This was a good place to spend a night before the flight. 15 mins by bus to Heathrow, so it makes things very easy. The room is spacious and pretty comfortable. Some complimentary biscuits along with the usual tea and coffee were a pleasant surprise :) Made us feel welcome

I know it is probably done to make guests feel better and gives a sense of cleanliness, but I think the scent of detergent on the towels and sheets is too strong. Especially the sheets and pillowcases - it is just too strong and too close to the nose :)

Very clean and close to the airport. Accommodating host.

Late checkin could be problematic. We arrived late midnight due to a long flight delay. I communicated that would be the case and asked for check-in procedure and how to get the key. No reply back from host... that would have helped and avoided late call to figure out how to get in. In the end all was fine, but the late call from me could have been avoided with some simple reply.

It was clean and had plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Two clean cups and saucers and clean glasses. Powerful shower. Clean towels and also shampoo and shower gel. There was a working kettle, refrigerator and also a microwave in the room.

I don't like to use wash basin tap water for the kettle or washing my cup, so a sink availability would have helped. Apart from this, all was good.

Convenient location for Legoland. Ideal for my son and I. Microwave came in handy for breakfast. Good for the cheap price.

Slight confusion on arrival as the protocol wasn't very clear, but was soon sorted after a phonecall to the owner. Most of the room seamed pretty clean, but bedside table clearly hadn't been cleaned as there was food scraps on top

Room was very clean and smelled neutral. Bathroom was excellent, clean, with complimentary toiletries. I was pleasantly surprised by the trouser press, ironing board, iron, and fridge and also the two packets of biscuits which were yummy after a long drive. I appreciated the choice of hard or soft pillows. Apart from a few vehicles, the whole night was SO quiet! Really peaceful.

Carpet was clean but very old old, frayed and badly stained...not nice. Around 6 curtain hooks/eyes had broken, so curtains could not be closed properly. This is a very easy fix so was rather disappointing. TV only had 3 or 4 channels, all the rest could not be tuned. But this was only a minor inconvenience. Worst thing was the hard mattress, which meant I hardly got any sleep all night. But I appreciate others may find it OK. Unfortunately, the uncomfortable bed, is the ONLY reason I will not be staying again, which is a real shame.

Exactly what was expected for this price range. Comfortable and clean with lovely staff. Its a budget option but was clean and did the job.

Rooms may be compact, but comfortable and have all to cover your short needs. Extremely kind and friendly welcome for me and my dog. Thanks for hosting us!

Friendly reception, cosy and spacious room. Clean and lovely welcoming snacks and a kettle for hot drinks. After a long rainy day.. we were so happy to arrive and slept really well

Only stayed for the one night. The dates were a mix-up, but they sorted it out straight away. The staff that met me on site were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was really spacious, well looked after and VERY clean! I wasn't expecting such a lovely stay for what is a competitively priced stay close to the M25.
