Room is clean, It has a working heater/air conditioner. You can set the temperature you need. It has nice comfortable bed and comforter. We used a taxi to get to the hotel. It cost 20 pounds from Terminal 5 , and it takes about 20 min. On the way back we used PODS- 8 pounds per person. It wakes less then 10 min to get to terminal 5. Breakfast: Very good. They had sunny side up and scrambled eggs, beans. sausage, milk, juices, coffee, pastries, several types of cereal and yogurt,

We rented 2 rooms. The phone to call from room to room was not working.

- Would certainly recommend staying here if you have a flight to catch the next day. There is a Premier Inn across the road as well which I think is slightly better quality (I'd stayed there once before), but I would simply choose the one with the better price. - The room was nice enough, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable. - The rooms had a number of good accessories such as iron board, kettle, complementary water etc. - The staff were very friendly. - The location is great. The bus stops right outside the hotel, comes every 20 minutes and it's 2 stops to Heathrow (around 10 minutes).

- The shop inside the hotel is very expensive but there is a petrol station and corner shop not far away so I recommend going there. - The hotel restaurant food was bad. - The hair dryer in my room was broken. - There isn't much of a view out your window, you just look out onto a car park.

I enjoyed a very pleasant stay before flying to New York the next day. It's located close to Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5 and I used a hotel driverless pod to travel to the airport which was fun and quick! I also liked the inclusive cooked buffet breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and made me feel welcome.

The bathroom bin was rusty and didn't open with pedal.

5min from the T5 with the Heathrow Pods. Even with the price of the pod you can save money if you book this hotel instead of the Sofitel.

Room is on the smaller side but if you are only here for the overnight stay before the flight it is OK. The toilet in the bathroom was very close to the wall.

Convenience to get to T5 by bus, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Bathroom needs some updating. Fixed shower head which drenches you in cold water if you forget to run it before getting in the bath. Shower curtain is sucked on to your body during shower which is annoying. Sink has no plug.

Easy to get to Terminal 5 in the pod in the morning, meal was lovely which I had in the evening before we flew. Room was clean, bed comfortable and shower nice and hot.

Rooms are small but clean; big flatscreen TV with many channels. Beds are good. Breakfast is ok: very good food at the restaurant and the Sportsbar. Staff is helpful , kind and polite. Great place for plane spotters!

We had a room facing the runway on the first floor and were not disturbed by the take-off of planes. You could hear them but not to the point that they were a dominant noise. The Pod from Terminal 5 to the hotel was simple to use and very efficient. The cost of the room was very reasonable compared to some other hotels in the same area that were easily accessible.

The rooms were clean and comfortable but, unsurprisingly, very well used. The fixtures and fittings all functioned without issue but were showing their age. The Pod cost is quite high, so it needs to be factored into the overall price. At the time of writing, the return journey, which took 5 minutes, for two of us was £36.

Great price for what we got - considering T5 hotels can cost 3 x as much as what we paid! Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Use the POD system to get to and from Heathrow! We were told to use the bus by one of the transport people in Heathrow - whilst it was a bit cheaper than the POD system (£8 vs £6.40), the POD system was SO much quicker and easier! Great shower!

No power points next to the bed! I usually have my phone on my bedside table with the alarm on and having to have it across on the desk made me worry I would not hear my alarm and miss my very early wake up (4am!)... it meant I didn't sleep well. Also the room was very hot when I arrived! It was difficult to get the air con to work although managed it eventually. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated and there was no fridge which was really disappointing.

The hotel is old, but very well maintained. It had been refurbished since my last visit, in November '24. While a little more expensive than my last visit, it remains excellent value; the room was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable; the location is unsurpassable, being the only hotel linked directly by the pod. The breakfast was nice - maybe could have been a little better, but the restaurant is bright and airy and gives a great view of landing aircraft. Room service was excellent - well cooked and presented and very welcome.

Breakfast could have been a little better; the selection of fried food didn't look terribly appetising, but the rest of it was fine.
