The breakfast and the convenience to central London

Wonderful breakfast offering and the assisting staff were so friendly and helpful. Probably the best service we have had on our travels.

Unfortunately the room next to us was rented on the 26th (room 324) in the afternoon to what we thought was a very amorous and loud couple. It became obvious after a while that there were more people in the room. We could hear one man giving directions. Apparently , a porn film was being produced on the property! As weary travelers hoping for a day to catch up on rest, this became a discouraging experience.

The location is a 5 minute drive from the car rental at the airport, a very spacious suit with a fully equipped kitchen, a large comfortable bed, a good breakfast,

Although we arrived late at night with a lot of luggage, we were not offered help to carry the luggage up to our room. At reception, I was directed to the parking lot behind the hotel and discovered it was completely full. Only after I had parked my car at an un designated spot and returned to the hotel, did a staff member inform me that I am not allowed to park there and that there is a vacant parking space that belongs to the hotel, so I had to return to the parking lot and park again - an unnecessary waste of time and effort.

The property itself very nice looking, modern, clean and even though it’s very close to the airport; it was very quiet. Our room was very spacious, looked clean, the bathroom was very nice . Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with our stay.

I liked everything

Room was a nice size, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The shower was very good and having controls away from the rainfall shower head was good.

The handwash at the sink was empty and didn't get filled up even after the room was cleaned. Not having fried eggs everyday was a bit of a disappointment

Had what we needed to be comfortable. Lots of space plus a couch. Very good breakfast included.

Had to wait over 1 hour at airport for transportation

The food next door in the restaurant next door at the Holiday Inn was average at best.

It’s frustrating to have to pay so much for either hotel hoppa bus or an Uber. We were 1 adult and 2 kids over 5 so would have had to pay over 20 pounds for a shuttle and we’d just missed one and they go every hour. Uber cost us £23 to go 5 minutes from terminal 3 and £14 back to terminal 5.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at Staybridge Suites at Hillingdon on Bath Road near to London Heathrow. Rooms were spacious, updated, clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful from the front desk checkin, to dining room staff (offering breakfast) as well as housekeeping staff. Breakfast selection was one of the best ever! Even provided GF muffin and GF toast upon request. Holiday Inn (also an IHG hotel) adjoins the Staybridge Suites and it is literally just steps away from Staybridge’s entrance. No need to take an Uber to restaurants for lunch and dinner! Holiday Inn’s restaurant has a wonderful chef and their menu was really great! Every meal we had was professionally served, plentiful and delicious. We would return to Staybridge if needing another overnight stay at Heathrow! Hoppa buses (charge with cash or credit card as you board) going to and from Heathrow stops outside the hotel. Different Hoppa buses serve different airport terminals so choose the right bus! Luggage racks to store luggage are at the front of the bus. There is a phone at the front desk if you need to book a taxi instead.

We usually stay at another airport hotel where you can walk to the terminal, but since their prices have increased dramatically we looked for an alternative and couldn't be happier. While not quite as convenient, the increased room space, meal options and handy shuttle to the airport more than make up for it. Yes you do have to pay for the shuttle, but again the minimal cost is more than offset by the value for money. We had a fully self contained 1 bed aprtment, complete with washing machine! and a fully functional kitchen. As most people don't plan to cook a meal just before or after a flight, there are plenty of food options next door, including delivery to your room. There are also a few ready frozen meals available in the foyer if you fancy microwaving one in your room. Reception staff were super helpfull and breakfast was excellent, and included!

Nothing all good. There is no free parking (although paid parking next door is available), However if, like us, you were dropping off a rental car, you can park outside for a short time to check in and unload your luggage.
