This is an exceptional location. There is a large garden area to roam around in. Also, a beautiful main house with delicious food options. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are neat and tidy with a good balance between a modern feel and sustainability. Great location as well, next to the Thames and close to Marlow and Henley (two beautiful little towns next to the river). Also great place to just hop on your bike or go for a run, away from busy town centres.

It’s our second visit to Greenlands, excellent value for money, great location, situated 2miles outside Henley with lovely food Will definitely be going back for our 3rd visit

We had a wonderful stay at Greenlands. A lovely room: so comfortable and in beautiful surroundings! On reception, John gave us some interesting information about the history of Greenlands. ALL the staff were great: so obliging and helpful. The only slight disappointment was the breakfast buffet wasn’t quite up to standard. There was lots of variety but the hot breakfast, pre-cooked, was rather cold and some of the food didn’t benefit from being left out, uncovered. Don’t want to end on a negative note though. We loved our stay and will be back!

The location was a short drive to Henley town centre. The well kept grounds were fantastic and we enjoyed exploring the site, especially a walk beside the river. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, both hot and cold. The staff were friendly and helpful. During our two night stay we had one evening meal in the brasserie where we shared a tasty pizza along with a generous portion of chips, both at a reasonable price. The gym was very well equipped but we didn’t use it as we had a busy weekend with lots of walking ahead of us.

Menus in both brasserie and main restaurant could have offered a few more basic options. The online main dining room menu didn’t show any prices. Everything else was great.

Close to Henley and right on the River Thames. Comfortable and clean - nice breakfast with plenty of delicious fruit. Clean, modern rooms in the grounds of the historic Henley Business School grounds. Rooms well appointed - there was even an iron and ironing board in the room.

We had some plumbing problems and had to move rooms… we were there at the weekend and so housekeeping were not available. We moved rooms because the toilet didn’t flush properly and the second room we had also had problems with our shower temperature being hard to regulate. My father in another room couldn’t get the tap to be hot enough to shave. The rooms where breakfast was served were rather corporate and had low ceilings with no view. Luckily we were able to take our breakfast out onto the beautiful terrace but the route to get there from the buffet was tortuous to say the least!

Stunning location by a bend in the river and gorgeous grounds. A short drive into Henley. Lovely modern room. Clean, comfortable and east-to-use push button shower. Complimentary filtered water. Wonderful, warm, friendly staff especially the servers at breakfast who were all uber lovely! Good breakfast, all the essentials there - fruit, breads and pastries, hot cooked items

It is not a hotel! It is a business school located in a beautiful riverside traditional country manor with separate modern buildings housing the accommodation for attendees to the courses. It moonlights as a hotel and why not since it has all the facilities of a hotel but you will not get the hotel experience you would expect. The 'reception' is the business school front desk and is as corporate as it sounds. The rooms are lovely but have a very corporate feel as does the breakfast experience and the bar. We went on a Friday night and it was nearly empty and felt like a vacant office building when everyone has left for the weekend. But the cost for 2 rooms and breakfast was minimal and what with the stunning location and lovely staff we had no regrets staying there whatsoever.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Room spotless and comfortable. Staff friendly. I’d like to mention Arif at hotel reception who was helpful,had knowledge of local area and very welcoming. It was our second visit within two weeks. We plan to come back another time. Access to Henley Town centre can be a challenge for some without a car. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful within lovely grounds.

During this particular stay there was an only one towel in a room for two people. It appeared to be some time before a second got delivered.

A very nice welcome at reception, lovely comfortable accommodation, a nice big bathroom, and a fabulous shower, lived up to expectations, Breakfast was exceptional, and the restaurant is very good value with great service, The location is perfect for visiting Henley, and as the grounds face the Thames the location couldn't have been better for our visit, Room rate slightly inflated in line with the demand in the local area due to the Royal regatta but still very competitive compared to hotels a ten minute drive away.

Nothing, even the weather was perfect!

The grounds are stunning, you can take a lovely walk along paths around the grounds - this is the best bit of the hotel in my opinion. The room was modern and looked recently decorated. The reception staff member was so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely.

Not much - if I had to be picky, there was no air con in the room and in the middle of July it was a bit hot at times but there was a good fan provided. Some of the breakfast items ran out quickly and either took ages to be replaced (the eggs) or were not replaced (the pastries).
