The location of the hotel is excellent and very central in terms of access to the freeway.The buffet breakfast was very handy.Good to know next time you can ask for some pancakes for a change to the daily breakfast served.Friendly and helpful staff.Room was big enough for two.Access to cold water and hot drinks with take away cups provided in level 1 a nice touch during our stay.Beds were comfortable to our liking.The bar on the ground floor was convenient to have.

The bathroom fittings may need a bit of a check, most were leaking.Carpets looking a bit dated.Updating the bedside access for power like usb and universal plugs would be a nice touch.The bedroom doors slam noisily so you need to hold it to avoid making noise when you arriving or exiting your room.

We booked as a stop off on the way to lego land with children. The reception staff were really friendly and even gave us a quiz to complete with the children which was nice to kill some time.

As part of the booking we had paid for half board food within the price which we had to ask specifically for as the staff on duty didn't seem to know anything about it and had to ask a superior how it worked. We were then given an iPad style device to order from with limited choices that we had to wait for the staff to put in the half board codes on while my children were given a buffet choice meaning they had finished eating 45 minutes before our food was even brought out. Hopefully a one off but wasn't an enjoyable family meal time.

Booked superior room and emailed property requesting walk in shower, received email saying this was booked, when we arrived they said room we booked didn't have walk in shower, so down graded us to one that did and refunded difference. Room was clean, bed was OK, window was screwed closed but there was a VERY loud A/C., not sure how good it would be in really hot weather. We informed staff of problem on check out and they said they would report it. Staff all polite and breakfast was fine, staff there went above and beyond. On the whole a pleasant stay, great location for Windsor etc. This is the third or fourth time we used the hotel, its looking a bit tired now but good value for money

Mattress gave me back ache but maybe that's just me, other could find it comfy. Loud AC which didn't cool well.

2 double beds that were comfy. Breakfast location was in the hotel. Good location of hotel (close to legoland), room was spacious, tv in room, aircon.

When we checked in the staff member at the desk told us the wrong times for breakfast meaning we arrived late. Fortunately the staff in there allowed us to still get our breakfast and were very helpful - but it did mean we felt rushed because by this point other staff were coming in to finish off the breakfast so we didn’t get to go up for seconds and felt a little rushed. Didn’t like that you had to pay extra for parking.

breakfast was to so crowded to many guest and families for such a small area uncomfortable seats due to this that there was no more omlettes and food very cold hot breakfast not refilled quickly enough maybe due to staff shortage one plus point orange juice very fresh and consistantly on tap. however the fresh fruit and yogurt where finished and not topped up quick enough , First night i went to breakfast at 7.45 am so not late however very busy for thst time of the morning . so 2nd night went later 9am . huge mistake as it was very croweded uncomfortable and breakfast ran out quickly and not toppped up .

We chose the hotel for our London trip because the center of London was expensive and also because it was close to LegoLand. We chose it. We went to Slough train station with Uber at the hotel and from there we went directly to Green Park station without a transfer. We were happy to come directly to the museums and parks. Of course, the restaurant staff named Harpreet did this for us. She guided us as if she was one of the family. I would like to thank her for her interest in taking care of us. Also, the restaurant staff named Mira took care of us in choosing the food. When she realized that we were Turkish, she said a few words in Turkish and made us happy. We did not feel foreign at all, we felt at home. The hotel management is very lucky to work with the staff in this way.

There is no area to walk around the testicle, you cannot walk around comfortably. You will need a vehicle, Uber, taxi etc.

Wonderful Family Stay – Highly Recommended! I booked this hotel for my brother and his family, and they had an absolutely fantastic time. From the moment they arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for a family stay. Everything was well-prepared, and they felt at ease from the start. The kids were happy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and accommodating. The location was great and made getting around easy, which really helped make the trip stress-free. It was exactly what I was hoping for when I booked — a comfortable, reliable, family-friendly hotel where they could relax and enjoy their time together. Big thanks to the team for making their stay such a positive experience — we would definitely book here again.

The breakfast was well worth it. A wide selection of breads, pastries, cereals and fruits, and all hot food items (bacon, eggs etc). All staff extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. One day I left a note that we only needed the beds made and some bottles removed, but we still returned to a fully serviced room. When we checked out we had to leave early, just after breakfast had started, and the restaurant staff helped us to load up with croissants, rolls and coffee for the journey, which I was absolutely delighted by.

Only the price, but I had to book at short notice after I was let down by another property. Not my first stay at this hotel, but the previous stay was probably twenty years ago, and I remember being a bit down on the place but I cannot recall why. No such issues with this stay, though. Oh, the set-up of the lights in the room could be a little better (a bit confusing) and although the shower was lovely, the glass screen didn't really extend far enough, and we had to be careful not to get water on the floor.

Full breakfast every morning was nice and convenient. We enjoyed the selection of breakfast foods, cereal and fruits and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The parking on site was easy to access and registering for the parking was easy too with the tablet at the reception desk. The room and beds were comfortable with an AC that kept the room relatively cool, so I had a pretty good sleep most nights.

The shampoo in the shower had been watered down instead of being refilled, so it was impossible to pump and lather. As there were 4 girls staying in the room, we just bought new shampoo from the store instead. The ironing board we requested was a bit wonky so we had to prop the edge of it up on the table to prevent it falling over.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. We had all what we needed for a two night stay. The housekeeper tidied up the room very neatly. Thank you to all of you. I have observed the person at breakfast time, possibly he is a team leader or manager, the gentleman was extremely helpful and very smiley, he was looking out if anyone needed any kind of assistance,( including the workers ). I have noticed he does his job with all his heart and passion.
