Cheap hotel on a busy high street. The man at reception was very friendly and pleasant. He accidentally gave me a double room but was very apologetic when he realised and moved me to a single room. The room had everything I needed. A kettle, coffee, milk, bottled water and toiletries. The shower was nice and the towels were large. There is a hairdryer and a fan in the room too. The wifi worked perfectly and stayed on all night. This hotel is cheap and cheerful. It is a no-frills, basic place so do not expect luxury. It's on a main road in a busy area of London so it can be noisy. It did quieten down around midnight. The reception and rooms are all upstairs and I didn't see a lift so beware if you have mobility issues. It was on the high street above the shops. It's about a 15-minute walk to Southall underground train station.

Nothing to dislike. Some might find it downmarket, but the prices are dirt cheap and you get what you pay for.

Clean and tidy, The staff member on the reception desk was polite and friendly and professional too. Room clean and tidy fresh bath towel no hand towel. Shampoo and body wash two separate ones. Hand wash is very nice. Tea coffee milk kettle all good. The electric plug sockets need a check asap as smell of burning when kettle was using electric ⚡.

The radiator and room were lovely and warm when I arrived at 21 45pm. In the morning it was freezing cold in room no radiator on. I couldn't shower as so cold. Just a little of things need sorting out. But for £35 was very good value for monies.

location was absolutely excellent. very cozy room. service was very good. bathroom was a little bit small. there were so much choice of eating places, around there. excellent location.

the bathroom and shower stall could have been bigger for sure. and the taps for the sink could have been one mixer tap for hot and cold water instead of 2 separate taps, because you end up burning your hands under the hot tap. maybe a small lift for for bottom floor to reception for someone like me who has bad knees.

This is he second time I had a room with a single bed, which I prefer to double beds as the double beds leaves you with less space if you are travelling alone. Plenty of choices for ethnic food if you like sampling food from different cultures. An excellent biriyani stall is right next to the hotel entrance.

The upright shelf system only had one shelf high up, which is a waste of space. A couple more shelves would have made a far more efficient usage of the vertical space. More teabags and milk capsules would be really nice.

THE PROPERTY HAS AN EXCELLENT LOCATION, SITUATED ON ONE OF THE MAIN STREETS IN CENTRAL SOUTHALL. IN THE IMMEDIATE LOCATION THERE ARE NUMEROUS STORES AND PLACES TO EAT. STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ROOM RATE, VERY REASONABLE AS I BOOKED AND PAID A MONTH IN ADVANCE.

COULD HAVE HAD A BREAKFAST RESTAURANT. THE TELEVISION RECEPTION WAS POOR. THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE SMALL, EVEN FOR 1 PERSON.

The place was cleaner compared to the last time I visited.

Any bedroom without a carpet for me does not give me that homely feeling. Floor cold, no slippers offered for that Nobody wants to put her feet on hard shoes first thing out of bed Heating not working Noisy room opposite the toilets 🚻

Close to London Heathrow Airport and in heart of Southall Broadway . Train station in walking distance and Elizabeth line straight to central and Heathrow. Very convinent for Indian food and KFC, McDonald's, subway all near by .

I like the room, plus location of the hotel.

well, their room heaters are centralized, means you cannot turn-on/off yourself from your room. Its better to turn it on for few more hours in winter than they normally do.

In Southall or little Pakistan - fascinating a little bit like traveling to South Asia food was 😊 the hotel was clean I had a tiny little room with a TV up near the ceiling not much air movement but it was $50 how can you ask for more than that!👍

Difficult to find entry on side street - building is a waren of hallways cress connecting not good location for easily confused.
