The bed was very clean and comfortable. Esther was lovely. The garden was lovely. We also weren’t aware there were long terms guests staying with young children. We could hear the child running, and we did mention it to the host in the morning and we were informed the issue had been resolved already.

It wasn’t particularly clear that it was a room in a very residential house. This wasn’t an issue, but we just weren’t expecting it. It very much felt like you were staying the night in someone’s home. There were personal items left in our room and that did make us feel a little uncomfortable. We weren’t aware there were long terms guests.

Very clean room. Decent mattress. Big T.V. Microwave. Fridge. Van Gogh and Klimt artwork on the wall. Super safe area. Helpful host. Free roadside local parking outside property. Great price. Early check in provided. What's not to like?

Couldn't find a kettle but considering everything else was so great, I can't believe I'm mentioning it.

The owner Margaret was lovely and helpful. We were there for a Wembley gig and she advised us on quickest route with bus and train. The garden was nice to sit and relax in. Although there was no breakfast available as mentioned on Booking. Com there was plenty of choice to help yourself. The economy room we had with a double and 2 twins was clean and good value for money. Due to the ongoing renovations, it was a bit chaotic with people coming and going but it was nice to sit round the kitchen table chatting with Margaret. Ester the housemaid was very pleasant too.

You need to be quite laid back to stay here. Not your usual B&B. There are some lodgers also staying so lots of coming and going. Also we had to queue for the bathroom a couple of times but had not realised there was another bathroom downstairs. None of the wall or table lights worked in our room but Margaret did say that was the next one to be renovated.

Very convenient location for travelling into London itself. Very friendly and welcoming hosts who were also very helpful with regards to nearest bus stops and travelling to and from Wembley for a gig we were going to. Also great value for money and plenty of parking available.

All the hot water was used in the morning before we got up to check out so couldn't have a shower but this is of no fault of anyones and overall didn't impact that negatively on our stay. Would still definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Very accomodating, I booked a last minute stay. Great location for parking and a 10 min walk to Edgware Tube station.
