Amazing apartment, very clean and comfortable

Rats outside the entrance, it wasnt clear how to get to the apartment, enviroment was nosiy at night

Excellent, well-equipped flat with great modern facilities. Good location.

It is difficult to find the apartment in the beginning, as the sign is too small and can go unnoticed, and since the entrance is from behind, it makes it more confusing. They need to replace a bigger signboard to make it easy for guests, Needs more coordination between the staff who communicate through booking.com and directly.through email and phone. Had to communicate and repeat the same information to different staff.

Climbing up the stairs no lift. Very tiring carrying the suit cases upstairs

The apartment was clean and has almost all basic appliances

Firstly was the dirty and unkept entrance, that discouraged us until we got inside the apartment , secondly there was no Fan or Ac considering the time of our stay was hot which wasn’t very comfortable for us at night

Very spacious and clean, shops and tube station nearby, very reasonably priced for how spacious it was.

Hard to find the entrance, and a bit of a shame they were retarmacing the carpark on a sunday when we stayed( august bank holiday weekend) but they were quiet.

The apartment had all the comforts and then washing machine and dishwasher. Make sure you check the instructions! DO NOT use the exterior of the building to judge the value for money you will receive in your apartment. It is well located for all restaurants & shopping

Easy checkin, clear instructions, easy to find. Behind the center of Hounslow, very easy to access the shops, restaurants and eateries in the region! The flat was clean and had the basics for a one-night stay! Nice and peaceful place.

It was very hot and there was no fan.

The cleaners they should clean better no offence but if you want people to come back they should leave nice and clean the place

Location was really nice and the apartment is wonderful very good for couples.

The garbage was smelling too much at the entrance… I know it’s not from the apartment it’s from the community there.
