The closest accommodation to T5, excellent for transit or as a base for a couple of days with very easy access to Central London. Friendly & relaxed but efficient staff. The French restaurant is very good and has some good wine.

Although this is as close to being "in terminal 5" as makes no odds, it is quite a significant walk with luggage and there is a bit going up and down in lifts or on escalators. There is a lovely and comfortable bar beside the French restaurant but it seems that this is not routinely in use (the bar which is, is fine but I feel it has less feeling of relaxed exclusivity).

Location was excellent, beds were comfortable, shower was great, excellent for a quick flight out. It was essential for the end of a long trip.

There was a disconnect between what we paid for with the Family room and included breakfast and what the front desk staff knew and what the restaurant staff understood and they were pretty confrontational instead of checking with the front. We had to leave and do our own work to get it resolved and come back. Also the first night meal at the restaurant the service was expensive and extraordinarily slow and not great. Shop staff said "not again!" when I came in to buy a water from her and she didn't want to deal with customers even though I had never been in and it was only 5p.

My car hire company dropped me at terminal 5 where I checked in my bags and then had an easy walk to the hotel. You just can't beat the location even though it's a bit pricey at times. The check in lady could not have been nicer and I would never have thought she must have said the same thing 100 times that day as she was so nice.

Oh my goodness the carpet 😩. Even wheeling my had luggage bag was difficult so goodness knows what big bags would be like. There must be some good low noise floor covering? Also carpet always feels so dirty.

I arrived after a very long day and staff were extremely prompt into arranging for me to get some rest despite the reception area being full with other guests. I was offered a free upgrade without asking by Shaina who was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very quiet and allows for full relaxation meters away from the busy Terminal 5. It absolutely provides exceptional value for money. The room was huge, had all I needed for an overnight stay and I wish I had more time to truly enjoy all the facilities. Will definitely plan better next time.

There was nothing I disliked, I wish I had more time to spend there before my early morning flight.

Great room, had everything we needed. Great location for T5.

We ate in the main restaurant and for a hotel restaurant found it quite expensive. I had the pasta arriabatta and didn’t realise we had to pay extra for chicken, we queried it and the waitress brought us a dish of chicken which didn’t look of any quality. When we paid we saw that we had been charged £13 for just the chicken!! We were shocked however the bigger shocker was being charged £70 for a bottle of Sauvignon blanc, we had trusted the waitress with her recommendation but hadn’t checked the price. Not a great experience at all.

Very convenient location in Terminal 5, which made our early flight much less stressful. The room was very comfortable. In previous years we have stayed in cheaper so called airport hotels, but this resulted in extortionate taxi fares to get to and from the terminal. This made the higher price of this htel worth it overall, plus convenience of simply walking to the terminal for our flight.

But overpriced really, but considering what we would have paid in taxis to get to and from Terminal 5 staying in another "aitport" hotel it was definitely worth it overall. This is the only airpoirt actually in the terminal.

It's the best placed, high end accommodation spot, mostly inside Heathrow 5 Terminal (6 minutes walking from passport control). For those in transfer from other Heathrow terminals, just one click from the tube (Elizabeth Line). Best option in any sort of check-in or check-out from London Heathrow.

At night, the tunnel between Hotel and tube terminal (airport T5), could be a little creepy.....nobody to welcome you or at least to assure your safety, if alone. It's a long access hall without any sort of security presence, mostly by night and mostly for a travelling women or girl. Maybe CCTV, but still....just a little bit, creepy.

The rooms were incredibly calm and quiet and super clean

There was a queue to check in but it's a busy hotel so that's to be expected. I was asked for photo i.d. which is understandable as it's an airport hotel but actually I wasn't travelling and I didn't have any. It's not a requirement to carry photo i.d. in the UK and nothing in the booking confirmation said it was required. The receptionist seemed genuinely shocked that I didn't have any and made me feel like I was in the wrong which didn't get my check in off to a good start. The car park has very inadequate signage and having driven around for ages desperately searching for a space I was quite disorientated. It could have been much easier to find an exit to the hotel.

Just overnight stay before flying back home, but was great stay! Was lucky enough to be upgraded to a king room and after 5 weeks, all over Europe, it was the most comfortable bed for the whole trip! Lots of great pillows and thick, crisp sheets AND blackout curtains that actually kept the room dark! Woke up in later morning and still thought it was nighttime! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Had flown out of Heathrow to Italy a few days before this stay and they kindly stored one of my bags so I was able to just carry on my Italy flights! Super clean room and large shower with great water pressure. Definitely a great stay, would highly recommend it for overnight or longer. Location is fantastic for flying out too! Can't beat how quick and can even stop at stores in airport to get sandwiches, drinks, etc before checking in.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given an upgrade which we really appreciated because we had an early flight to catch. And the location for the airport couldn’t have been better.

The only issue we had was that the parking is very expensive so we ended up leaving our car in the long stay car park, which meant we had to travel from the car park back to the hotel, so more reasonable pricing would have made it even better so we could have parked there.
