Staff and ro were fine. No noise and comfy. Good quality meal in restaurant.

I googled heathrow T3 hotel. This showed up on the map as 1 of 2. This hotel is linked directly to T2 via a bridge. BUT T3 is a good 15 minute walk so if you have mobility issues or pushed for time book aerohotel that is actually in T3 this may be googles fault?

Great location. Clean and quiet; hardly any noice from the Airport in the room. It has everything you need as a stopover for one or two nights stay as a traveller using Heathrow Airport. The Train system around the Terminals, and also to London, is good, though it may seems to be complicated for one that do not know it yet. This time I used the Elizabeth train to London, and I will be using it again, though its little bit more expensive than the Sub. And also its much cleaner and faster train to use - if one is going to London from the Airport.

The price of the Hotel - and in my opinion its over priced. As I came early in the morning (about 0830) I could not get my room until after noon. But, I was offered a "early check in" for 50.-pounds extra! I felt like it was really not ok of the staff to offer this kind of deal, so I refused it. If they had a room, why did they not let me have it without extra cost, as I had already payed a lot for. Situation like that is not what I want to deal with after 12-14 hours flight. But this is their business, and therefore the quality of the service is not as good as expected, and I wrote above ...

Location is great -connected to airport. The rooms are very spacious . The Sky bar makes this hotel definitely worth visiting.

The room smelled damp. Also beware of thinking you are booking this hotel and then ending up some distance out at a different hotel with a similar name.Even though we have stayed at this hotel many times , we have been tripped up by this twice! Taxi drops you off , you think you are there but no… You have to find another taxi to take you outside the airport to the other hotel and then try to get an Uber or taxi back the next day. The reception have told us this happens regularly !

We liked the excellent customer service and friendly welcome we received from Vincenta at reception. The hotel location is fabulous for flights arriving and departing from Heathrow Terminal 2. The beds are comfortable. Big screen television. The hotel is quiet.

There is only one chair in the room for two guests. Both pillows are soft, prefer one soft and one standard pillow. It isn't clear that access to the hotel requires guests to walk through the centre of an undercover carpark to find the entrance to the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and I still have to think about where I am going.

The key positive is the hotel's proximity to London Heathrow Terminal 2, which is a short ten-minute walk through a parking garage. No need for shuttle, but signage within the airport could have been better, as it's not clear that you need to walk through the garage. Ours was a very comfortable room with view of the airport runways. Decent food at the hotel's restaurant/bar area, also with a view of the airport. The room was exceptionally quiet due to sound proof layers of glass on the window. Absolutely no sound of aircraft taking off or landing. Lots of hot water in the walk-in shower. The king-size bed had a wonderful upscale. firm mattress. We slept soundly, comfortable in the knowledge that we could step out of our room and get to our departure gate within minutes.

About the only thing we didn't like was the price, although obviously I knew the price when I booked the room. I just didn't feel that the room was worth the amount we paid. Also be aware when booking and arriving that there is another Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow, near the Hatton Cross tube stop, but it's not as close to Terminals 2 and 3. I would imagine lots of people are confused by this.

The only reason to stay here is if you have an extremely early flight from Heathrow or are flying through to another destination from a long flight and want to rest. The hotel can be reached easily from Terminal 2, walk through the garage. From terminal 3, take the ramp down towards the train and signs for terminal 2 (there is no signage for this hotel at baggage claim/arrivals exit). Once down in the tunnel of moving sidewalks, keep heading toward T2 and you’ll finally see signs for HGI. The lift at the end of the corridor or escalators will take you to 1 and then follow the signs to the hotel. The walk takes 10-15 depending on your pace. The staff offered friendly and quick check in and they have a nice restaurant on site with options from roast salmon to tika masala to cheeseburger, all well prepared. That was a happy surprise.

The room price rivals central London, but worth the cost for convenience.

Very comfortable room, the availability of boby wash/ shampoo etc so I didn't need to go through luggage before showering. I had just come off a long haul flight and decided to stay and rest for the night before continuing on my journey home

I didn't plan on having breakfast but my 13yr old was hungry so we decided to have breakfast at hotel before checking out. I thought the cost of £44 was very expensive as we wanted hot food, my daughter is autistic and doesn't like to eat cold food..all she ate was 3 slices of bacon, a scoop of scrambled egg and half a waffle with a glass of juice. I had 2 hashbrowns and a scoop of scrambled egg with a fruit tea and a glass of juice. So it was very expensive

Location is obviously the main appeal when you need to catch an early flight and can go straight to the terminal. Everything else was a great bonus: friendly helpful staff, spacious clean rooms.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 young kids) so I requested to stay together in the junior suite which has 2 rooms with 2 large beds and the kids are used to sleeping in one large bed whenever we travel. The hotel refused and we had to pay for an extra room which never even entered... They didn't have connected rooms and obviously we weren't going to leave our 7, 5 and 2 years old in a room on their own... and the junior suite had plenty of space for all of us. So we just had to pay for an extra room we never used.

Excellent location...well sign posted from the terminal. Beds were comfortable. Great walk-in shower. Loved the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries (fixed) in the bathroom.

-Unpleasant smell in the approach corridors...assume cooking. -Breakfast hash browns and sausages contained gluten, which is totally unnecessary. Eggs were not very warm and dry. No berries and only low fat yogurt. -No filtered water on the floor. Many hotels are now providing a filtered water station at the ice station so you can fill your own bottle. SOOO much better than the small bottles provided in rooms.

The hotel was as expected for a Hilton premises. The staff were first class both at reception and in the restaurant, Service in the restaurant was very prompt and the meal reasonable value for money. The room was comfortable and easily located.

Finding the hotel was not easy. Coming from Heathrow Terminal 3 signage was poor and the location more suited to a car arrival at Terminal 2 rather than a hotel that purported to serve both Terminals. As the crow flies the distances were not great but when it involves tunnels, lifts,finding your way though multi storey car parks, and the previously mentioned poor signage it does become an issue.
