything really but if I was having to say anything it would be the the lighting in the main bedroom
