The breakfast is super. The rooms are clean and very functional. We've stayed here many times before plane flights. A really nice hotel.

No convenient way to get to the hotel from the airport. We usually take the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow and then catch a taxi to the hotel, which isn't far but it costs quite a bit in cab fare for the distance you travel. Coming back, it's easier to catch the bus but the bus still costs something like 10 pounds per rider for a pretty short ride distance-wise. Adding the transport to/from costs to the hotel rate ends up costing a fair amount.

Great for an overnight airport stay. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped with friendly, helpful staff. Access to the Heathrow Hotel Hoppa Bus and 24-hour reception.

It is a bit tricky to access on foot from some bus stops coming from Heathrow Bus Station (not the Hotel Hoppa), as you have to walk down Newport Road and navigate a few crossings to get there. This is not an issue if arriving by Hotel Hoppa or taxi, however.

Good size room and bed. Free baby crib provided. Good bathroom and shower. Refrigerator in room.

Restaurant added 12.5% service charge which I didn't notice until after I paid. Asked hotel to order a taxi, and they brought nice mercedes van which cost £33! Regular taxi from the airport only cost £16 so was expecting the same to return to airport.

I paid extra for half board which was a waste of time. The dinner menu has a small selection of things from the main menu ad the price is the same as if you don't pay for the package. We ended up eating from the main menu which brought chaos to their system so we had to wait 15 minutes for them to sort it out. Don't book the Hoppa bus to get to the airport a sit is more expensive and takes much longer than an Uber. No one there to help us with our luggage but it was an easy enough journey to our room. Breakfast was pretty good but the Bacon was like shoe leather.

Nothing all as hoped

the room was exceptionally spacious and clean. Also the sofa bed was located against the wall, making it the perfect sleeping space of our kids as we didn't need to use a bed rail or worry about the kids rolling off the bed. Loved it

i was shocked to learn it cost £55 in a taxi to get to the airport, which is a stones throw away from the hotel and a short drive. they have a shuttle service available but that is not always suitable for a family of 4 with 4 large suitcases, 3 small suitcases and a buggy, along with 2 tired kids early in the morning. Plus the shuttle takes 40 mins to reach terminal 5 due to all the stops. taxi takes 5 mins. This is of course not the hotels fault, but worth knowing to factor into your cost.

The location and price are great for the stay. There is a restaurant on the ground floor- breakfast spread was lovely and it also a regular restaurant for the rest of the day. We had at least 2 meals there during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, we managed to get a late check-out (with a fee of course). It really helped because otherwise we would have been "stranded" for 8 hours till our night flights. It was very convenient with a Hotel Hoppa stop just right at the hotel; you just have to check the timetable posters at the hotel lobby, board the the bus and pay on board like any other public buses. It is a 20-minute ride from Windsor Castle, if you are staying a day and want to visit a site of interest. I must also mention that despite the proximity to Heathrow, noise wasn't really an issue!

Nothing really.

This is a Heathrow hotel, so my expectations were for something convenient and clean, but this place is better than that. The room was more spacious than I had expected and the bathroom was well equipped (nice shower). And importantly, everything was spotlessly clean. Nothing tired or worn about the room or communal areas. There's plenty of parking on site, so we were able to drive to T5 in about 5 minutes the next morning. This hotel was better than I'd expected and I'd be happy to book again in future.

We had a ground floor room, the prospect of which didn't delight me, but in the end it was fine. Slept well. Breakfast was a buffet with a broad range of items to choose from, but at £14 a head (£19 if you pay on the day) I think in future I'd pick something up from Pret in T5. Nothing negative to report

We were welcomed at check-in by a very pleasant young man who tried to assist us using the automated check-in which sadly did not show our reservation. This was resolved eventually by him and his manager who were most apologetic at the delay. Our friends from Canada who had already checked-in had mentioned to Sam, on reception, that it was our wedding anniversary. What a wonderful surprise to find our room had been upgraded and decorated with balloons and rose petals, thank you so very much, you really made our stay extra special. We had a couple of pre-dinner drinks and couldn't have been happier with the friendly and yet professional service we received from your amazing bar staff; the waiters were so helpful with warm and welcoming personalities. Special thanks to Mcvil, Floyd, Kartik and Assis they are a credit to your company.

We didn't like the automated check-in and much prefer dealing personally with a member of staff.

Room was amazing with big bed and big soft bed which fit both our kids, Breakfast was amazing with all food variety needed for everyone to be happy… We tried the restaurant for dinner in the hotel and both pasta and pizza were amazing… the hotel is far from city however we liked that it is near the airport for short stay … all staff were very helpful and talkative , they wanted to make sure our stay was as expected and better … Mcdonalds is 15 min walk from the hotel… public transport buses are just infront of the hotel
