We stayed with 2 kids at the woodland lodge. We stayed in the hotel previously. Both are great experiences. Rooms in both felt great for kids, size is ok, plenty of things for kids. Could have been a bit cleaner. The woodlands is more outdoor focused, really enjoyed the outdoor play parks. The breakfast and restaurant is very child friendly, many facilities for kids and entertainment. Staff at hotel is very good! (and at the minigolf), they do make the experience that little bit special for the family.

This is a minor thing and linked with the resort itself, but staying at the hotel, it is advertised that you get early access to the park. But none of the rides are actually open before the normal access, so you end up going early to do nothing! Quite dissapointed with this, at least some rides should be open early, say 10%, otherwise you get nothing from the early access. It feels like dishonest advertising and I would really like the resort to have some rides open for early access.

It was a wonderful experience. The kids absolutely loved the room theme (pirate), the Lego play rooms and the restaurant. A lot of detail went into the hotel. It was also much more quiet than we had anticipated (after having read other reviews). I would definitely want to return one day - even as an adult, it was hugely entertaining! It's super that they allow you to take your own food and drink in, as kids these days have so many likes/dislikes, and there's nothing worse than being forced to feed your kids over-priced junk food which they don't even eat. I was also pleased to find the Lego in the on-site Lego stores were on-par (or cheaper!) than on online retailers like Amazon.

It is still quite pricey, at the end of the day.

The cabins in the Woodlands Village are amazing, and well thought out. We loved the playgrounds outside the cabins and the woodland Lego animals. The staff were amazing and so helpful. They went above and beyond to help us get a Mrs Fox for my grandson. I would like to suggest wagons on site to help with luggage from the car to the cabins as we had a 3 Yr old with special needs and a lot of luggage which took us a few trips back and forth.

There was a lack of staff in the clubhouse restaurant, and there was no one to clear up the tables. The staff that were there were working really hard.

Park and rooms were great, kids loved it. Guest services were fantastic!

Some of the ride operators were quite rude, I was told by one that I couldn’t use my sons ride access pass, she gave no assistance at all, ended up asking in the gift shop and they thankfully directed me to guest services. Restaurant service was terrible, took 20 mins for our drinks to be poured, I ended up getting up from the table to collect then myself because the staff were too busy chatting and was huffed at when I pointed out the pint of beer was only 2/3 full. The restaurant was empty so no excuse, they were just chatting behind the bar

A great place to bring young children, so many things to keep them occupied in the room and main parts of the hotel. Great that all the toilets in rooms and main areas had in built toddler seats which was really helpful for toilet training. Great choice at breakfast and could help yourself to drinks and continental breakfast as well as ordering cooked breakfast.

You had to pay £10 extra to use playroom downstairs if you just had a standard room, the standard rooms are still pricey so feel like it should be included for all guests. We did pay and our little boy loved it but didn’t think it was worth paying £10 extra, as he only got the chance to use it for an hour, If it was open in the morning we probably would have got some more use out of it. Food and drinks expensive, we spent £50 on a burger, pizza and two drinks in the skyline bar.

Rooms were too hot, even though the air conditioning was working and on the lowest setting (17 degrees). I’m assuming that the system is old and needs updating. With 4 persons in the room, and with the hot weather, the room was too hot for children to sleep. There was no mattress for the make-up cot, this is Legoland’s policy not to provide a mattress. The bunk beds have to guards to stop a young child rolling out of bed. You have to book everything in advance. Breakfast, lunch, and swimming. Make sure you do this to avoid either accommodating or disappointing the children.

Hotel was great, lovely treats for the kids and plenty for them to do. Great location and early entry to the park- although booking.com doesn’t tell you that. Shame the Lego play room has to be paid for Swimming pool was also great fun Free parking

Breakfast isn’t self serve, it’s manic and wait times are shocking. So much so we weren’t able to get back in our room for check out. Just to forewarn others to book breakfast early, it took us over 40 minutes for ours to come out after waiting 15 minutes what we wanted.

Right next to the park loads for the kids to do Loved the Lego themed lodge… The night light in the kids bedroom was a nice touch and the restaurant was great with a massive play park for the kids to play while you relax.

Right under Heathrow airport flight path so a bit noisy but great if you like plane spotting. In the summer the light comes into your room very early in the morning so not great if you won’t a lie in

They went out of their way to ensure that we had the most enjoyable experience possible. It is evident that your team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about the happiness of your visitors. We were also impressed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the park. It was clear that great care and attention to detail were put into creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all. Not to mention the delicious food options that satisfied our cravings throughout the day. Location for park awesome, facilities good and play room amazing

Amazing facilities and location perfect my only issue is the price you charge during peak times is awful and if I paid the price for peak times you charge I would have been very disappointed…..also staff had no idea about evening entertainment which was advertised to start from 6pm and still at 7pm nothing and led us to miss the entertainment, staff should be aware of entertainment in hotel and times I did find this upsetting as my child had been really excited about this entertainment which sadly he missed
