Location was fabulous for what we needed. We had a runway view room. Room was lovely. Big and airy and great view. Silent inside the room. (Soundproofed) Parking secure £18 for 24hrs but easy)

I had communication with the hotel after booking. They asked how we wanted the room making up (double or twin) They confirmed twin but they didn’t do this. Also they listed we had slippers as part of room but when we asked they initially said no until I went to the reception and showed them my booking. (We were planning on going to leisure club and didn’t pack sliders. Had to wear my trainers) no biggie but communication not great.

Location was amazing, 100m to the train station and so close to Heathrow. Despite planes flying all day over the hotel, you can't hear a thing. We ate one night at an awesome little pub down the road BUT the second night I went to the hotel restaurant and my meal was lovely. Friendly helpful staff, very comfy bed, space to work.

Chaotic breakfasts, not sure how they could fix that, but its a very busy hotel so breakfast is a bit crazy. Despite being told twice in messenger and once at front desk that we had 2 single beds, we got to the room to a double bed. It was a quick fix by housekeeping but a bit annoying!

The room was clean (including the carpet) and of a good size. The location right opposite Hatton Court tube station was great, it was easy to access both London and Heathrow. The room was very quiet despite planes flying overhead and it was dark during the night. We had no issues with the staff. We were allowed to drop off our bags to storage before check in.

It took the hotel a long time to answer messages sent ahead, but after seeing how huge the hotel is, I guess that's to be expected. The hotel's overall look was a bit grey and gloomy, although clean and comfy.

The access to the airport and london underground. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The value was excellent for the facilities on offer.

Breakfast felt like a school cafeteria in respect of the feel of the restaurant. There were no glasses for juice, water had ran out, pancake mix had ran out. The juices tasted like syrup, clearly not normal fruit juice. There was a lack of condiments, aswell as the tables not being set properly. It felt as though there was a lack of care and attention overall in the resteraunt area during the breakfast period.

The hotel was so clean and funky. The room was spacious/stylish and decorated very nicely. I really liked it. It is too good to stay just for a few hours before your flight. I wish I could stay longer. It is also very close to Hatton Cross station (one station away from Terminal 2&3). It was very convenient for an early flight and nice not to worry about shuttle/taxi services.

The hotel was great. The only thing was that Hatton Cross station did not a lift, so travellers with many luggage may want to avoid staying at this hotel. Having said that, a few minutes to the Heathrow is a great benefit.

Did not use the Wifi or the pool. A competitor hotel recommended this hotel and I was pleased with the accommodations. Coming out of the train station from the Tube was a little hard to find the entrance to the hotel. The staff were were pleasant, professional and helpful for my needs. I have told other people about staying at this property and would stay again in the future if the need arises.

Lack of signage to find the front entrance from the Tube station. Also, the Uber the following morning had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel but eventually figured it out as I did the same. The outside of the hotel looks plain and not as nice as inside.

Modern hotel which is really convenient for Heathrow Airport. Close to underground tube station too. Hotel reception and ground floor communal areas light and airy with contemporary internal design. Secure access for lift, spacious room with big tv, walk-in shower and tea making facilities. All staff were professional, friendly and courteous. The spa area was a great bonus. Very nice pool and hot tub. Underground parking too. Will definitely stay again.

Parking costs a bit pricey! Toaster on other side of restaurant, buffet a bit tired but it was hot which was good I should have asked for a room with a bath tub

From the moment you walk in, it has the wow factor. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were absolutely lush! Breakfast had so much choice, full hot breakfast, pancakes, pastries, cereals, absolutely everything was delicious! The decor is beautiful in the hotel, the rooms are lovely and clean with an iron ironing board, tea, coffee fridge, toiletries. The cleaner was so lovely as well. We had some men talking outside our room into the early hours with no sign of leaving, one call to reception and this was sorted. All the staff were so friendly looked so smart and went over and beyond. I will definitely be back! And the next time I will use the lush spa facility as well.

There was nothing to not like to be honest. Stunning hotel!

Literally across the road from Hatton Cross Station. Decent sized pool. Dry and wet saunas and a jacuzzi. Very helpful and friendly reception staff

The staff in the restaurant didn’t have a clue. After calling to order room service for breakfast, I could not get a hold of the restaurant staff for 45 minutes. The reception staff did their best by physically going to alert them of me calling. When I did get in contact with them, I was told that I could not order room service for breakfast especially when I had already pre paid for it. In the end after some back and forth I contacted reception and they sorted the entire thing and the £5 room service fee was removed.

Easy to get to, easy to get to tube station and bus station across the road Rooms were good, we booked for 2 rooms for family of three and a couple, the couple room was very spacious and had a sofa bed too, our room three single beds in a tiny bedroom not much space to move, abit disappointing Bathrooms were clean and shower was very good. Gym was good enough equipment Couldn’t get to use pool as closes at 7 pm Breakfast was great, any extras like omelettes or poached eggs is charged extra. Staff very helpful especially Rahul at reception. There is underground paid parking £16 for 24hrs then £4 an hour Enjoyed our stay
