Although this is a conference centre this has been a great base for us whilst working in nearby Maidenhead. Facilities are great and a great choice for morning breakfast which is included in the rate. Just a short walk to the other pubs/restaurants in the village which all have a wider variety of menu for evening meals if the hotel menu doesn't quite do it for you
Not much not to like. The Staff are always really helpful. Although the rooms are small they have everything in them and beds are comfortable. My only slight gripe would be that I would have thought this size place (especially being a conference centre) would at least have a few EV charging points for clients who visit with their EV vehicles. I myself have a EV and to have option to charge overnight would be beneficial.

The buildings and grounds were delightful. Extensive parking. The local area is quaint but expensive for meals out. Allowed into room well before check in time.
On arrival unable to access reception. Eventually accessed reception but no one available and no signage for assistance. No daytime or evening food available at weekends. Hoping to have relaxing afternoon in beautiful grounds, instead had to walk around the locality (which is lovely) to hunt out a meal, lots of gastropubs with expensive meals. No local grocery shop available. Room was small. Mould present around shower base. Room was too hot, no aircon. Check out is early. at ten, especially as breakfast also ended at ten so no relaxing morning. Numerous breakfast items gone when we arrived at 9:30, not being replenished. Gym needed reception approval, couldnt even look inside without that.

I loved how modern and current the facilities were, very well kept. The room is well thought through, it had everything l needed for that short period of stay. Fully impressed with how comfortable the bed was, l slept like a new born baby and was very well rested. The breakfast was awesome and the staff were helpful and smiles all round. The workers appear happy and willing to help, l hope they sre well paid and rewarded. My only critic is the check out time, is it possible to increase it from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm? Reasons being, after breakfast one would like to relax at least for an hour or two before leaving the hotel( accomodation), could that be taken into consideration? Over all l'll score the place 8 out 10, as there's always room for improvement. Probably replacing some of the chipped wood flooring on the path.
The only thing l didn't like was the check out time which l have already mentioned, if that could be extended from 10.00 am to 12 pm. I have already stated my reasons above.

The horror we experienced was the blockade of the only access drive way by someone with a Mercedes Van. He had double packed on the road leaving only a gap that was impossible to pass with an average family car. We had to pack at a pub nearby overnight. It was silly and very bad for the business and reputation of CIM Business centre. The Manager and everyone in properties along the road came out to sympathise but the Mercedes Van owner is unknown and could not be found. Something needs to be done; either have a second access road or widen the only road to the Business centre from the main road.

I have stayed here on more than occasion whilst working in Marlow. This is a conference style hotel with pleasant rooms, and all the rooms I stayed in have lovely updated bathrooms. The breakfast is buffet style, lots of options and it has been vastly improved recently with small plates of things like mexican style eggs. I also love the breakfast room location overlooking the garden. Lot's of free parking. Walking distance to several high quality pubs and restaurants.
Needs a sign on the door to get into the breakfast room as it's not clear how to get in. It's actually through a fire escape door with no handle on the outside (or so I recall).

Location for me was ideal as set equal distance from race courses of Newbury and Ascot which I was attending on the Thursday and Friday. As the name suggests it is a Business Centre but do not let that put you off .It is run like a high class hotel but the price I paid was cheap compare to places everywhere. Very thing is lovely Moot Hall and grounds plus gardens. Some very, very large Koi carp in the clear ponds. Breakfast was excellent. Normal help yourself cooked items or you could request different items i e scrambled eggs instead of fried eggs which were laid out. There was a chef in attendance too. There was an unusual dish on offer a spice tomato mix with an egg sorry can not remember name... All staff were very friendly and helpful. You had a magnetic door key as well as one for the outer gates / automatic doors. You could have dinner on site in the large open circle restaurant unfortunately I missed it. I went to the races. I could have stayed longer it was so nice.
The double bed room was fine for me a single person but a couple may find it on the small side but there could be larger rooms which I don't know about. Still very clean and comfy.

It's a nicely landscaped centre with modern buildings in the grounds of an attractive 19th century house. It is close enough to walk to the pleasant village of Cookham, which has many places to eat.
We weren't aware that a school prom was being held the night we stayed until we'd already booked and paid. It was very noisy for a long time in the evening, which made it difficult to relax after a long day driving. We needed to have the windows open as the room was warm and there was no air con. Although it stopped at 10.30 pm, which allowed us to sleep well, it might have been better to give us a room facing away from the restaurant where it was staged. It looked like many rooms on the other side of the accommodation block were available. Despite this, we think it's a great place to stay.

The room was lovely and clean. It was on the small side but it had everything I needed. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was lovely and tasty. The staff at breakfast were really friendly and helpful. The male receptionist when I arrived was really welcoming and helpful recommending the quiet room to work in. The surroundings with the stream, ponds and fish were delightful. Sitting beside the pond on a sunny morning and having breakfast was a delight. I used the quiet room to work which was appreciated. The conference centre had great facilities to work in. Quiet space, good plug points and comfortable chairs. I would totally recommend it for a work trip. Excellent parking to the rear with an entrance close to the room. Would definitely re-book.
The water in the bathroom was very hot in the shower. It was difficult to get the shower to turn off. This is just a very small point and was because I have limited mobility in my right hand. Apart from this everything was great.

Great value for the price. Room had everything needed for an overnight stay and the grounds are pretty.
Rooms weren't dirty per se but clear that they only get a surface wipe particularly in the bathrooms so grime build up and mould around sink and shower. Lack of any soundproofing means you will hear everything your neighbours and the room upstairs do. Wasn't helped by the fact my neighbours were spread across a few rooms and used the corridor as an extension of their space from early morning. Final feedback is that better signage is needed. If you don't know where you're going you'll walk around in circles. Even just arrows to reception from the carpark would be helpful. One lady told me she had followed me in the hope I knew a shortcut as she kept wandering around. Unfortunately I was as lost as she was.

Lovely setting and in a spectacularly beautiful village with more restaurant choices than can you imagine possible. Accommodation is very spacious in terms of grounds and plenty of parking. The water features in the centre give it a nice relaxing feel too. Room was equipped but has a very student style feel to it. However I needed something close to a particular location and for ease and simplicity it ticks all the right boxes.
Rooms and hallways were a bit tired looking. Has very much the feel of a conference centre and reminded me of old accommodation blocks in my past employment.
