The staff was lovely and helpful. The location, in Hampstead, while not central, was convenient to the underground, and not a long way from tourist attractions. The neighborhood is quaint, pretty and trendy, the hotel is mere blocks away from Hampstead Heath with its many opportunities for country walks right in the city, and there are scores of restaurants, bakeries, galleries and upscale shops steps away. My room was spacious, attractive, comfortable and quiet.

My room was up 2 very steep flights of stairs, which, for an old person like myself, was very challenging to negotiate.

A simple but comfortable hotel in an old building. The rooms are small with small bathroom... The breakfast is basic but good especially the coffee (Italian). All rooms involve steep narrow stairs, no elevator. It is advertised in advance as being an old building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good, being near a northern line tube station, but the neighborhood in itself (Hampstead) is nice and full of shops, pubs, restaurants, caffes and a small but nice "old town".

The size of the room and bathroom.

Lorenzo and his team are simply fantastic. Attentive, kind and accommodating. This is what true hospitality looks like, and frankly I didn't know it still exists! The B&B is at a perfect location if you wanna stay outside of the busy areas but still wanna stay easily connected to the centre. Tube is minutes away, and Hampstead is one of the most beautiful places ever. This was my first time in London, but for sure not the last and now I know where to stay when I come back :)

Wonderful hosts and very accomodating. Breakfast was a simple but adequate affair with freshly made coffee. Easy walking distance to underground and plenty of quaint pubs and shops nearby. Kenwood House just up the road a worthwhile visit and Hampstead Heath. Everyman cinemas a real treat too…. We were pleasantly surprised by the ceiling fan which during the heat of our stay got a bit of a workout.

Our room was on a very busy road- so quite noisy but earplugs supplied and adequate. We were looking g forward to eating at the downstairs restaurant but it was unfortunately closed.

Easy to access to central London, staffs are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, rooms were clean. I'm very satisfied, will come back for sure.

There was a hill from the station. I recommend you to use Uber if you carry a huge luggage.

All Management and staff were exceptional. Clean and tidy. Location is fabulous. Lovely, friendly and welcoming host attended breakfast. Close to the tube. Good value for money.

We didn’t dislike anything but do be aware that there are steep stairs up to the rooms. We were helped with the bags on arrival. There’s a ceiling fan in the room but no aircon.

The location was excellent with the tube and bus being within five minutes walk and based in a very popular area of London. The staff gave a family feeling with their friendliness and the overall security safety within a building with an extremely interesting history. The location was within a popular walking and swimming parkland with spectacular views of London.

There isn't anything I didn't like, I was a solo client who has high expectation which was fully met and I look forward to staying there on my next visit to London.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We were staying with a friend, and the room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with everything we needed to start the day. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it ♥

Lovely hotel. Friendly owner and staff, very helpful and pleasant. Clean, classy although quirky accommodation. Substantial continental breakfast location, attractive area, close to underground station and delightful village.

Room was facing a very busy road, ear plugs were supplied by accommodation, which was very thoughtful. Room quite small for 2 but very cosy. Best to upgrade to a larger room if possible.

Fabulous hosts, clean and well equipped room, nice continental breakfast to start a day and a perfect location close to the Hampstead Station (Northern line is all we need during our musical weekends in London).

Well, you need to choose between sauna (closed windows) or racetrack (windows open to Heath Street). We've managed with that, but it was a little incovenience indeed.
