Except for a few things, everything about this property is likeable. From spacious rooms to a huge lobby to amicable staff to a beyond impeccable breakfast. I have never seen a 3 star hotel providing such an amazing breakfast. The best part was that they had allergens mentioned at every item. They had an option of almond milk too with a choice of different kinds of seeds, various juices and detox water. I have not seen even 4/5 stars do that. The hotel is just 2 stops from Heathrow terminal 5. Have Indian restaurant at walking distance They deserve to be 4 star if they can provide basic amenities.

- I did not like few things like no phones in the room. It would be difficult in case of an emergency for the guest to connect with front desk. - No bathroom slippers, toothbrush and all. These are all basic amenities and should be provided. - Charging £15 for an early check in is a lil too much.

Great deal for an overnight layover or early departure at London Heathrow. By bus you're at Heathrow Terminal 5 within 10-15 min for <3 GBP (although busses run on a schedule and thus might require you to schedule ahead - if you arrive late be sure to check the bus schedule). It's the money's worth for what you're getting in comfort and location. Even if you're only there for a few hours to rest. Bus stops are right in front of the hotel. Staff was friendly and understanding.

No things I didn't like. The breakfast felt pricy (10 GBP) and together with an early flight and requiring to be at LHR several hours before departure, I didn't decide to take this option. Some parts of the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location is perfect if you want to stay near Heathrow airport. The bus stop is right outside (703 bus), and there is also a shuttle bus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our suitcases there all day after check out and all day before we checked in. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and a TV.

No major issues, we really enjoyed our stay but the AC didn't go below 21° so found it really hot in the room and our bathroom wasn't as clean as we expected it to be but didn't really affect our stay. I would book again

Good size rooms, clean and super comfortable. The location is a short ride on the Hoppa bus with only two stops from Heathrow. Close but well sound proofed so quiet too. There is a nice Italian restaurant and a pub across the road. I liked my stay so much I re booked for my homeward journey. :)

It's a new hotel so everything was clean and comfortable. Great location near Heathrow Terminal 5, easy shuttle bus stops right out front, Thai restaurant across the street and a few others within walking distance, breakfast starts at 7 a.m. which was good for my morning flight. Good price and just 5-10 mins from the airport!

Great hotel for that night before/after a flight. 703 bus was so easy to catch to Terminal 5. Good refurbishment under way and could sense the newness of things. Highly recommend..... Excellent, quick responses to messages !

The shower was one of the best used recently in a hotel but ..... the shower curtain was not nice. Perhaps the next phase of refurbishment ? The air con was not great ?

I would rate 9.8 on 10 for the value for money and the ambience. it can be compared to small 3 star hotel with friendly staff and all basic facilities like hair dryer and breakfast. You can use shuttle buses Hoppa from the T5 terminal and vice versa. Location wise it is in suburbs so if you want a peaceful vacation, and lovely mornings strolls in the nearby vicinity. Ideal for a stopover before or upon landing in LHR, it is a good bet. I got the deal for approx 50 £/night. + 10 £ for single breakfast. Breakfast is little basic and fixed English breakfast with coffee/ toast/ scumbled eggs/beacon or sausages, beans, muselli, mushrooms. hashbrowns, some muffins and 3-4 varities of breads with jams etc. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Overall experience was HAPPY. I would highly recommend it.

Only small shortcoming- they don't have concierge or bell boy facility. But nevertheless the hotel has small lifts, you can take your own luggage#

Great room size, carpet is plush under your feet, air conditioning worked and was on when I arrived during a heatwave which was so relieving! The thermostat was slightly confusing but just turning it on and off worked just as well. Very clean and new, it felt hardly used. Double plug sockets either side though one was used for a bedside lamp on one side, the other being installed, plus one USB A slot. Great huge standing mirror with a waist-height shelf for heat styling tools, a hairdryer provided and plugged in underneath with an extra plug slot. 40 inch TV with dedicated movie and series channels, youtube, netflix and amazon prime as well as an arrivals/departure board option. Blackout curtains with no noise from the roads. Also a bath! Which also has handrails regardless of having an accessible room, plus a long countertop and full size mirror. Came with a kettle station with earl grey tea and different sugars for tea or coffee, mugs and spoons. Nice higher ceilings all helped the room feel very spacious and would have lots of room for two large suitcases open at the same time. You access the room via key code which was very convenient and more reliable than a hotel key in my experience, though you may need to keep your phone charged if you can't remember it like me. Self check in was easy to follow and I just went up the lift after I got my room number and code. Check out was even easier as I just walked out because there was no room key to return. Great location to Terminal 5 with lots of bus options, the bus stop is directly in front of the entrance! Easy to order Bolt/Uber from plus with the wrap around driveway meant when I booked one they could pick me up/drop me off at the door and I wouldn't have to get in the road. I did not have to talk to staff during my stay so I can't comment there, nor did I book their breakfast.

Limited to 5 hangers in a double room. Pillows were quite poor and lumpy. It's a gamble whether you will have loud neighbours or not but sometimes you can hear a fair bit from other rooms. The cracks under the the main door let in a noticeable amount of light for what was otherwise a black out room. Shower temperature didn't change and was stuck on scolding hot which was too much for me, sometimes it would wane to just hot and I made do. Nothing major and I'd still highly recommend it!

A good property to stay near to Heathrow Terminal 5.... easily accessible from T5 by the Flightline buses (available till midnight & very much economical than the regular taxis as well as Uber). Also there's a bus service (H5H) between this property, Hilton & T5 (please check the bus timings with the property). There's also the regular London Red bus service, but am unsure of it's service to Heathrow (however should be useful if you want to reach the city). The bus stop from T5 is just across the street & less than 50 steps away from the property so not to worry even at midnight. The return bus service is available just 5 steps once you step out of the hotel's main door.

I checked in at 23:30 & checked out at 10:30, so honestly nothing to dislike.
