The breakfast was great, all the staff were friendly, especially Jawed who took time to have conversations with the guests, the Manager Robert was also exceptional, he broadcast on social media that one of the cleaners had found a lost phone, I was grateful to get it back via notification of family in the neighborhood, Roberts effort went beyond just keeping it in lost and found

The 100 pound fine for parking because you cant check your car in for more than 7 days at a time, one has to remember every week and the screen was faulty at one point defaulting to only 5 days, this is not a customer friendly system.

A huge selection all very tasty and cooked items were very nice. One of my daughters is vegan and one celiac and both were cooked sausages to suit. Both of my grandchildren had cereals fruit and muffins both 19 months old. Coffee tea fruit juices couldnt ask for more. Staff were amazing set up tables so we could all sit together with 2 high chairs.

Car park was very full when we arrived after the wedding we attended but we parked in the electric charging spaces as both of us had blue badges and some cars that were parked in the blue badge spaces didn’t have blue badges. We told reception when we went in and they said it was fine to park there. Maybe more monitoring of the blue badge spaces would help.

The location was very central. The hotel was new. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff were very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the room was dark. We slept very well. We are very experienced worldwide travellers, and I would say that this is the best hotel I have stayed in for price quality in the UK (probably because it is new). Parking is found up the alley to the left of the hotel.

The directions to the free parking could have been explained in the "important information" section of the hotel description. The room heating control needs instructions (the on/off button on the small panel is an "invisible" white button on the top of the white surround of the monitor - it needs to be on to work the heating, even if you can adjust the controls settings when off)

I have now stayed here for 18 months or more every couple of months. Enjoy the location, the pleasant staff and the general quality of this hotel. It is not luxurious but maintains a high standard of something more than basic accommodation

I get very annoyed with the curly cable on the hair dryer! I need to use a mirror to dry my hair and there is never ( or rarely) a convenient socket to plug it in where it stretches sufficiently to do the job comfortably.

A spotlessly clean and comfortable room with nice touches like an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and creative bedside lighting. Central with free parking for guests and many bars, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. Despite this, once in the room, there was no outside noise. The breakfast area was thoughtfully designed with plenty of seating options, charging points for devices and a small bar area for the evening. A few food options for the evening, all of which sounded good but with so many restaurants to choose from, were not sampled. Breakfast was standard fare with plenty of options. Fleet is well connected for many theme parks and other historical and beautiful places to visit with Windsor a 40 min drive and London under an hour on the train.

Nothing really, I couldn't fault this place.

We were treated with utmost kindness and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

There was only one table assigned for disabled guests in the dining area and it needed to have a card on the table to make able-bodied guests aware it was for disabled guests. There was a sign on the wall which wasn't noticeable enough to stop able-bodied guests occupying the table sadly.

Very clean room, interesting use of space. Good parking, I was able to park under cover, a bonus. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, always polite and checking that we were sorted. Breakfast area clean, food was good. Also gave us a voucher for the Gulshan indian restaurant which had amazing food.

No fried or poached eggs!

Comfortable, quiet and well-appointed rooms; friendly and attentive staff

One unforced error when the hotel posted an announcement on TVs that there would be a fire alarm test at 12:00pm, but then initiated it at 09:30 am prompting a guest evacuation. As most guests exited to car park via the rear fire escape, staff were unaware of the evacuation. They later discovered that an alarm engineer was running tests and 'thought he'd set the alarm to silent' but he'd only silenced the ground floor - so the alarm was ringing on all guest floors.

Your hotel was fantastic, I will book again when visiting the area, I will make some points below to help sharpen what was a great stay.

1. Two wash basin in bathroom, great, you could add a small mirror and wash bag shelf to the small basin. 2. Better the reception reference '0' in lift to 'G'. Makes sense.

This hotel was really clean and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and gave me great advice re dining options in the area. It was a very hot day and grabbed a draft beer from the hotel bar and took my dinner to my room(spoiler alert, I only got pizza). The bed was beautifully comfy, and the air conditioning nice and cold. I was jet lagged from my flight and fell asleep early, undisturbed through the night. I got up early to have breakfast before going home, and whilst the dining room was full, the buffet was well maintained and the coffee delicious. The staff moved about quietly and again, were very respectful and helpful. A surprising stay, but now it’s somewhere I would stay again when traveling.

This isn’t a dislike per se, just something to look out for- The property has a large carpark with front and rear entrances but neither were clear to me. I drove the block a few times before locating the rear driveway, and then had to walk around to the front of the building to access. I probably would’ve noticed better if I wasn’t so hot and tired and the traffic lighter, so accept that’s probably on me.
