Breakfast was buffet style that consisted of scramble eggs, ham, sausage, home fries, beans, cooked tomatoes. Also they had cereals, coffee, teas, orange juice. All very tasty.

Three bathroom should have walkin showers. The height from the floor into and out of the tub was odd. I'm a short person and it was difficult getting out of the tub as you had to step down kind of the at you would step down a stair.

Great location overlooking river. Our room had a great view over the river and was recently refurbished. Although it wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked. Carpet didn’t appear to gave been hoovered. Cobwebs in corner of room and windows outside dirty. Woke up about half a dozen times in night die to noisy people in other rooms flushing loose. Was so loud.

It seemed a bit scruffy: wood work chipped and attention to detail not great. It lacked character with the fake brick wallpaper in the dining room on pillars and fireplace. Shame really as made ir look cheap.

After a disappointment on arrival, for the remainder of the stay the hotel staff were really helpful, and went out of their way to ensure me and my kids had a happy stay. Wonderful rooms at amazing value, particularly given the location close to Heathrow etc, and the room overlooking the river, breakfast on the river terrace etc.

On arrival, one of our two rooms had a problem - no lights!. We arrived very late at night, so understandably it wasn't dealt with until the next day. However, shouldn't they have checked the room before we arrived?

Decor in the room was great, the room was huge! Incredible view out the window of the water. The price was very reasonable and I am glad we stayed there, I would stay again. the restaurant area was really smart and the breakfast was the best buffet breakfast we have had (and we have stayed in ALOT of different hotels) Beautiful view from the restaurant over the water and an incredible seating area where we could sit and enjoy the views, and all the baby goslings. The staff were all lovely, in particular the young male night receptionist was brilliant.

Cleanliness in our room was not the best. An Empty drinks bottle and a dirty t-shirt was in the room when we arrived. Bathroom taps had built up grime on so not just a little spot that had been missed, it’s obviously been poor for a while! Even the mirror had old toothpaste splashed up it. Not a big deal but the complimentary tea/coffee sachets were on rations and the shampoo/soap were cheap and very small.

Lovely location with views of the river, very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Walk in shower was very slippery with no grab handle or slip resistant mat. This could be solved easily and reduce risk of falls. Drain smell from sink.

Room very clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of both cooked and continental. Staff very attentive. Hotel itself was also very clean and had clearly been recently renovated. Bar had good selection.

Wi-Fi whilst free was very poor, at times none existent. TV in room does not provide for standard channels, only apps and catch-up TV is available. But as this relies on Wi-Fi, which as stated is poor, it is very hit and miss!

The room was recently refurbished and was comfortable.

The wall paper was peeling in one corner but could easily be stuck back down. The outside of the hotel is looking tired. Came down for breakfast and the ceiling in the restaurant had come down and was cordon off with Halloween tape. Very Faulty Towers.

Location great, have stayed before. Staff really helpful and went the extra mile to ensure my husband's birthday lunch went well.View of the river was very nice. Enjoyed our stay will visit again

A lift would be good , negotiating stairs to second floor when elderly was hard. Will ask for ground or first floor next visit . Breakfast okay could have been hotter.

Location near River and transport links. Air con, car park, friendly staff. Some aspects of breakfast. A nice balcony with a river view.

car park charge of £3 50 per day of stay with no guaranteed space. The breakfast menu lacked availability of fruit, and 1 choice of eggs, plates were cold. We had to keep asking for replacement food items and cutlery as they regularly ran out. The walk-in shower was nice with a good water flow, BUT it only had a static overhead spray. Turning it on, you didn't know what to expect re- heat. Water inevitably went all over the room floor through the end gap as the shower sprayed at unexpected angles.

Lovely location, we were in the Waterside Lodge which is separate to the main hotel. Our rooms had great views over the Thames. The rooms were large, modern and had air conditioning (much appreciated in the hot water weather) and balconies. Breakfast was good and re-stocked for late arrivals, staff friendly and helpful.

Initially we were allocated rooms in different buildings despite ticking the box requesting rooms near each other when booking. Not sure if this was bioking.com or hotel at fault but the hotel rectified it when asked. Could have done without the 3am fire alarm on the Sunday night too!!
