This property was enjoyable because it was away from all of the hustle bustle of a busy town. It was relaxing. The grounds are beautiful. The staff were lovely and friendly.
The only thing that I would change about this property would be to upgrade their televisions with Amazon movies or Netflix or something rather than having a few channels with local rubbish on it. After a busy day of exploring visiting, it would have been nice to come back to your room relax and watch a good movie; unfortunately I couldn’t do that. Also, when I was booking this Hotel, on the webpage it said that there was a coffee machine and kettle in the rooms; there was a kettle. I was there a week and there was only two sashes of coffee in the room and a couple of teabags. I don’t drink tea. A mini fridge would also be quite good for their rooms, especially for people staying for a week or more.

The room was a great size and had everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms looked out over beautiful grounds. The hotel is clean and in good condition, and the staff were very helpful.
Whilst not directly an problem with the hotel, we did have an issue where through the night and early morning we could hear a couple shouting and screaming, which sounded quite serious and led us to report to reception. It turns out several guests had also complained about the noise and led to the couple being removed from the hotel. I wouldn't have included this normally, however, I was disappointed to see another guest review on booking for this hotel mentioning a similar incident.

Lovely big room, very clean. Nice staff. Location, perfect. My 3rd stay in a year and have booked for April and May..long weekends.
My room, 117, was lovely clean and spacious but it seemed to have other bedroom windows able to see into my room which made me a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast, bacon needs to be looked at. At breakfast both mornings, it was so overcooked it was tough as leather. Both mornings should have been a choice of 3 juices. Only two first morning and one second morning. I was an hour early for breakfast on Sunday arrived at 9 and was told all the croissants were gone. 😥

A lovely hotel with beautiful and extensive grounds. We had a ground floor room opening onto the garden with a table and chairs. The room was spacious and breakfast was freshly cooked to order and excellent.
Wi-Fi connection was terrible. We were also unprepared for the restaurant and facilities for room service to be unavailable on Sundays. I feel this should be made much clearer when booking and on the room service menu. It was also not pointed out at reception when we booked in. We had had a long day and travelled a considerable distance, so it was a big effort to go and try and find somewhere to eat in the local rather small village. We tried to find local takeaways and deliveries but the Wi-Fi connection was virtually non existent so we gave up. We met other guests too in the car park who had also been caught out like this.

Lovely place to stay on route to Bristol. Great welcome from the lovely reception staff. Very comfortable spacious room with everything you need. Possibly in need of updating, but the room was just right for the building that it was in. Very good value for money.
Sadly, breakfast was a bit of a disaster. When food finally arrived, it was lovely, but it was almost a challenge to get it. Early breakfasts are generally taken early because the clock is ticking to be somewhere related to work. Arrived to absolutely no restaurant staff - eventually, the chef popped in and had to fetch the girl that should have been taking room numbers and breakfast orders, but even then the whole process was like wading through treacle. It's always much nicer to have a fresh breakfast, and waitress service, but without the service, a buffet breakfast would have been a better idea. Nowhere near as nice, but wouldn't have felt like a challenge to start the day off.

Stayed for one Sunday night in Rm 108 Deluxe Double overlooking the grounds. Believe I got a good deal as they don't serve food on Sundays. No problem, as there's a good pub up the road 'The Old Five Bells', in Burnham. The Hotel IMHO would have had its heyday in previous decades. However, the room was clean and warm and overlooking beautiful grounds. Semi-rural location so need a car. Cliveden Taplow Estate [National Trust] 5 mins away; Windsor Castle 20mins; Royal Standard of England - Old Pub 15mins. Good for a weekend get-a-away but accessible to some touristy bits.

There are three members of staff that have made my stay very special: the Manager himself - charming, professional and helpful; Dean - who was working behind the bar - great dinner recommendation (great curry!) - Dean is professional but relaxed, friendly and lovely to talk to and Shelley - fantastic manners and approach to the guest. These three individuals and great example of outstanding customer care. I have stayed in this hotel almost for a month and would strongly recommend visiting. Room was great, top quality breakfast and dinner, fantastic location, beautiful grounds and great value.
Teach the rest of the staff to be as amazing as the Manager, Dean and Shelley :-) Apart from this keep on updating the property as it does need some extra attention in some areas.

Nice quiet area in countryside. Lots of free parking. Good price for the room. Beautiful views of the countryside from the room. Excellent free WiFi. Iron and ironing board provided. Staff are really lovely and helpful.
No Fridge in the room. Found the room a bit too warm when trying to sleep however used the fan provided. The bar at the hotel is too expensive. Not a smart TV. Quiet outside the room as overlooks countryside however can hear neighbours conversation and snoring as walls must not be soundproof and/ or are too thin. I booked a double room and found it to be a bit too small.

Located in a semi rural area, the hotel and surroundings were very quiet when we stayed in July. The room was very good with comfortable bed and a bath with a shower. Food was excellent. Good breakfast and dinner was tasty and very reasonably priced. There was ample free parking and for the area the hotel rates were very good value. Taplow station on the Elizabeth line to central London is a couple of miles away. We would definitely stay again.
Nothing to complain about.
