Quite new forniture and bed. Building old but fine. I did a late check-in but I got all the info and assistance to get in although there’s no reception at that time. Very easy.

Noisy neighbourhood due to a nightclub very close to the house. Before 1am the music shut down. The street where the house is located was very dark.

The location cannot be beat. The check in went so smooth, our luggage was even carried up to our room. The absolute best Family Room size in entire UK that we have stayed in. It actually fit all of us comfortably, no fighting over beds. If you have two teenagers or 3 kids, I can't recommend enough. The room was spotless, so spacious and every detail was taken care of including adding ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper.

The only problem is parking and walking with the luggage. I definitely suggest paying the bit extra to park in the closest lot. We made the mistake of choosing the cheaper lot first. There is a bit of noise that is to be expected when staying on the high street but I'm the only one that used the ear plugs provided worked just fine.

Excellent choice for a night in central Windsor. Such good value. Good size room and bathroom. Literally in the centre of everything. We were out most of the time and there are lots of bars pubs cafes ans restaurants so it’s totally fine that this isn’t a hotel as such with a bar etc. we were able to leave our bags to go exploring after we had checked out which was very helpful. Thank you to the housekeeper for explaining everything to us.

It didn’t bother us at all but there is a popular nightclub nearby. You could hear it from the room but the ear plugs supplied next to the bed shut it out completely and we slept really well.

The location was fantastic. Sign posted and very easy to find. We parked in the caprpark 3 mins away The room is very large with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge, Sofa and the aircon is brilliant. Huge bed and the decor is very tasteful. Ear plugs supplied for any noise that might happen out the front as you overlook the shops and pubs. We had a bit of noise but it was ok. Housekeeper checked us in as there is no reception, and he was very warm and welcoming. Easy check in and check out.

The shower was not very powerful and needed a good limescale along with a few tiles. Soft bed and pillows, which isn't our preference. Apart from that brilliant

Perfect location, just a few mins walk from the Castle, shops, and station. The room was a great size, lots of space. Good to have a sofa and table. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Very comfortable bed, we had a great night's sleep. Although our room overlooked the main shopping street we heard no noise at all at night. The hotel had provided earplugs but we didn't need them. No problems with check in, the staff were friendly and helpful and accommodated a late check out for us. We loved staying here and will be back.

The Wi-Fi was very poor. There is a fridge in the room but because of where it's placed the door barely opens so it isn't usable.

The property was in an excellent location. It was very clean and comfortable.

We were put on the top floor and there is no elevator. That was a lot of up and down 54 stairs. We had heavy luggage and requested the staff help us carry it down when we left yesterday. The gentleman was not happy about it and said he had a bad back. He bounced our suitcases down each 54 steps instead of carrying them down. He cracked the bottom of my nice hard side luggage by the wheel by doing this. It’s a large crack and I am not happy about that. When we checked in, he offered to carry it when we checked out. If I had known he was not going to carry it, but bounce it down all the stairs breaking it, we could have done it ourselves.

Room was very clean and right in the centre of Windsor and was good value for money

Couldn't get a response on arrival and had to call to get someone to open the door. When door was opened the person seemed irritated and disinterested. Only seemed keen on us remembering our door key and code foropening door. When we left to go out he seemed to be angry with the next arrival. Great location, but we stayed Sat night and were woken by lots of rowdy people at 11.30m, 12.30pm and 3.30pm. Presume there are night clubs nearby ?

Room was lovely spacious and clean. Nothing to complain about. There was air conditioning good and effective although a little nosey.

Although location was great and very close to the castle, it was very noisy at night from nearby night club. There were no staff at all on site outside 5pm and noone which wasn't great if you wanted to ask to book breakfast, help with air conditioning or guidance in ocall knowledge.

Location - middle of Windsor so walking distance to castle, shopping, restaurants, and river as well as Eton. Large comfortable rooms. Biscuits with coffee.

Only stairs, no elevator. No onsite reception as such only call button. Shower gel/ shampoo in one. Toiletries minimal. Bath and ensuite floor very slippery so something extra like a rubber bath mat may prevent falls.

First contact was a little bit quirky but after getting the door code and being shown to our room we found this suited us well. The room was large and perfectly clean, with facilities of a high class hotel. Scaffolding surrounded the building’s exterior but in three days we never saw workers outside. The room was quiet, we enjoyed the king bed and large space - the the pod coffee machine.
