The breakfast is super. The rooms are clean and very functional. We've stayed here many times before plane flights. A really nice hotel.

No convenient way to get to the hotel from the airport. We usually take the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow and then catch a taxi to the hotel, which isn't far but it costs quite a bit in cab fare for the distance you travel. Coming back, it's easier to catch the bus but the bus still costs something like 10 pounds per rider for a pretty short ride distance-wise. Adding the transport to/from costs to the hotel rate ends up costing a fair amount.

Great for an overnight airport stay. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped with friendly, helpful staff. Access to the Heathrow Hotel Hoppa Bus and 24-hour reception.

It is a bit tricky to access on foot from some bus stops coming from Heathrow Bus Station (not the Hotel Hoppa), as you have to walk down Newport Road and navigate a few crossings to get there. This is not an issue if arriving by Hotel Hoppa or taxi, however.

Good size room and bed. Free baby crib provided. Good bathroom and shower. Refrigerator in room.

Restaurant added 12.5% service charge which I didn't notice until after I paid. Asked hotel to order a taxi, and they brought nice mercedes van which cost £33! Regular taxi from the airport only cost £16 so was expecting the same to return to airport.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was a bit firm for me and in spite of requesting a double I got 2 singles. Dinner was delicious with excellent service. Breakfast was tasty, but the layout of the tea/ coffee area of the buffet caused a queue simply because people couldn’t access the cups! It was very busy and seemed slightly chaotic!

The beds were ok but not the most comfortable. The layout of the tea and coffee section of the buffet could easily be improved by having more access points for the mugs!

Nothing all as hoped

The location is very handy for the access to the airport with different transfer options available, local buses stop nearby or in reception they have a link to a smaller more direct hoopa transfer service which costs around £6 and they have a telephone to call a taxi. The room was very clean and had lots of space, we had 5 large suitcases and could open them all around the room.

When I booked my room I requested a double bed, this was given to me, instead my wife and I had single beds which leads to an uncomfortable nights sleep. When I asked at reception if they could change it, I was told they were fully booked. This turned out to be because the hotel was used for some cancelled flights, given I had actually booked, I thought they would be more accommodating.

I paid extra for half board which was a waste of time. The dinner menu has a small selection of things from the main menu ad the price is the same as if you don't pay for the package. We ended up eating from the main menu which brought chaos to their system so we had to wait 15 minutes for them to sort it out. Don't book the Hoppa bus to get to the airport a sit is more expensive and takes much longer than an Uber. No one there to help us with our luggage but it was an easy enough journey to our room. Breakfast was pretty good but the Bacon was like shoe leather.

This hotel is perfect for a lay over. It is clean, bright, and has nice options for food.

It was very difficult to get to the car rental agency (Enterprise). There was no way for the hotel to help me get there except they suggested I walk! I was a little shocked at the person at the front desk that was SO blunt. I had luggage I needed to drag along with me. Why doesn't the Holiday Inn have a shuttle to take their guests to the Heathrow terminals and any of the car rental agencies that are nearby?

Good location to all terminals, especially T2 and T5. Lots of Parking. £16 per 24 hrs if guest, additional non guest 24hr periods I think we’re £25. Super friendly and accommodating staff, large clean rooms. Fridge, big bathroom with great powerful shower. Pizza £15 for room service and they were delivered hot and were yummy!! Well worth booking breakfast in advance on Booking.com as mush cheaper, but also breakfast was fantastic, from cereals, to fruits, to meats and cheeses as well as full English and fresh vegetarian sausages on request and your encouraged to have take away coffees etc. PLUS , left car there and took U3 bus (3 min) to T2 then Heathrow express into Paddington (15 min) from hotel to Paddington took, 25 min, then Elizabeth line to Soho…..only 4 min. Super well located for flying out of Heathrow and getting into London.

Having to leave to go to airport, was super comfy, clean and inviting. A small complaint, but it’s in all good hotels, I wish corridors were not carpeted, so hard to pull wheeled suitcases.
