Second time staying at this hotel. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, pictures on booking.com are an accurate representation of the hotel. Room had both UK and European outlets, as well as USB and USB-c ports for charging devices, which is a very nice touch. It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest underground station, then 45 minutes to the most common tourist attractions. Location would lose a few points when the Piccadilly Line is closed, so check the tfl website for planned closures when you book if you are flexible in your travel dates and plan to use the underground.

Excellent location for our stay to see family 1 mile away. Hotel was very clean and the staff immensely helpful. The price was cheaper than local Premier Inns and travelodges, but the room was much better equipped (fridge, safe, ironing board etc) and quality toiletries. The room was serviced every day at a time to suit us - no knocks on the door early in the morning - thanks to the information panel at each doorway. Overall an excellent place to stay, great access to public transport and road networks, and a reasonable amount of parking (a further charge is applicable, however that's par for the course in and around the area, even in budget chains). I would certainly recommend it to others if they require a place to stay in the area and will be staying there again the next time we come to West London.

Not much really, maybe the decor is getting slightly dated but nothing that would distract from the excellent value, quality and service received.

Rohit#10 I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Rohit, who greeted me with "Welcome back!" This personal touch made me feel valued and appreciated. Rohit was attentive to my needs, specifically regarding parking my car overnight, which was a great help. Additionally, as I was staying for business purposes and had several Zoom meetings scheduled in the morning, he promptly arranged a WiFi booster for my room. This thoughtful gesture significantly enhanced my experience and ensured my meetings went smoothly. I truly appreciated Rohit's politeness and his consistent smile throughout my stay. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and his excellent service certainly stood out. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Good location (next to the road and a bike lane, bus stop right outside the hotel and a train station 10-15 minutes away; Heathrow airport within 30 minutes or less by public transport or car/taxi, shops within walking distance). Hotel is nice and clean (both common areas and the room I stayed in), rooms are well equipped. Staff is smiling, cheerful, and most of all very helpful. Well working air conditioning, fast wifi, 115V and 230V sockets in the bathroom and both UK and EU sockets in the main room. I especially liked the electronic "do not disturb" board next to the door where you can select if you want privacy or that you'd like your room to be cleaned (good for longer stays, and much better than those paper doorhandle hangers).

Beds were very soft (other guests might like that though). Door closing and locking mechanism is loud, so you can hear other people entering and leaving their rooms (especially jarring late at night or early in the morning). Wifi isn't password protected.

Extremely helpful staff, check-in was at 15.00 and arrived at 12.00, paid for 24 hour parking on the Hotel site which was only £12.00 which i thought was very generous for London Prices. Entered Hotel to ask if we could leave our suitcases there and come back to check in later. Gentleman, on reception, got our room done there and then. Gentleman behind bar, very friendly and professional with how he poured and served the drinks. Attention to detail meet. Large comfortable room, Due to extreme heat, when we entered our room, the air con had been set, so we were comfortable walking into the room, Refrigerated water on arrival in the room. Lovely touch.

My stay at the Grand Park Heathrow was outstanding from start to finish. I would like to give special recognition to Monica, the manager, who was incredibly attentive and professional. She truly made a difference by providing me with a wonderful, quiet, and comfortable room that exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located, very clean, and well-maintained. The entire staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who value personalized service and a welcoming atmosphere.

24 hour availability of reception staff team. The manager has an excellent well chosen team of kind helpful and approachable staff always ready to support and ensure your visit is smooth and successful. As an experienced and avid world traveler I am always in bewildered awe at the Exceptional professionalism of Monica who exhibits exceptional exemplary service of the highest professional order. She is predominantly the reason why we have stayed every week for work purposes at this hotel for the past years and will continue to for the foreseeable. She makes it feel like home away from home. Huge congratulations to Monica for her ability to lead a successful team of reception staff. The management are fortunate to have her in their team.

I’ve stayed here 5-6 times over the course of the last few weeks. I’ve been working locally and sometimes working late so it’s not always been easy to get back to the far side of London. It’s a well maintained hotel, for what is a very reasonable price. The first time I stayed I had my initial doubts, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and helpfulness of the staff. On this occasion I was checked in by Rohit, who was polite and friendly and clear.

It’s not really a bad thing but be aware they always require photo ID to check in. This may be a rule due to the proximity of the airport, I don’t know. It’s not something everyone will expect so just be aware of it.

This is not my first time here, at the Park Grand Hotel, and I know it won't be my last. I keep coming back because the staff are top-notch. They are always accommodating any request I may have. The Front Desk Staff, Rohit and Monica, are amazing at what they do, and show me a courtesy and an interest in my stay every time I arrive. They are professional, welcoming and do it with a smile, each and every time, which, in this fast-paced time of travel and timetables, is no small feat. They are the best!

I have no complaints.

The hotel room is very clean and the staff are all polite. The staff made note to change my linen and towels everyday upon my request despite my indicator light being broken. I was very impressed. The location is near 2 bus stops, the nearest train station is 10 minutes away if you'd like to skip the bus.

There was a weekly fire alarm testing that wasn't mentioned at check in or booking. I was pretty spooked but the reception was easily reachable and explained the testing.
