Location was fabulous for what we needed. We had a runway view room. Room was lovely. Big and airy and great view. Silent inside the room. (Soundproofed) Parking secure £18 for 24hrs but easy)

I had communication with the hotel after booking. They asked how we wanted the room making up (double or twin) They confirmed twin but they didn’t do this. Also they listed we had slippers as part of room but when we asked they initially said no until I went to the reception and showed them my booking. (We were planning on going to leisure club and didn’t pack sliders. Had to wear my trainers) no biggie but communication not great.

Location was amazing, 100m to the train station and so close to Heathrow. Despite planes flying all day over the hotel, you can't hear a thing. We ate one night at an awesome little pub down the road BUT the second night I went to the hotel restaurant and my meal was lovely. Friendly helpful staff, very comfy bed, space to work.

Chaotic breakfasts, not sure how they could fix that, but its a very busy hotel so breakfast is a bit crazy. Despite being told twice in messenger and once at front desk that we had 2 single beds, we got to the room to a double bed. It was a quick fix by housekeeping but a bit annoying!

The room was clean (including the carpet) and of a good size. The location right opposite Hatton Court tube station was great, it was easy to access both London and Heathrow. The room was very quiet despite planes flying overhead and it was dark during the night. We had no issues with the staff. We were allowed to drop off our bags to storage before check in.

It took the hotel a long time to answer messages sent ahead, but after seeing how huge the hotel is, I guess that's to be expected. The hotel's overall look was a bit grey and gloomy, although clean and comfy.

Although I understand the location was what we paid for, I do think it was slightly overpriced. Staff in restaurant could also up skill in knowledge of allergies/intolerances etc. Son is celiac (no gluten) and this seemed to be a hard concept for wait staff (kitchen staff seemed knowledgeable though which was good). Also (not hotels fault) but maybe somehow monitor guests in pool as two guest were having s*# in back corner of pool while families were there.

The access to the airport and london underground. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The value was excellent for the facilities on offer.

Breakfast felt like a school cafeteria in respect of the feel of the restaurant. There were no glasses for juice, water had ran out, pancake mix had ran out. The juices tasted like syrup, clearly not normal fruit juice. There was a lack of condiments, aswell as the tables not being set properly. It felt as though there was a lack of care and attention overall in the resteraunt area during the breakfast period.

Very conveniently located hotel if you need to stay close to the airport or if you're plane spotter like my son as we requested room with runway view and we got it which was great. Great sound proof windows were blocking the sound of planes flying overhead. Room was not very big but cosy and very clean, staff cleaned and made beds daily and reception staff was also courteous and helpful. Good value for the money especially when compared to the cost of stay in some other hotels at Heathrow. Tube station just across the road which was very convenient.

Choice of food at breakfast could be improved as apart from typical unhealthy English breakfast choice there was not great choice for vegans. Very little choice of fruits ( not even bananas). Soya yoghurts and dried fruits would be nice. Breakfast / dining room due to location has no windows so could be made look bit more brighter with nicer decor and some plants for example. Other than that it was good place to stay and really good value for the money for expensive London.

The hotel and room were very clean both inside and outside. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect with. The location was just one Tube stop away from Heathrow Airport, which made it easy to get there with all my luggage. The hotel offered free luggage storage with claim tags. The price was very reasonable for London.

The arrival was confusing because there were multiple entrances and reception desks, but only one was being used around ñoon. The check-in process took longer than I think it should have.

Considering the proximity to the airport, the room was extremely quite. We could not hear the planes at all from our room. This hotel is 2 minutes walk from Hatton Cross Underground and Hatton Cross Bus Station. Atrium is about 1.5 miles from Heathrow's International terminal. So, you would think that transportation to the airport would be cheap for our early morning flight - right? No, we were quoted 27 pounds for an Uber. As an alternative, take the bus from Hatton Cross for 1.75. Also, there are free bus rides to Heathrow for super-early arrival (check out N30 and H30 bus lines). The Piccadilly Underground to Heathrow is 5.50. We also enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, wet sauna, dry sauna and gym.

I feel like the bed was a little hard. Also, the fire alarm randomly went off on a Wednesday causing people to start evacuating, which was a false alarm. They do advertise an alarm check on Fridays at 14:00.

Lovely comfortable and modern bedrooms with toiletries and comfortable beds. We are a family of five so it was great to be able to get a double room and a room with three proper single beds in. Our double room was upgraded to an executive room with a huge bed and a great airport view too, which was amazing. Thank you! We also loved being able to use the pool, sauna and jacuzzi and we thought our stay was excellent value for money. We would definitely come back!

We didn't use the restaurant as it was a big space and seemed empty when we went to use it so we went to a local restaurant instead. The coffee shop in the hotel was great though!

The hotel was so clean and funky. The room was spacious/stylish and decorated very nicely. I really liked it. It is too good to stay just for a few hours before your flight. I wish I could stay longer. It is also very close to Hatton Cross station (one station away from Terminal 2&3). It was very convenient for an early flight and nice not to worry about shuttle/taxi services.

The hotel was great. The only thing was that Hatton Cross station did not a lift, so travellers with many luggage may want to avoid staying at this hotel. Having said that, a few minutes to the Heathrow is a great benefit.
