i don't really understand poor rating they have. Ifyou book budget room, don't expect butler at the door and golden taps in toilet. I got everything i expected: clean linen, clean en-suite bathroom, kettle and coffee. But most of i'm satisfied with it's staff. Very responsive, friendly and helpful. Free parking at the back and great location right next to M4. I already stayed there two times and i won't look for anything else if needed again. Thank you, guys if you read it!

Staff were very helpful all the time. And the chef was so kind even after closing on request she made us pasta with beautiful smile on her face. The food was delicious so far.

Nothing in particular. But according to the prize rooms are decent but clean and tidy. I was delightful so far and enjoyed my stay. 😊

Wash room tap is two one for hot water another for cold water its not good need joint tap in wash room

Receptionist Mr Rahl is a very good man. he received me in good time. other members of staff are good and humble too

location. close to bus station and not far to the airport . it has a clean environment and warm good looking staff

pretty close to Heathrow airport, 10 minute walk to super ASDA supermarket, clean bedsheets, friendly staff
