The room was nice. There was a small kettle, some tea and coffee, hairdryer, small iron and iron desk. Location for me personally was good as I choose that because my friend was leaving literally on the next street but it’s far from central London.

Unfortunately the breakfast was quite disappointing for me. There were literally some cereals, jam, croissants, butter. On the first day bread was also provided but on the second day the bread was in the fridge (same as milk for both days) and we didn’t really knew if we can have it or not, as there from what we notice is also few people leaving, so we didn’t really want to take someone’s food. Maybe if we would get a better explanation at the check in but unfortunately the lady didn’t speak English and about breakfast we only heard „self service”.

Lovely modern accommodation which was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with thick luxurious towels and good toiletries. The adjoining kitchen and complimentary larder items, coffee, sugar and breakfast items beautifully laid out in the morning for guests requiring a continental breakfast. The accommodation was quiet with a little attractive city garden and there was little noise. Quite a little peaceful haven compared to the city surrounding it.

Unfortunately the key provided wasn’t ideal as it was really difficult to open and close the door, but this could be rectified and wasn’t really a problem. The excellent price compensated for the fact that the kitchen was a ‘shared kitchen’ and one guest didn’t bother washing up his/her dirty plates. Also the bins for refuse under the kitchen work top were completely full with no other space for any more refuse so needed to be collected and disposed of. Other than that, there was nothing at all to dislike about the property.

Very clean and good equipped room with xtra clear bathroom and simple but enough breakfast. The accomondation is 10 minutes walk from Mill Hill Broadway station, and there is a bus stop to other undergrand stations near the apartement. There was free coffee and tea, so I loved it! The breakfast was enough to start the day (toast, boiled eggs, packed waffle, croissant, butter, jam and juice). In the room the heating worked properly. I recommend this apt for a 2-3 day stay.

The bed was a bit hard for my old back, but this is my private opinion.

place has been freshly decorated and with class design, unexpected for the area

difficult to check-in without a phone, as front door bell isnt easily answered. my phone was dead due to network outage and i couldnt call them. i reached the stage of contemplating roughing it out and it was frightening. but then all accommodations of this type dont have real receptions, and each have their own ways of checking-in. it was new for me and thats why i had problems with it.

Easy to find, and convenient parking. Lovely comfortable mattresses. Quiet, no disturbance. Adequate comestibles (milk, coffee, toast etc) En suite facilities - good shower.

Toilet door wouldn't shut. Toilet flush button broken and toilet seat loose. Vanity mirror light not working. One window didn't fit the frame properly. Although the host was helpful and friendly, we did have to wait some minutes, before he arrived to let us in.

It was good value for money. The host is very friendly and ready to attend to you at all times. It is a quiet location and ylthere is parking on site. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are a good size and very clean as well. I have been there four times and would always recommend to friends.

I would prefer the breakfast to have more variety like some fruits and salad. The check-in time is 2pm. 1pm would have been preferable for me.

Just three stops from St Pancras! It's an unassuming hotel in a quieter location than central London, short walk from Mill Hill Broadway station. Friendly greeting on arrival. Spotlessly clean room. Warm.

Breakfast was serve yourself from a continental-type buffet. There was plenty there to choose from but I was pleased to have an M & S fruit salad which I had bought the evening before. I also would have appreciated some information on how to work the coffee pod machine. But the instant coffee available was fine.

Excellent for the price and location. We didnt need full hotel facilities as out from morning until very late and so this was ideal, very clean, very modern. Superbly comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Breakfast basic self serve but exactly as advertised and ideal for us. Will probably come again if we need accomodation in this area

Nothing, it was all as expected or better

Easy parking, super clean, extremely responsive and helpful manager / staff. The property is extremely well looked after.

Unfortunately the walls are very thin, so when a guest returned very drunk at 5am and every time people came up and down the stairs, I’d hear it all. If you’re a heavy sleeper or wear ear plugs you’ll be fine.

The room was very well presented, immaculate and Nik was a brilliant, attentive and flexible host. The off road parking was a big bonus and the overall experience exceeded my expectations based on the price I paid. Great work Nik, well done!

If I'm being really picky, the duvet could have been a bit thicker, it was a bit cold in the night...
