I recently stayed at the Bridge Hotel during my visit to London for the New Year with my family, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care truly set this hotel apart. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city with it near to the central underground to the heart of Lonodon, the rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Every detail, from the cozy ambiance to the thoughtful amenities, was perfect. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines excellent service with a warm and inviting atmosphere, the Bridge Hotel is the place to stay. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip to London!

No negative things

The room was big and spot-clean. Despite ground floor, it was quiet and very comfortable. The covers were more than adequate, There was a kettle with coffee and tea we used in the evening. Housekeeping was excellent, everything very clean and tidy. Wifi free and strong everywhere in the hotel. Staff exceptionally polite and very warm in their interactions, gave us map and directions and useful information. I have recommended this beautiful hotel to friends and we are planning of revisiting and staying in Bridge hotel probably next year.

The staff were all extremely helpful. Breakfast was great, but it would have been nice to have additional knives for spreading butter/jam on toast. The bedroom was ground floor and really quiet. the meal on the restaurant was good value for money. We were allowed to use the car park on our last day without incurring additional charges. It was convenient for travelling into London on the central line, and the location was very easy to find - less easy to get back onto the A40 East as lane markings were unclear. (Not the fault of the Hotel)

It would have been nice to have additional cutlery at breakfast as we couldn't spread jam with the same knife we had used to eat the cooked breakfast. The bathroom could have done with a deep clean as it was grubby behind the toilet.

Staff were lovely. The public areas very nice. I didnt eat here so cannot comment. This was a last minute booking due to traffic issues and the room was clean comfy and considering it is situated ON a major rounabout, surprisingly quiet. Lift is seperated from the rooms by a coridoor amd a separating door so none of the usual noise of footfall. The bed was super comfy - massive thumbs up. I felt awful with a cold so this was a lovely experience in terms of sleep. Heating was comfortable but plays an alarm if you open a window. The rooms are a little tired, but more than adequate for my needs. Plenty of tean and coffee in the room...thank you. Bathroom nicely appointed. Only downside are the tile grouting is mouldy. Its easily solved, just means someone needs to plan a bit of effort to sort it. Soft tissue to - winner! Plenty of parking available. Safe, no problems as secured with gate. Tesco nearby less than two miles with a pharmacy,, direct routes into London. No aircraft noise, little bit of traffic noise. Very little next door noise, except the child who literally screamed 'Im not naughty' not the hotels fault. But as a gauge, the noise dampening in the walls was fairly.successful against a full on tamtrum scream. I actualĺy enjoyed my stay. Thank you

​I first visited the UK in 2014. That time I visited a lot of different places. This hotel reminded me of that time, because it looks exactly how I imagine British domestic tourism. I really liked the size of the room and the large bed. The breakfast was good too, but simple enough. My girlfriend often froze, but the radiator quickly heated the room to the right temperature.

I didn't take the location into account during the booking. I was in the Tower of London that day, and it took me about 80 minutes to get to the hotel. Despite the fact that the rooms are in good condition, it is clear that the interior of the building will soon need renovation. The only drawbacks are the lack of a refrigerator and slippers, as it is clear that the previous guests walked around the room in street shoes.

Based on the previous comments, I already knew that this is a quality hotel. The praise was truly deserved and justified. The room was good, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also good, Greenford Tube station is reasonably close. Special thanks go to the staff, a big thank to you! You are wonderful people! A special thanks goes to Victoria (Nicole), you are a ray of sunshine and you are warmer than the sun!! A warm recommendation for the hotel – when we come back to London, we won’t have to think about where to stay anymore."

Location was great, easy access to motorway, buses and tube. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful! Room was a decent size and bathroom clean.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke that seemed to come in through the air vents in the room. Don’t know if the outside unit/vent is placed close to where people smoke and so it travels up though it or what the issue was but this wasn’t pleasant going to sleep or waking up with this smell coming into the room :-(

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We didn't have our room cleaned during our stay because that was our choice. we kept our room tidy and when we needed anything, teabags, milk,loo roll etc the staff supplied them without question. Hand-wash and shower gel is supplied in the bathroom Reception staff were very helpful with regards to local transport and saved us a fortune as we were considering taxis . The bustop is over the road from the hotel and buses run every 10 mins approx I have stayed once before in this property a few years ago which is why I stayed again. Beds were very comfy.

The bar was shut each time we arrived back at the hotel from Wembley, although we were late back 11 pm on1 occasion and almost midnight on another which was a shame as a lot of Concert goers would have happily kept the bar open for a drink or 2 after the show. Pillows were a bit too firm for me but managed as I was tired.

Room was spacious and clean- the bed in our superior king room was enormous and SO comfy! The room also had blackout curtains which were a massive help with the hotel being located near a busy road. Had 2 great night sleeps and would definitely stay here again. All the staff we encountered were also super friendly and helpful. We didn't have massively high expectations but picked it as it was an affordable choice for crashing somewhere before/after a concert at Wembley but very pleasantly surprised.

A little noisy from the traffic but obviously not a fault of the hotel itself and it didn't make our stay any less comfortable, but is worth noting if you're a light sleeper. There wasn't a "big light" in our room (although some lovely ambient lamps) which made getting ready a little tricky (not an issue if you're not putting makeup on :')) but again didn't take away from our stay

Absolutely excellent stay. Room was clean, comfortable, well equipped. Food from the bar downstairs was very good and we were allowed to take our dinner and eat it in our room which was a bonus. Breakfast was great with lots of different choices, well cooked and nice atmosphere. The staff were lovely and let us keep our car in the car park the next day free of charge while we went into central London. Will definitely be returning.

Slight noise from the street during the night but to be expected in London!
