It was close to the airport and the studios where I was working, which was convenient for uber travel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great to have the self-pay/serve snack spot in the lobby for those late night/ early morning grabs.

Room furniture and bathrooms need updating. Especially the bed headboards. The toiletries in bathroom weren’t cleaned from previous guests. The hotel gym needs cleaning/ upgrading too. Looks much better in the pics than in person. The breakfast buffet was ok, however I stayed a week and there were no additions/ changes to buffet menu. Grew sick of eating the exact same thing every day.

The reception staff were wonderful. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I travelled alone with my dog. Within 10 minutes a dog bed was delivered to my room by another pleasant member of staff. The lady on reception when I checked in was especially kind and she went out of her way to assist me during the evening to help me order food as dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. We could sit in the lounge area of the lobby to eat which was very comfortable. My very enjoyable food was delivered promptly despite the restaurant being very busy by a cheerful waitress. As requested I was given a quiet ground floor courtyard room with access only a few doors away for doggy toilet breaks. Despite being 10 minutes from Heathrow and close to the M4 noise did not impact my sleep or stay in any way. Easy to park when I arrived. Every member of staff I met was pleasant which makes a big difference especially if you are travelling alone.

The bed was a bit hard, a topper would make it more comfortable. The room furniture is slightly tired but this did not affect my stay (it’s obviously a very busy hotel with lots of flight crew checking in and families).

Good location. Didn't have to drive too far from motorway that's why I choose this hotel. Very big car park. The hotel & room were fairly clean, but I checked in late and left early for my day, didnt really look around much. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary, i did breakfast included as I didn't see any shops nearby in walking distance. And it was cheaper as a package deal. If not, you need to pay £18.50 per person on the day, which I think is not worth it. The bed was really comfortable. Usually, I am very sensitive to hotel bed linen. They give me itchy skin. This place bed linen didn't. So I slept better. So soft and comfy. Water/tea/instant coffee provided.

Never had to pay for parking for parking at the hotel before, but we paid £9 something per car, which wasn't too bad, but just surprised. Its huge hotel, and they had a pair of lift for the whole building. Our room was at the end of other side of lift. So we had to walk quite bit to get to the rooms. Unless there was another one and we didn't see it.

We parked for a week whilst w were away. Very good service. Breakfast is superb. A great choice for all tastes. We also ate in one of the restaurants and the food and service was very good. Prices are higher than we normally pay but it is convenient for LHR. Use the pre booked taxi service if you are going to and from the airport. It is a lot cheaper than getting a taxi, as we found out!

Our room (2219) was good but the bed was very close to the wall and no one side with bed side table was a minor inconvenience. When we stayed there before our trip the room was a different one and better laid out.

It’s such a beautiful Family oriented hotel. I enjoyed our stay the breakfast was the best part . We enjoyed our stay without any issue. They were so kind and even offered kids pizza on Thursday . Lovely staff at the Kitchen market section too.

Just got to know about the deposit , but the receptionist was very lovely and reasonable and made it easier for me to pay an alternative payment. I think I missed that part , or it’s in the blue print which no one reads.

Welcome, parking and room great

Unfortunately, when I checked in it transpired that I’d booked two rooms, by mistake. One through the hotel and one through booking.com. It was a genuine mistake and it was unfortunate that reception staff couldn’t have cancelled one of the rooms, once it was obvious it was a mistake, by me. I therefore paid for two rooms but only used one. I understand that with prepayment one can’t be refunded. But, in this case I feel something could have been resolved.

Very welcoming, very friendly staff, polite, quick check-in, parking (parking goes very quickly at the front-people had parked over the disabled bays without badges leaving no spaces for disabled badge holders-but security were very good at letting this people the use the coach drop off to park in which is right outside the front doors- but there is an extra car park around the rear(it is a one way system- so you do have to drive round the whole hotel to get back out(it is a big hotel! Has on site gym- which likes really good- didn’t get a chance to use it so can’t comment) very children friendly- lots of children and families as well as professionals- caters to all perfectly. Local to many attractions- we started here to be close by to get to Legoland, plenty of choices for food hotel (although we didn’t eat at the hotel simply because we were out exploring and ate out) and out locally (Slough High st- approx 10 mins drive with tons of shops). We did also get free curtesy parking on this occasion (not sure whether it’s something the hotel is offering currently or whether they randomly pick to offer this- as card details were taken initially when booking in for this) There was complimentary water and glasses in each room, towels, clean beds, clean bathroom, plenty of charging ports (loved the one built into the lamp!), decor is similar to what is shown in picture on website (we had the deluxe double, double beds- they aren’t huge but not tiny either- was just fine for our needs- there is a desk and chair, 2 comfy sofa seats and table, tv,ironing board and iron, safe, fridge, kettle with the usual condiments, bath is on the smaller side (fyi- one of our 2 rooms had an overhead shower over the bath while the other didn’t and one of our 2 rooms had little lamp lights on the headboard while the other didn’t- of these little things matter or are important to anyone)

No major issue- just minor gripe for us personally- there wasn’t enough toilet paper- as we were a group with 2 rooms

The best experience we had during our stay was at the reception. We were traveling with a few kids, and there was an issue with our room that initially caused us some concern. However, the receptionist, Milfa, went above and beyond to address our needs promptly and efficiently, sorting everything out in no time. Her professionalism and quick response were a huge relief and made us feel truly valued as guests. Thanks to her efforts, the rest of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Milfa for her outstanding service, which truly set the tone for a fantastic stay.

All the staff. Especially: Jonathan, Krish, Rupinder, Abdul and all other ladies at the front desk (sorry, i did not take their names). All of them are very helpful and provide service with a smile! Breakfast restaurant: omelette lady from Jammu is fantastic, i think she makes omelette and fried eggs for at least 300 people daily. I must say, she does with a smile, always helpful! Restaurant staff from Goa are all good and extremely helpful!

There is one restaurant manager (i do not know his name - i think he is from Nepal). Worst service, he tends to count how many teas have we had, how many eggs we had. This is ridiculous. I am surprised, how a restaurant manager is allowed have breakfast from guests buffet, while guests were eating. Normally, all staff have same food, however in the staff dining room. I own three hotels in the U.K., i would take strict action against any staff who is unwelcoming and be-little guests. Any one who can afford to stay at Marriot, must be okay financially. If other staff would not have been good, i would not have come back or recommended! Barring one man, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT!

The location is near Heathrow airport which is convenient in some cases. The breakfasts were good. Room was very nice with the excelent bed.

Too far from the centre of the city. The prices in the restaurant are high. Beer even higher than in the airport. Fridge was not working, but I didn't need it. The cimate control was very strange: heat started only at 27 degree reference and I had to open the window to balance the temperature in the room.
