Excellent staff..great air-conditioning. Tidy room and bathroom.

My only complaint was the breakfast value. When getting the option to add the picture they use bares no relation to what you get. Yep plenty on offer but cooked is poor. Cheap ketchup.. cheap pain au chocolate/croissants..wasn't even sure the bacon was real. For nearly £13 for me it was pretty poor. Wouldn't put me off staying again but knowing what the breakfast is would look at other places to eat in the morning.

The room was very nice, with a large bathroom, mini fridge, television and save. Even though I booked a room without air conditioning, the room was pretty cool due to good ventilation and oscillating fans. Lived it! There is a bus stop in front of the hotel with a frequent (every 4 minutes) busses to and from Harrow-on-the-Hill tube station. From there it is a 25 minute journey with the Metropolitan Line to central London. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest tube station, South Harrow, served by the Piccadilly Line.

A short walk from South Harrow station on the Piccadilly Line. A reasonable price for a London hotel. Comfortable bed and helpful staff. 11am checkout was useful as well. I was given a coffee when I mentioned to the gentleman on reception that the drinking water tap in the bathroom wasn’t functioning. I loitered in the lobby for a while to kill some time before getting my train back into town, without comment from staff, which was helpful.

The fresh water tap wasn’t functioning. It seems to be a known issue. Also, a fan heater was provided in the room, presumably because the heating wasn’t on. It was adequate and was mentioned in the Booking.com description. They don’t cater for vegans if you opt for the optional breakfast, not included in the original price. There is a Waitrose supermarket a very short distance away, if you’re happy to self cater.

The atmosphere is pleasant, the room was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We could walk to South Harrow underground station. Additionally, there’s a bus stop practically in front of the hotel, which makes getting around much easier. The reception is open 24 hours, and this was very helpful on the days we arrived close to midnight after exploring the city. Another positive point was the communication with the Hotel. Our arrival flight was cancelled, and we missed the first day of our booking. I sent a message through Booking.com to inform them, and they responded promptly.

The gentleman on Reception couldn't have been more helpful when we arrived. He very kindly found us a car parking space underneath the building and also arranged a room upgrade for us. Given that we were only staying overnight, this impressed us greatly. The hotel provided excellent value for the price we had paid ... the room was clean and everything we required was available to us. We had a room on the 5th floor and so weren't troubled by any traffic noise and we had a view over the surrounding countryside. Our only regret was that, as we had been invited for Brunch elsewhere, we weren't able to partake of the breakfast which we were offered

A very nice hotel in South Harrow. The bus stops literally right outside the entrance, from where the buses can take you to Harrow-On-The-Hills bus stop/train station within 15 minutes. Alternately, a 10 minutes walk can take you to South Harrow train station. Room was standard double room with attached bath, with kettle for tea/coffee,, iron, portable fan and heaters available. The hotel staff was very nice, cooperative, and forthcoming whenever asked for assistance.

Not a very nice area, next to the police station very loud at night with sirens. The cleaners were lazy and our bathroom was disgusting even after they were asked to clean they just do a simple bench wipe and mop the floor. The shower was covered in mould that was easily wiped off with toilet paper

- clean and cozy - near the South Harrow and Harrow on the Hill Underground and Grange Road bus station. Very easy access from and to Heathrow Airport and Wembley Stadium - they were nice enough to offer 1.5 h late check in for free on our last day there and an European plug adaptor when we arrived. - loads of shops and restaurants nearby, including a Waitrose and 5 bus stations to the Harrow mall - staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I was pleasantly surprised. - breakfast was 10 gbp per person and worth its value for sure, more than sufficient and plenty of varieties, even though it's continental and not Swedish buffet. Very tasty and consistent. - amazing shower, I want one of these at home - although the room was not particularly big, the beds were comfy - right next to the Harrow Police station if it gives you a sense of security - cleaning was done every other day but if you needed fresh towels daily you could take them from the reception. - very easy access to the city centre via the 2 Underground stations (in about 45-60 minutes you can be right in the center of London) - would definitely recommend and book again should I come back to London

The only con I can think of would be the depositing of the clothing, it has a few hangers and a sort of mini closet + a table with space underneath but we kept our clothes in our bags and was ok in the end, so I would say this is not a deal breaker.

I stayed here as I was going to a concert in Wembley. This hotel was a very good price for two nights. I caught a bus from Heathrow, the SL9, and it stopped about 7 min walk from the hotel, cost £1.75. I caught 2 buses to and from Wembley Arena, just up the hill from the Salt Bar, which is just up from the hotel. They were the H17 and the no 92, reverse on way back. The hotel was very clean, I was on the 4th floor, small room, but perfect for me. Bed, very comfy, powerful hot shower, fridge, hairdryer, kettle, tea/coffee. Lifts were great. There are 2, never full, always available. Staff were fabulous, from check-in to check-out, they were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast is served in the hotel for £9.99. I didn't have it, so I can't comment on it. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are a major asset, and I hope management knows this. I caught the bus back to Heathrow, across the road from where it dropped me, again the SL9. I was on my own, so the ease of getting around, the wonderful staff, truly made the stay very enjoyable.

Welcoming and friendly staff who were very helpful from when we got there to when we left. The room was bigger than we expected from the pictures which was a bonus. It was clean, well presented and the in room thermostat came in handy on our hot weather weekend stay. Plenty to choose from for the self serve continental breakfast and it was tasty. They only put a bit out at a time which meant that if you came down for breakfast later then the food was fresh. It was only about a 5 minute walk away from South-Harrow underground station and was easy to find.
