The Bridge Hotel is truly a place with so much potential. It offers a very sweet and welcoming environment, perfect for tourists to experience. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist, and the food is excellent. That said, a few small improvements could really elevate the overall experience. For example, the dinner timings could be extended, as the kitchen closes a little early , ideally it should remain open until at least 21:30. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, but a few upgraded services like a minibar (since there isn’t much nearby) and a smart TV would make a big difference. The hotel itself is beautiful, though it could benefit from a little revamp to bring out its full charm. It’s always a pity to see such lovely places not being invested in. Overall, my experience was very good, and I would happily recommend the Bridge Hotel to anyone looking for a warm and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Bridge Hotel during my visit to London for the New Year with my family, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care truly set this hotel apart. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city with it near to the central underground to the heart of Lonodon, the rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Every detail, from the cozy ambiance to the thoughtful amenities, was perfect. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines excellent service with a warm and inviting atmosphere, the Bridge Hotel is the place to stay. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip to London!

No negative things

We really appreciated the service. We were given a lovely room with a view overlooking the greenery. Despite the hotel being located near a busy road, our room was very quiet. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. We had no issues with the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it featured beautiful pictures of iconic London buildings, which inspired us to visit them in real life.

We only expected the bedsheets to be changed after the second day of our stay, which didn’t happen. However, this wasn’t a problem for us, as we weren’t familiar with the hotel’s policy. Some of the amenities could use renovation or should be replaced. Unfortunately, there were people regularly smoking weed outside our window, and we could often smell it in our room.

The room was big and spot-clean. Despite ground floor, it was quiet and very comfortable. The covers were more than adequate, There was a kettle with coffee and tea we used in the evening. Housekeeping was excellent, everything very clean and tidy. Wifi free and strong everywhere in the hotel. Staff exceptionally polite and very warm in their interactions, gave us map and directions and useful information. I have recommended this beautiful hotel to friends and we are planning of revisiting and staying in Bridge hotel probably next year.

Nice clean room, did not get provided fresh towels with housekeeping but as soon as we asked they came within 2 minutes. Staff friendly. Bed comfy. Breakfast smelled lovely although we didn’t actually have it. Was approx 10 min walk from the tube station. It’s a little way out of London so a good place to stay if you don’t want to be in a busy central area, but still close enough to explore (around 40 mins on tubes).

Only improvement for the room would be to have the shower curtain washed as this was dirty. The distance from tube station was fine for us but would not recommend for a solo traveller as some of the streets are a bit dark.

The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and extremely helpful. Well done to all we had the pleasure of meeting.

Just like most hotels there is always room for improvement. E.G although our room was clean and tidy the carpet could use a little stretching as areas were bulging up a bit. The free body wash container on the wall of the bathroom would be better placed on the same side of the shower controls as it got in the way a bit where it was situated. To be honest these were only minor things but on reflection to prevent someone tripping up maybe the carpet should be stretched sooner rather than later.

My friend and I booked the bridge hotel as we were attending a concert at Wembley stadium. Upon arrival the staff at the reception were so welcoming and friendly and it was quick and easy to check in. The room was lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was also super comfortable. We really liked that this hotel was affordable. It was so easy to get transport to the stadium, about 20 ish mins on the 92 bus which is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel also has a car park which is really useful. We had breakfast in the morning which was really fresh and filling. Absolutely cannot fault the hotel 10/10 would stay here again!

The staff were all extremely helpful. Breakfast was great, but it would have been nice to have additional knives for spreading butter/jam on toast. The bedroom was ground floor and really quiet. the meal on the restaurant was good value for money. We were allowed to use the car park on our last day without incurring additional charges. It was convenient for travelling into London on the central line, and the location was very easy to find - less easy to get back onto the A40 East as lane markings were unclear. (Not the fault of the Hotel)

It would have been nice to have additional cutlery at breakfast as we couldn't spread jam with the same knife we had used to eat the cooked breakfast. The bathroom could have done with a deep clean as it was grubby behind the toilet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for our purposes. Plenty of parking although this wasn’t included in the cost of the room. Good breakfast selection. 24hr reception and entry.

Bit tatty in places (seating in bar was ripped, rust around bath taps, missing drainage cover in bathroom sink). Not enough sockets in bedroom and none near the bedside tables. When we arrived our room which we were allocated and booked 6 months ago, had been given to someone else which we discovered when we went to the room and found someone else’s luggage in it.

Staff were lovely. The public areas very nice. I didnt eat here so cannot comment. This was a last minute booking due to traffic issues and the room was clean comfy and considering it is situated ON a major rounabout, surprisingly quiet. Lift is seperated from the rooms by a coridoor amd a separating door so none of the usual noise of footfall. The bed was super comfy - massive thumbs up. I felt awful with a cold so this was a lovely experience in terms of sleep. Heating was comfortable but plays an alarm if you open a window. The rooms are a little tired, but more than adequate for my needs. Plenty of tean and coffee in the room...thank you. Bathroom nicely appointed. Only downside are the tile grouting is mouldy. Its easily solved, just means someone needs to plan a bit of effort to sort it. Soft tissue to - winner! Plenty of parking available. Safe, no problems as secured with gate. Tesco nearby less than two miles with a pharmacy,, direct routes into London. No aircraft noise, little bit of traffic noise. Very little next door noise, except the child who literally screamed 'Im not naughty' not the hotels fault. But as a gauge, the noise dampening in the walls was fairly.successful against a full on tamtrum scream. I actualĺy enjoyed my stay. Thank you
