Location close to Hounslow central underground station so easy to travel to Heathrow airport. Staff provided us with excellent restaurant suggestion to have meal late evening. We're able to leave bags at hotel for a few hours and look around Hounslow before going to Heathrow for evening flight.

Could hear some planes in evening but that is to be expected being close to the airport. Wasn't an issue in the morning.

On a pretty street, with really nice people on the staff, who are there around the clock. Very clean rooms, though small. Hot water and quiet nights were all we needed after sightseeing in London during the day. The neighborhood was peaceful and the place is just 5-6 minutes away from the metro station, really easy to find, plus close to the Heathrow airport, if you have an early fly out. A couple of streets south we found pubs where we had breakfast in the mornings and enjoyed a pint in the evenings, before going to bed. Mini markets open from morning til' night, just outside the metro station.

Was a lovely modern guest house, and spotlessly clean, which we liked. We went to a match at Twickenham, and it was about a 15 minute drive (by cab) The guest house had a lovely sun room which you could sit in, and apparently you could get hot drinks. The room had hot drinks facilities too. The room was small but very well organised and we had plenty of room, also it was only £80 which we thought good for London.

My only negative comment was that the duvets needed replacing ( room 304) They were very clean, warm and tidy, the problem was that the filling inside was all clumped up making the filling patchy.

Room was small but clean and more than adequate, the staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was not en-suite and a short distance away I knew this on booking it was good quality and clean. For an overnight stay it was very good, the accommodation was a short distance from the tube station and from Hounslow town centre located on a relatively quiet side road. It is in a very good location for using Heathrow Airport.

The bathroom was across some steps from the room but not really an issue. If staying longer the room was smallish but this is London.

This guest house is perfect for a 1 night or 2 night stay. It is close to Heathrow airport and also the tube station is a couple of minute walk to get to. From there london is around 45 minutes on it. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. There was a fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities. There is a patio at the back which looked nice. The staff were so friendly. Definitely will come again. The car park waduxwgood size on site and free.

The noise from the airplanes coming in on approach from 4.30am may be a minus point for some, but I like planes so for me it was fine.

The location was great. Only a short walk to the Hounslow Central station and bus lines, about 15 minutes to Heathrow and 40 minutes by Underground to central London. Close to convenient stores and restaurants. Well lit at night when coming back late. There was private parking in back and the WiFi was decent and free. Small refrigerator in the room with coffee and tea maker, and a small kitchenette by the reception with microwave and other items for sale. There is A small flat screen TV with lots of channels though we didn’t watch TV on it much. We had the double and it had a private bath and shower room with all the amenities. No need to bring soap or shampoo. They provided a fan to keep the room cool for summer and had radiators for heating. There was a hair dryer, plenty of outlets and usb ports for direct charging of your phones, etc. the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating, they would go above and beyond and beyond to meet your needs. We had a wonderful experience there. Our room was directly across the hall from the reception area and close to the airport so I was afraid there would be a lot of noise but that was not the case. Our first night, we had difficulty sleeping comfortably because the mattress was old and sagging especially on my side. I woke up with a terrible backache. I decided to tell the staff and when returned from day out, we found they had given us a better mattress. I thanked the gentleman at the desk and he. Told me they had ordered a new mattress since the other one was so old. I didn’t expect to find the new mattress already in our room that night. They truly cared about our comfort. Wonderfully done!

The rooms are very tiny but that was about it. It is an old Victorian style building so that is to be expected.

If you're OK having a little bit longer distance to London City Center, I don't think you can find a better place to live that cheap. The hotel itself is fresh, clean, staff is helpful and nice. It is 5 min walk from the tube (Hounslow Central). Hounslow itself has variety of food options from all over the world (well, the only cuisine not present in Hounslow is probably British :). I booked a room with shared bathroom, which was perfect to save money and did not cause any inconvenience at all for me. The bathroom was always available and always clean, there are several of them in the building in fact.

The only downside I can think of is the proximity to Heathrow Airport, which means that it will be noisy from 05:00 to 00:00. This is obviously not the hotels fault. On the other hand, if you are not disturbed by noise and/or like to see big birds in the sky, you will definitely like the place.

This small family hotel is less than a five-minute easy walk from Hounslow Central tube station, and just a couple of stops (10 - 20 minutes depending on which terminal you are going to) from Heathrow. I felt safe walking there on my own in the early evening, and when I left in the morning, there were several unaccompanied children walking to school. Super convenient, and great value compared to the on-airport hotels, which in my experience can take you a similar amount of time, or longer, to get to the terminal. I had a single room on the top floor. While small, it had everything I needed (private ensuite bathroom with shower, TV with tons of channels, fridge, safe, tea and coffee making facilities) and was clean and nicely decorated. Check in was easy. There is fairly large parking at the back of the hotel, if needed. Even though this hotel is inevitably close to a Heathrow flight path, even with the window open, the room was pretty quiet.

There is no lift. So, if your luggage is heavy, be aware that you may need to carry it up multiple flights of stairs. However, at check in, I was asked if I needed any help with carrying it up to the room, so this wouldn't be a reason not to book. Also, there is no breakfast, but this is clearly communicated in the booking process. I bought a couple of things with me to eat, and with tea and coffee making in the room and a fridge, this was not a problem, just required a tiny bit of planning.

Perfect location for tube to Heathrow. A little pricey but it's London / Hounslow. Uber clean. The best bed I've ever had at a hotel for comfiness.

It was an absolute hot box & even though there was a fan, it was a little hard to sleep.

Such a wonderful little place. Great location that's really close to the tube station with an easy connection to Heathrow. Really lovely and friendly staff, super clean and comfortable rooms which are thoughtfully laid out, with lots of nice touches like bedside lamps and power sockets by the bed. The bed was really comfortable and it was great that reception was manned 24 hours, it felt very safe. The location also meant it was a very short walk to the supermarket/ cafes for breakfast. I would happily stay again.

The only slight negative was other guests smoking close to the windows of my room but that's not the hotel's fault.
