The location for the purpose of my stay was very convenient. Close to all transportation and to the airport. The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. I have to mention that breakfast was good, but what made it even better was the genuine hospitality of the restaurant staff, starting from management all the way through. especially Sumara, Ayesha, Natalia, and Lasha. Not only were they very responsive, but they were also generous with a smile never leaving their faces. It's hard to come across such virtues these days! The setting in the lobby is very wonderful!

No nearby supermarkets or convenience stores. Rooms didn't have a mini kitchen or a microwave. If you want a fridge, you must ask for it, but the reception were very responsive! Minor things only!

Very nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Easy check in/out, disabled parking outside. Comfortable room and bed. Fab location for the terminal which was just a 4 min walk through the adjoining tunnel. Restaurant was very nice, good food and not too overly priced for the location. Drinks were very expensive though

Windows cannot open. Our room overlooked the restaurant/reception so probably why but I like fresh air due to breathing problems, even if noisy at the airport. Not much milk to make a drink in your room so option of only one cuppa on arrival. Coffee machine in the reception shop was out of order in the morning and a cold drink with limited options were £6 so had to wait until at the airport for a cuppa as the cafe was closed. No option to book disabled parking so there was the risk of no spaces and end up having to pay hefty parking charges for our overnight stay for an early flight. Drinks were very expensive - £14 for a G & T, £7.50 for a very small bottle of beer and £6.30 for a very small bottle of Fanta.

The staff we're amazing especially in the Restaurant. The room was clean & a very good size. The Breakfast had a great variety & the "Hot" food buffet was actually hot overall a delicious breakfast buffet & the food in the evening was also pleasant. The front desk staff we're very accommodating as well

We we're on the 5th floor so water pressure both for the Toilet & the Shower regardless of day or night was terrible. The lack of communication from the Hotel concierge (Nick), we asked him for a shuttle from the hotel to the car rental park on the Saturday the day before we we're leaving, which he said no problem. On Sunday I felt I had to remind him about it, to which he promptly made arrangements, once the driver dropped us at the Car Rental Park he then asked for 50pounds. I don't have a problem paying it but there was NO communication beforehand regarding a payment. He could have done better

Spacious, comfortable rooms

Food and drink prices were ridiculously high. You’d save money staying in a hotel further away and catching a cab/shuttle. Also, we had 6 pieces of luggage between the two of us and there are no trollies by the hotel. Trying to navigate the walkway to the terminal was a challenge, and the reception team did not even suggest any alternatives. This is nonsense for a hotel that’s supposed to be conveniently placed by the terminal. It’s not convenient if you cannot easily move your luggage. I’ve stayed at the Sofitel, and they have trollies right by the lift at the start of the walkway - it’s common sense really!

The London Hilton Heathrow is exactly what you want from a great airport hotel: super convenient, directly connected to the terminal, and well designed for travelers. It has the feel of a large international hotel, but with thoughtful touches and good service. The executive lounge is compact but a nice bonus — quiet, with light snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Gym was great. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and very functional — ideal for a layover or early morning flight. Overall, a stylish and practical stopover option at Heathrow.

We decided to stay over close to Heathrow to make our ridiculously early flight a little less early. A delightful surprise awaited us! At the end of a long day, the welcome from reception was warm and friendly, and the comfort of the room outstanding. Everything we needed - great shower, fantastic bed comfort and outstanding room service. The room was dark and quiet and seriously the most comfortable bed on our UK/Ireland travels. Would definitely stay again! Five stars from us.

Rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The absolute rip-off prices of anything additional you might need, for example, charging over £6 in the bar for water and in the hotel shop soft drinks were £5. We were travelling with four children and did not have drinks left, so needed more. As a family of six, one water each was costing us £30. It's ridiculous, and as you are in an airport there is not really any options so it feels like this is taken advantage of. Also, restaurant prices are too high for the food you get. The food is good but again, Very Expensive. We spent nearly £400 on food and drink on a one-night stay.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, and very convenient for Terminal four. From the time I arrived until I left was felt looked after, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. Big shout out to Paul on the concierge desk and Edward in the restaurant (shwmae bach!) who surprised me with his command of Welsh. Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, food in the restaurant was very good and very decent coffee from the coffee shop. If you’re travelling from T4 you could do a lot worse than choose this place.

Only gripe really was the charge for the car park, but then again I’m old enough to remember when parking was free at hotels!

The room was always clean. Facilities well taken care of. The cleaning staff on my floor 2 room 226 were exceptionally polite and always ready to help. The breakfast staff… what can I say. Words cannot describe how lovely they were. Catering to your every need. The omelette station lady…so polite happy to take your choice of fillings . Nothing was too much for this early morning team. Aisha De was always ready to help us. I cannot remember all their names but all the breakfast staff was amazing.

Staff friendliness, cleanliness, toiletries in room, comfort, very spacious reception and bar area, food was lovely.

Needed more than two tea bags in the room please. Also food menus on the tables by the bar, rather than keep going out of the table area to look at the wall, or squint on a phone. Also some croissants as snacks at the cafe in the morning as we didn’t want a full breakfast in the restaurant. Also an option to pay for something in the car park between 12 and 24 hours, maybe 18? Little things but otherwise we were very happy with the stay.
