Absolutely amazing hotel. We had a disaster with the first property booked and booked in here for our remaining two nights we had planned to stay. We called and asked for an early check in as we had had no sleep the night before and needed a few hours before we headed out to a concert. When we arrived our room was ready and we had been given a free upgrade. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and we cannot thank them enough for squeezing us in at suck short notice. The hotel itself was beautiful, incredibly clean too. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely nothing!

We loved the idea that the staff put on 2 urns on Friday afternoon so we could enjoy coffee and tea on Saturday. Coffee tea and biscuits were available at any time during the day during the week. The staff at the front office were very helpful with directions bus numbers etc. The room was beautiful decorated and the bathrooms were very clean.

Very good location. We stayed here for TaylorSwift The Eras Tour. Very easy to get to the stadium from here and other London attractions. Very good parking, plenty of spaces. Complimentary Crossiants, cake, fruit and beverages, Plenty of toiletries. We had a small fridge in our room which was very handy. Room contained a safe. A nice seating/lounge area on our floor. Good sized ensuite bathroom. Security gates into the hotel for guests privacy.

The steps down to reception from the guest car park are abit steep. Well lit at night-time though. Overall no complaints.

The hotel is located in a building that was formerly used as a monastery, and has been renovated in a pleasant and aesthetic way. The lobby / dining room is well heated and offers hot drinks and cookies throughout the day (self-service).

Breakfast is rather basic, and does not include anything hot or cooked. The staff at the front desk are kind but their willingness to help is limited (for example: they won't call to order us a taxi).

Very unique property, so beautiful! Rooms were of a high standard and very comfortable. We stayed there for a concert at Wembley and the number 83 bus is outside and takes you straight there- or you can get an Uber for around £15! Staff were so welcoming!

Lovely calm place to stay, modern clean rooms with refrigerator, secure parking

I booked The Pillar hotel after Hampton by Hilton is Ealing decided to cancel my original booking for a Coldplay concert at Wembley. They did us a favour really, as The Pillar hotel was lovely! It is a really beautifully laid out building. Every single member of the team that we spoke to were so friendly. On arrival the lady who checked us in was very helpful and informative. Our room was absolutely SPOTLESS! We had an air conditioning unit which had already been placed in our room, which was extremely well received in this unprecedented heatwave! We are used to being on the coast and the temperature in London was substantially hotter... There was cold milk and water in the fridge, tea and coffee making facilities in our room, a safe, complimentary toiletries and chocolates on our pillow ❤ When we returned to our room we were able to get a take away delivered to the hotel which was great! Comfortable nights sleep as well. Its a shame we didn't spent a bit longer there as it was a great choice. I don't believe there is a restaurant or bar facility, which is a shame as I think that would work well, but breakfast is offered to guests at an extra cost if required and the offer of refreshments is a lovely idea! There is a bus stop literally outside the hotel which took us to Wembley and bought us back! Very easy! Loadssss of eateries not too far away. I would definitely stay here again!!

Quite a way from Wembley/London's main attractions and not sure about the shuttle mentioned for transport to Wembley. We chose to use an uber for around £11 in the day.
