Staff and ro were fine. No noise and comfy. Good quality meal in restaurant.
I googled heathrow T3 hotel. This showed up on the map as 1 of 2. This hotel is linked directly to T2 via a bridge. BUT T3 is a good 15 minute walk so if you have mobility issues or pushed for time book aerohotel that is actually in T3 this may be googles fault?

Great location. Clean and quiet; hardly any noice from the Airport in the room. It has everything you need as a stopover for one or two nights stay as a traveller using Heathrow Airport. The Train system around the Terminals, and also to London, is good, though it may seems to be complicated for one that do not know it yet. This time I used the Elizabeth train to London, and I will be using it again, though its little bit more expensive than the Sub. And also its much cleaner and faster train to use - if one is going to London from the Airport.
The price of the Hotel - and in my opinion its over priced. As I came early in the morning (about 0830) I could not get my room until after noon. But, I was offered a "early check in" for 50.-pounds extra! I felt like it was really not ok of the staff to offer this kind of deal, so I refused it. If they had a room, why did they not let me have it without extra cost, as I had already payed a lot for. Situation like that is not what I want to deal with after 12-14 hours flight. But this is their business, and therefore the quality of the service is not as good as expected, and I wrote above ...

Location is obviously the main appeal when you need to catch an early flight and can go straight to the terminal. Everything else was a great bonus: friendly helpful staff, spacious clean rooms.
We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 young kids) so I requested to stay together in the junior suite which has 2 rooms with 2 large beds and the kids are used to sleeping in one large bed whenever we travel. The hotel refused and we had to pay for an extra room which never even entered... They didn't have connected rooms and obviously we weren't going to leave our 7, 5 and 2 years old in a room on their own... and the junior suite had plenty of space for all of us. So we just had to pay for an extra room we never used.

I like the cleanliness and comfort and quietness of the room. The room size was just as nice and comfortable. Easy check in as well. As the location is within the airport so there are not many food varieties though there are within the hotel which is good and nothing to explore within the airport. The sound of planes which was mentioned by some reviewers - I did not hear anything at all and it was all quiet to sleep in during my stay. The overall experiences was definitely awesome. The house keeping team was nice on the next day i am in as she shared on the shortest way to reception.
It would be nice to have basic toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush or shower cap etc for a hotel. The door safety lock was faulty and could not lock well, i did not asked to fix as it was just 2 days stay. The sign of the name of hotel from train station is too small to view so it would be nice to be of viewable size.

The rooms are very quiet, beds very comfortable, good showers and usual expectations. Lifts are good and we like the sky bar for views and excellent wines. Great cocktails at the bar. The Samosa Chaat is GREAT !! Never change it - in fact have more Indian snacks. Staff at Reception always very professional
Rooms are great so nothing to comment on. Breakfast is expensive for hot and continental. The coffee machine doesn’t have hot chocolate and can’t do Mocha. We just wanted toast and coffee but for £18, err certainly not. The Reception machine can’t also cannot provide hot chocolate or do a Mocha. The Reception for food, snacks and drink is awful. No one sits there and opportunities for a huge improvement.

This hotel accommodates three adults and was the only hotel that had a full sofa bed to offer our third person.
I was surprised at the charge for early check-in. To be clear, we were informed at the front desk that we could avail of early check-in at a fee (of what was supposed to be £25. When converted into Canadian currency however it was much higher than the equivalent of £25. In addition, there are TWO different hotels at Heathrow named Hilton Garden Inn, and this creates confusion. Our shuttle driver dropped us at the wrong one initially, and once we were taken to the T2 Hilton and were checking in, another group was dropped off at T2 Hilton when they were supposed to be at the other Hilton. I think a name change would be a fantastic idea.

Great location, easy short walk to terminal 2.
Found the signage directing you from the terminal to the hotel was poor

The convenience for an early morning flight
Trying to find this hotel from the Heathrow Express in the adjacent terminal was very, very frustrating. There were no obvious signs or directions and even the LHR staff whom we asked could only guess at it's location. In the event the entrance was located in a car park, during the transit of which we were joined by several other frustrated customers. Lets see if finding the hotel on our return flight into Terminal 3 will prove any easier - but I suspect that it probably won't

Location to the airport
Lack of signage from the coach station to find the entrance. Also they took £50 deposit which is fine but still 3 weeks later sitting in my account pending so still awaiting refund. This refund should be instant as they take the money instantly from your account

I can't give an opinion of breakfast, I had an early flight on the only morning I was at the hotel, which is why I booked it in the first place. There's nothing more nerve-wracking than trying to get to Heathrow Airport on time from anywhere other than Heathrow Airport. The staff were uniformly welcoming and helpful. I was checked in quick and the room was comfortable and, as I'd requested, quiet. I got a good night's sleep before my flight. The Hilton Garden Inn provided everything I needed to ensure a smooth ride out of England.
I arrived at the terminal by hired car and the walk to the hotel, though well signposted, meant dragging my wheeled suitcase through a parking lot, down a path blocked by abandoned baggage trollies. The long ramp up to the hotel wasn't a problem on arrival, but for older people (and I am one) that same ramp becomes a challenge on departure, walking downhill trying to control a rolling bag. No railing that I recall! The lobby is a bit charmless, but does provide light meals for purchase either on the way to your room or en route to your flight.
