Wonderful breakfast offering and the assisting staff were so friendly and helpful. Probably the best service we have had on our travels.

Unfortunately the room next to us was rented on the 26th (room 324) in the afternoon to what we thought was a very amorous and loud couple. It became obvious after a while that there were more people in the room. We could hear one man giving directions. Apparently , a porn film was being produced on the property! As weary travelers hoping for a day to catch up on rest, this became a discouraging experience.

The location is a 5 minute drive from the car rental at the airport, a very spacious suit with a fully equipped kitchen, a large comfortable bed, a good breakfast,

Although we arrived late at night with a lot of luggage, we were not offered help to carry the luggage up to our room. At reception, I was directed to the parking lot behind the hotel and discovered it was completely full. Only after I had parked my car at an un designated spot and returned to the hotel, did a staff member inform me that I am not allowed to park there and that there is a vacant parking space that belongs to the hotel, so I had to return to the parking lot and park again - an unnecessary waste of time and effort.

Room was a nice size, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The shower was very good and having controls away from the rainfall shower head was good.

The handwash at the sink was empty and didn't get filled up even after the room was cleaned. Not having fried eggs everyday was a bit of a disappointment

It’s frustrating to have to pay so much for either hotel hoppa bus or an Uber. We were 1 adult and 2 kids over 5 so would have had to pay over 20 pounds for a shuttle and we’d just missed one and they go every hour. Uber cost us £23 to go 5 minutes from terminal 3 and £14 back to terminal 5.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at Staybridge Suites at Hillingdon on Bath Road near to London Heathrow. Rooms were spacious, updated, clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful from the front desk checkin, to dining room staff (offering breakfast) as well as housekeeping staff. Breakfast selection was one of the best ever! Even provided GF muffin and GF toast upon request. Holiday Inn (also an IHG hotel) adjoins the Staybridge Suites and it is literally just steps away from Staybridge’s entrance. No need to take an Uber to restaurants for lunch and dinner! Holiday Inn’s restaurant has a wonderful chef and their menu was really great! Every meal we had was professionally served, plentiful and delicious. We would return to Staybridge if needing another overnight stay at Heathrow! Hoppa buses (charge with cash or credit card as you board) going to and from Heathrow stops outside the hotel. Different Hoppa buses serve different airport terminals so choose the right bus! Luggage racks to store luggage are at the front of the bus. There is a phone at the front desk if you need to book a taxi instead.

We usually stay at another airport hotel where you can walk to the terminal, but since their prices have increased dramatically we looked for an alternative and couldn't be happier. While not quite as convenient, the increased room space, meal options and handy shuttle to the airport more than make up for it. Yes you do have to pay for the shuttle, but again the minimal cost is more than offset by the value for money. We had a fully self contained 1 bed aprtment, complete with washing machine! and a fully functional kitchen. As most people don't plan to cook a meal just before or after a flight, there are plenty of food options next door, including delivery to your room. There are also a few ready frozen meals available in the foyer if you fancy microwaving one in your room. Reception staff were super helpfull and breakfast was excellent, and included!

Nothing all good. There is no free parking (although paid parking next door is available), However if, like us, you were dropping off a rental car, you can park outside for a short time to check in and unload your luggage.

Room was very well equipped. Sofa, kitchen area, dining area. Everything could possibly need. Lovely big comfy bed. Everywhere was clean. Public area’s comfortable and welcoming. Lovely breakfast, plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly, polite and very helpful.

. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the Shuttle bus from airport was expensive and only runs every hour

Staybridge is a fantastic hotel with clean & modern facilities. Opposite Heathrow (a lot of the other guests - as well as flight crew - were jetting home so an ideal spot for them). We chose it for it's great location on the outskirts of London with easy onward routes: we went to Hampton Court Palace & to a Depeche Mode concert at Twickenham. Helpful, friendly staff. Good parking facilities. Suites were spacious, clean & well presented with separate living & dining accommodation. The compact, cleverly designed kitchen areas included a quality dishwasher, hob, fridge & extractor, & came equipped with good crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils etc. Room service was available (we didn't try it though the menu read well). Large well-lit bathrooms & complimentary toiletries, shampoo, conditioner etc. all in generous quantities. We made use of the small laptop safe, & there was a thoughtful addition of an ironing board & iron (laundry facilities are available for guests) - but we didn't have the need to use them. Hotel had some lovely relaxing guest areas on the ground floor with a choice of huge comfy sofas & huge TV's to match, a Library area, with complimentary hot drinks, plus a "Pantry" stocking toiletries, tinned foods, snacks etc. The buffet-style breakfast was superb & the restaurant hours were generous & offered great flexibility for guests. Staff were courteous & non-obtrusive, helpful & friendly - nothing was too much trouble. There was a gym (we didn't use it so can't comment on that). We loved it there & can't wait to go again.

We'd asked for views of the runway (the hotel is opposite Heathrow) which are enjoyed by the rooms on the higher floors, but our rooms had a very limited snapshot of the planes on the 3rd Floor (hotel has 5 levels). It was a shame, but we weren't promised it, just that they'd note our request. The only other criticism I can come up with was the rooms could have done with a few more mirrors. There was a full-length mirror in the lounge area & a large mirror over the bathroom basin - I would have welcomed one at face-height near the window (for putting on makeup in natural light), but it certainly didn't spoil our trip or put us off returning.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — perfect for our wedding night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchenette was a lovely touch, and the bathroom was luxurious. We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how well-maintained the entire property was. Before our stay, we messaged the team to ask if they could make the room a little special for the occasion — and they absolutely delivered. Their thoughtful touches made the night even more memorable, and we were truly touched by their effort and kindness.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like — not even the smallest detail. Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The service was seamless, the environment was peaceful and welcoming, and the facilities were spotless and thoughtfully arranged. It’s rare to find a place where every element — from the friendliness of the staff to the comfort of the room — is so well-balanced and intentional. We truly couldn’t fault a thing.

• Spacious Room: The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and move around. • Well-Equipped: Everything I needed was provided in the room — from toiletries to a convenient workspace. • Excellent Bed: The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable — perfect for a restful night after a long flight. • Great Breakfast: A good selection at breakfast, fresh and tasty. • Free Coffee & Tea: Loved having complimentary coffee and tea available all day in the lobby — a very thoughtful touch. • Airport Shuttle: The shuttle service to Terminals 2 and 3 was convenient and efficient.

Terminal 5 Access: Unfortunately, the shuttle to Terminal 5 is inconvenient — it runs infrequently and the ride takes over 40 minutes. Taking a taxi may be a better option. Room Windows: The windows face the interior of the hotel — great for noise isolation, but there’s no outside view.
