Hotel in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the station. Can't comment on parking as we were on foot! The staff were really friendly, everyone we met was nice, we will definitely consider staying again next time we visit Woking. One thing that was really good, the lifts. They were fast, didn't make frightening noises and you never had to wait too long for one to arrive. We were on floor 15 in a more or less South East facing room and the view was stunning.

When we arrived we went in to the lobby at the Victoria Way entrance where there was what appeared to be a reception desk but it was unattended. We waited for quite a while and still no-one came. We tried ringing the hotel number on the booking but there was no answer. Eventually we found a member of staff who informed us that reception was actually on the 7th floor! It's not like this spoiled it but a simple sign on the downstairs desk saying "Main reception on Floor 7" would be a tiny outlay to prevent people like me from unnecessarily standing around for 15 minutes! The signage that IS around isn't entirely clear either, it just says "Reception Lifts" without specifying which of the floors reception is actually on!

On arrival we were offered a welcome drink, staff were helpful and very friendly. Room was very spacious and nice decor and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was a good size too. Tea and coffee facilities and free water. Location was amazing and we visited the Loft bar which had a great atmosphere and great views. Car park we had to pay for which I think should of been included, plenty of parking available.

Shower didn't hold while showering so had to hold it, but it was powerful - Parking charge, think it should be included.

Check in was easy and friendly, room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, a true american king size, the towels were fluffy and large, the dining room and the bar were both fabulous, great service and lovely food. Lovely view of surrey (and even London) from the top. No complaints at all. We highly recommend this.

The cups in the rooms are too small. Please provide a mug. Most people these days drinks from a mug so we found our morning cup of tea to be too little.

Great attitude from the staff on entry – Paul, Jaspreet, and Adnan were very welcoming and offered me a nice glass of Prosecco on arrival. They described all the facilities clearly and ensured a quick check-in and check-out. Really good team and company vibe – I can’t wait to go back! The Sky Bar on the top floor has amazing views, and the staff there are equally attentive and polite. It’s a great place!

I found it a bit difficult to find the way from the station to the hotel, but with help managed it ok. My room was comfortable, quiet and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening meal I had in Oxbow restaurant, with stunning views and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, but I would have liked having a hot plate for my cooked items, rather than a cold one. As I currently need to use a walking stick, a staff member was kind enough to help me when needed. An enjoyable stay - thank you.

The room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. All the facilities needed were available in the room. The staff were very friendly.

If you don't know the area is very difficult to get your head around how to get into the hotel, due to the work road in the front of the building. The night receptionist was very pleasant and friendly, but may need more training. I was not asked if I have been the hotel guest before. No explanation were given where my room was or description of what was available on the site.

Location excellent as was entry into the Hotel. Staff very helpful and polite as well, morning Breakfast was and is good value for money, lots of choice and a good English Breakfast choice as well.

Had an evening meal and unfortunately it was possibly one of the worst Steaks that I have had, very chewy and not particularly cooked well, overcooked and tough.

Attention to detail was top class. Drinks upon arrival, after a long journey this was appreciated. There was an issue with our room which was immediately rectified and sorted. Very comfortable beds, great facilities everything was perfect. Fabulous breakfast with a great choice. Great location, clear instructions to park. Parking charge overnight very reasonable. The best hotel we have stayed in Woking/Guildford.

Parking difficult to find, needs better signage or knowledge when booking. Would have liked a “guest” bar area that was quieter. Drinks very expensive and didnt feel like going to the sky lounge when youve just arrived after a long day. Area at reception would of been pleasant to sit by a bar

Nice modern property. Rooms were nice. The person that helped with check in with excellent. We were meant to be staying in another hotel round the corner because we had a dog with us and didn’t think Hilton would accommodate him. The other hotel had a power cut so I went in on the off chance and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
