The remote control of the TV did not work in two rooms. I noticed on the second night that a battery was missing from the remote control. No breakfast. One guest behaved very loudly at bed time and woke everyone very unpleasantly at 6:15 in the morning on 14th. Although, I should doubt this guest was a member of staff, I did not like the highly anti-social behaviour. Waking one made no difference in reality, just gave a bad start to the day.

Close to Slough Ice Arena. We were able to check in late and check out early, which was perfect for what we needed as we’d travelled far and had an early start at the rink for a competition. The receptionist was very welcoming on arrival and showed us to our rooms. There was plenty of parking.

Tea and coffee but no kettle in room. Luckily we had 2 rooms, although not next to each other, so we were able to share. However, this meant walking up and down the stairs a few times between 5am and 6am which wasn’t ideal.

Everything. There's, what appears to be, a restaurant next door. The staff were lovely, helpful and courteous

The mixer tap on the shower did not allow for cold water. But, I was rushing to check out on time.... So.... Perhaps if I'd let the water run a little longer.... But other than that. My stay was perfect

the main entrance is not where you expect it to be via the huge entrance doors which should be the case as that would be a rite of passage experience in itself pity its not the case

Family room was more comfortable than the double room, meaning the kids got the best room than my wife and me. We were glad to find Disney channel on TV for the kids' entertainment, which was a relief.

The building and rooms need some prompt maintenance: A broken glass window right in front of my room gave an impression of an unsafe place.

Despite encountering some negative comments, my stay at the hotel was surprisingly pleasant. The quiet location, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed exceeded my expectations. Plus, the ample free parking and CCTV added to the sense of security. Overall, a positive experience

This was a clean and comfortable stay. If we have work in this area I will definitely book to stay here again! We had everything that we needed.

There isn't anything negative I can say about this stay. Is was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again in the future if work takes me this way.

Should have better sign posts in place to direct you to reception as main entrance leads you to the restaurant reception which was not maned at the time I arrived which left me waiting around for 15 minutes until I walked to the other end of hotel and discovered the hotel reception

The plug in the hand basin in the bathroom was missing. This meant that I could not fill the hand basin with water. I prefer to be able to do this. The room was number 28
