I really cannot understand the unfavorable reviews. It's clearly stated in the description that the rooms are above a pub (and a VERY nice one), which means that until midnight it will of course be loud. After the pub closes, it gets completely quiet. My suggestion is to just take profit of this fact and have a good pint before going to bed! For that price and the excellent location on the Piccadilly line, I wouldn't ask for more. The building is a very beautiful, old English house, which I found very charming. The staff at the reception has been very professional, kind and fast. Check-in was instant. The room was very comfortable and with everything one can need.

One shower only had cold water, but I simply used the other one, which worked perfectly.

It was very close to the Piccadilly Underground line that serves Heathrow Airport - and the Heathrow Airport Bus Service 111 bus stop is less than a hundred metres from the property.

The name of the property does not appear on Booking.com. This is a very negligent omission because the property has the same address and postcode as a firm of lawyers next door. I stood for quarter-of-an-hour before noticing a small door in the pub next door that had the words “Heathrow Stay” on a poster. It would have been extremely easy to find the property if its actual name - The White Bear - appeared on Booking.com!!

Another pleasant stay at Heathrow Stay. I am a regular customer at Heathrow stay and would recommend to anyone who want cheap and cheerful accommodation. Of course the pub downstairs bit noisy during week end nights but the property is advertised as above a pub. The pub offers the best quality beer comparative cheaper and amazing food ( Indian cuisine) Staff always friendly and cheerful. The primary attraction is the easy access to all means of public transport. Hounslow East tube is 2 minutes away and there are several bus routes going all around. I wouldn’t say that the rooms are perfect but it is worth the cost and convenient for working people who looks for a cheaper bed for night. Hotel is with shared bathroom and shower facilities so be aware when anyone looking for en-suite which is not offered at this hotel

Rooms are behind the bar "The white Bear", so it's a bit "noisy", but i got that exact feeling as in Backpackers Hostels: Simple, fun, everything needed around, but definitly not "fancy" or luxuous :p Better calling that a backpackers and better be there for a life experience rather than a calm place to sleep. Room, shared toilets and showers were clean, slept well on the mattress, independent entry from the bar, nice and cool guy and waitress too, close from the Airport with subway. And a lot of planes then!! I did have a nice stay, sleep and night, coffee in the room in the morning, to be back at the airport the next day, so what else? I like that kind of place, and affordable for a long journey to go!

I believe the kettle needs to be replaced, as it kept boiling and not switching off No remote for TV. I didn't ask, as the member of staff was the bar staff. I watched something on my phone.

I had a pleasant stay at Heathrow Stay. The hotel is very close to Hounslow East tube station and there are several buses to many directions. For the price the hotel is very reasonable and comfortable. There is a pub downstairs but it didn’t bother me as once the windows close no sound comes to the room. The pub has a fantastic restaurant and chef is brilliant. Heathrow stay staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again as this suit with my budget and the service is reasonable

was all good frienddly staff nice room when we got moved to the correct room we were leftt alone which i liked!

howeer i booked three nights in twin room two beds and the first night they made a mistake put me in one double room so i had to sleep on floor and my friend stayed in the double bed there was no compensation for this error but the next two nights they fixed...also the internet connection was non existant in the first room they put us in

Great staff, rooms could do with a bit of tlc, painting and a bit more effort on the cleaning to be honest, for overnight stay great eve , bar downstairs found staff to be polite, punters in pub welcoming

Mattresses and under beds could do with a covid vaccination, although linen was clean, units coffee stained, could do with a scrub, but as said for overnight accommodation suited me at price,

Extremely nice staff of the facility, especially Joanna, the manager of the pub, very helpful! Finally, the right person in the right position! In addition, a very good location of the facility and convenient access to the metro station. I can confidently say that my stay was enjoyable.
