I prefer underground to heavy rail, and this is on the line from Waterloo ... however, it was an easy trip and the frequency of trains was most satisfactory - to and from. There was excellent advice via WhatsApp as to getting there and making sure that the property would be found easily. The distance from Feltham Station is easily walked with good traffic lights (the High Street is very busy in the mornings but even then there was no difficulty with timing of the lights and getting across to the station. The welcome at reception was positive with straightforward advice about passcodes for the front and garden doors, and door of the suite. The room (single) was very small but bed firm and comfortable and bathroom clean with good, hot water and good pressure of water. Good, basic overnight stay in quiet surroundings.

Bathroom towels were good - but they were not bath sheet size, so for those who prefer larger towels ...

Fabulous location right in the heart of Feltham. Room to park my large vehicle on the drive. Very small single room but has everything needed for an overnight stay. Very happy that there was a heater in the room and clear instructions on how it works. Ensuite shower is good although quite hard to control the water temperature. There's a communal kitchen to use if you want to cook your own food, but plenty of restaurants and takeaways very close by if you'd rather eat out. Everything is very clean too so I can't fault this place at all. A very enjoyable stay and a good night's sleep. Thank you Sleeplicity.

Just be very careful in the ensuite. There is a step that you can slip off very easily.

Efficient check in and friendly staff. We were able to park right outside :) We booked a small double room - it was clean and had everything we needed, plus air conditioning. There are shops, restaurants and a cinema in walking distance, and also Feltham station with fast trains into London.

The bathroom was very compact, but this wasn't a problem for us. I found the mattress and pillows to be on the firm side, although this is a personal preference.

This is the second time I've stayed at Sleeplicity. On this visit, I stayed in Room No.1 (the king-size room) which I found to be very spacious, and well-equipped. I just loved the floor tiles in the large wet room. The room is located on the ground floor which was very much appreciated so I did not have to lug our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The window double glazing did a good job of keeping the road/outside noise out. Jason, as always, was a very communicative, helpful and generous host.

There are only two things I would like to suggest as improvements. The first would be to fit a shelf/shelves above/near the pedestal sink in the wet room as there is no space to put your toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, washbag etc. The second would be to put a good-quality mattress topper on the bed as we found the surface of the mattress very hard on the elbows, hips and knees to sleep on.

Location was fabulous. They had a peaceful back yard where we can sit & relax. Rooms were a bit small to my liking, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

Tried to get few drinks from the bar near the reception at around 8:30-9pm but they seemed to be closed already. But anyways there are lots of restaurant & shops in the Feltham high street where we can get food and drinks from.

the location was great for twickenham stadium being our venue for the night. the parking was a good, and a welcome surprise for the area in London. the room was clean, quiet and private. contact from sleeplicity before arrival was brilliant and having that contact prior to our stay was very appreciated and helped with the travel, planning and ensuring the whole round trip was smooth and stress free. *on arrival “Jason” the concierge was exceptionally polite, professional and could not be more friendly and explained the facility in detail and very well. we felt at ease and welcomed. this was a pleasant start to our stay. we found the small touch of Jason preparing our beer order, from the fridge and on the table ready to drink after a long journey and unpacking. excellent air conditioning unit in the room was amazing and during this time of year, especially during the hot evenings and nights!

tea and coffee facility was a little lacking, being a couple that enjoys a cup of tea a few times a day. we would have enjoyed a mini fridge to put some fresh milk in that we could have purchased locally and stored in the room, plus we could have purchased some drinks to keep them cool. there was not really anything to complain or feel unsatisfied about, the above regarding drinking facilities is a very small gripe with an all together positive stay.

Excellent location for London Heathrow airport and BP Sunbury office, very clean and quiet, friendly and helpful staff, kitchen cooking facility available as well at no extra cost

A bed length being a bit short but this is because of my legs being too long 😅

A very clean and easy 11 room hotel created from a detached house and its gardens. The in room air chiller/conditioner was fantastic.

I stayed in room 8 which is on the second floor and in the roof. The room is one of the largest in the hotel but the slope of the ceiling restricted the usable space. The ensuite in room 8 is very small with shower, basin and w/c crammed in. There was not enough space for me (or anyone) to stand at the basin and wash with the door closed.

It was in a great location as it was a 5 minute walk to the station and in a nice street. It was very clean and had all the necessities. The host was also extremely friendly and very helpful and thorough with information at check in. Overall great stay

Very good location. Employee was very friendly. Many places to eat around the area. Very good overall.

There is no refrigerator, so i was not able to store any beers or other beverages. Rooms are quite small.
