Literally my favourite hotel in the whole of London. The staff are all outstanding from the reception team to the housekeepers, the night staff and the entire management ... this is an exceptionally well run hotel with a genuine heart and soul. The rooms are beautiful and fully equipped, nicely sound proofed and with excellent views especially the corner room with double aspect. Every interaction with the staff is an absolute delight and their attention to detail and customer service is exemplary. Parking facilities are first class and the spa is the next level of luxury. Sensationally well equipped, the staff running the spa are equally delightful and the facilities are worthy of five stars. The pool is enormous and beautifully landscaped with exquisite tiling and mood lighting, the jacuzzi can fit 10 comfortably and is a veritable social hub. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly and the sauna and steam room are excellent for true relaxation. Facilities are kept clean and up to date at all time with cold water drinking fountains and every level of the experience is worthy of a top class spa hotel. Beyond recommended, outstanding in every way. I've now become a regular staying for entire weeks at a time and look forward to returning again and again. A***

We loved it, the ambience was fantastic. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the staff went over and beyond. This was the first time that we've stayed in a hotel from we got married, the staff and manager were very nice and the room was fantastic. Valentines decorated they made our time sensational. The pool was nice, and jacuzzi all clean. The lift didn't work the couple days we was there n the water was out couple hours. For anyone with a disability, this place depending on how severe the abilities are.plz let the hotel staff no before u book... Just for note, there isn't anything to do outside of the hotel unless you travel out.

One thing we didn't like was the fact that they had a restaurant attached to the hotel and only served Indian food, we went down to get breakfast and they only gave us an Indian menu and they do not understand English very well. Plus, there was know were close to get a full English breakfast. That was really the downfall fall for this hotel. Considering that there was mostly English and other naturally staying at this hotel. The life wasn't working the time we were there, plus the water was out a couple of hours, so we couldn't take a shower.

We really enjoyed our stay, the receptionists went above and beyond for us and tried their best to give us a great stay. It was really nice. I liked the sauna/steam room and pool, although it’s not the Hotel’s, it was really good.

We would have loved some complimentary slippers for use to take down to the pool. The chlorine in the jacuzzi was extremely strong and stung our eyes, not a big issue but noticeable. The attached restaurant didn’t give us a glass when we asked, which was a little annoying because the rooms only come with mugs, the receptionists brought glasses to our room after we had told them about the restaurant which was really nice.

It was way better than I expected or imagined. Room and room service was up to par. The leisure facilities were soo gweddd, I really enjoyed myself here and I will definitely visit again in the future. The massage, the pool, the receptionist, the sauna, the jacuzzi, they were all splendid. Communication was great too. Room had a sweet scent.

I think it was fine. Any thing that was uncomfortable was rectified by room service.

I’m surprised the hotel does get higher in ratings. For me the deciding factor is the access to the gym. I start my morning with a swim, jacuzzi and sauna all for free. That alone makes this a great place to stay. The room is good enough. There are some rooms which are smaller but my last couple of stays they’ve been the same size or bigger than the traveled across the road. The corridors might need a new carpet and remaster but it’s a very minor issue. Staff are always friendly. The attached restaurant is good quality but at a price where you would expect it to be good quality. It a good hotel with access to great facilities

They have a weird touch light switches. The rooms lights seem too low wattage for the decor so it can seem a little dark

Welcoming staff at desk and restaurant. Comfy beds and lovely housekeepers. Restaurant food was 10/10 and the cocktails were delicious! Despite the recent hiccups of experience , I would still recommend this hotel.

Gym personal trainer and staff was very rude and not welcoming. The female changing room wasn’t working at the time but even when I had queries, they didn’t acknowledge or want to assist. The parking is always rammed due to guest staff or those sitting in their cars holding up guests to park and enjoy hotel experience. Lift was not in under and severely leaking coming from both there and hallway so towels were on the floor .

Truly amazing value for money. Rooms are nicely decorated, lovely shower with heated mirror, super friendly staff and delicious food at restaurant, big spa facilities including large jacuzzi, pool and sauna.

There was too much chemicals in the pool made my eyes hurt. Also the woman cleaner in the pool is rude, she screamed at me telling me to get out the second it closed while I was taking a cold shower after sauna. More training for the cleaning lady is required how to treat customers with respect

parking was terrible no parking around 6 bays and was not informed of this then got told it was £20 pounds per night i think was a total rip off and i stayed 2 nights the 1st night they hadn't informed me of this and now told me its a private parking company and that iv been issued a penalty charge which i will receive in the post i am extremely upset by this i probably wont stay here again due to limited parking and im disabled and had a blue badge and still had to pay

Soon as we arrived to check in the general manager ( Jetim) provided a 10/10 service , very welcoming and my family loved the warm greeting we were given. Throughout our stay , he has provided a top scale service so much so that we extended an extra day. I would 100% recommend this hotel. This visit was my 10th stay here and every booking at this hotel, reminds me why I keep coming back! Rooms are spacious and beds are cozy. The Indian cuisine in the restaurant and cocktails were tasty. Not one complaint ! The staff was always on hand to ensure we could enjoy our meal. Yes !! This is the getaway spot for the family or even as a couple !

Jacuzzi was freezing and took a while to be attended to from gym staff to rectify. Sauna was also not in use . Lift was not in use also so had to use stairs. Parking was also a struggle as always during the day it’s very packed as the gym visitors share same parking lots. These are minor issues though as I am aware they are doing construction and will be even better !!
