Clean, comfortable room. Nicely renovated (modern). Plenty of outlets, built in charger etc. The underground is very close as well as a good backery (Lola's) and others. A very good choice.
Our room was in the last building close to the busy W End Ln, on the ground floor. Windows had to be closed and dark to have any privacy. This was not a big issue for us, but worth to mention. Small things we were missing: A shelf in the bathroom (there is no place to put your things), something to hang the towels to dry.

The room is situated in a picturesque house in an overall very beautiful district of London. Prior to our trip we actually didn't know that this district (Hampstead and West Hampstead) is considered as one of the high-quality neighborhoods, generally clean, quiet, nice and comfortable compared to many other places in London. The personnel was very nice to us, there is a small kitchen-corner with microwave and small fridge and a cozy dining room where you can sit inside, or on the closed veranda, or outside in the garden. There are some grocery stores 3 minutes on foot nearby. The location is also really very convenient in terms of transportation - there are three different lines of light trains (Underground, Overground and Thameslink railway) as well as famous double-decker red buses. You can get to the historic center of London in less than 30 minutes from your room. גם לא היו בעיות עם עובדה שאנחנו תיירים מישראל Note that if you don't like sounds of trains near your windows, this is not the place for you, but for us it was completely perfect. Overall the experience in the hotel was more than great. Cozy bed and very clean and comfortable bathroom, in the room there is an electric kettle and you get renewed tea and instant coffee bags, cookies and milkettes (you're in London!)

The stay was comfortable and location was really great. The room was clean. The staff was nice and check in and check out were easy.
No toiletries provided. There was no sugar for tea/coffee, and the shower had a slippery floor.

Very handy to public transport. The staff were very friendly.
The doona covers were washed in very smelling fabric softener. Could not sleep with them. Luckily linen cupboard was open and used some sheets. The room was too hot.

Location is perfect as it is right next to the Thameslink, the overground and the underground station, and you can get to Central London in less than 30 minutes. The room is very comfortable and is well equipped to stay comfortably. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that they have an agreement with a cafe opposite the Guest House to offer guests a discount for breakfast.
I only have one remark about the customer service: they send a form to complete online and the message prompts you to send a copy of your passport, but the form does not allow it. When I tried to confirm with the personnel via WhatsApp, I never received an answer. I also had no idea the reception is not open 24hs, and had to wait for them at the doorstep until they arrived to see if I could check-in early or not. If they include those details in the descriptions, the place would be perfect!

The hotel is in a nice, safe area of London. It’s often difficult to find a decent, reliable hotel in London, that isn’t extortionately expensive. Charlotte guest house is consistently a safe bet. I’ve stayed there twice and it has been good both times. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the front desk staff is kind and there is a common area with a garden, fridge and sunroom that you can use. The transport links are excellent and West Hampstead is not too far out of the centre. There are some restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and pubs on the high street as well. It’s also walking distance from Kilburn High Road, which has more essentials.
There is some noise from trains and neighbours, but it was still fine for sleeping.

Great location, half an hour from westminster abbey, the train and metro stations are very close, maximum 5 minutes. We stayed in the attic, the room and bathroom were large, and cleaning was done daily. Breakfast at the Lola bakery, with a discount, very good. Very nice neighborhood, and safe.
The only problem was the cold. There were several days with low temperatures, the only form of heat being the towel holder in the bathroom, which did not even heat the bathroom. But let's say that, being the beginning of May, we understand the fact that the heat was turned off. What we didn't like was the fact that on one of these cold days we found the window open, in the evening when we returned. You can imagine how cold it was in the room.

Location was perfect for me, had 2 shows in Wembley which was just a short ride away on the jubilee line. Also perfect for traveling into the city during the day for site seeing, again just a short ride away on the jubilee line. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and departure. Situated in a lovely quiet area of West Hampstead but only a very short walking distance from shops and the underground. The room was very clean and tidy and very comfortable for a goods night sleep. No breakfast is served at the hotel but you get a 25% discount at a nearby restaurant (literally a minutes walk away) where they have plenty of choice but I would recommend the full English breakfast which is beautiful and plentiful. I'm back in London in 2 months and have already booked my stay at the Charlotte .

Nice, clean and comfortable room with a TV, sink, and kettle. Daily housekeeping (a very friendly lady!) and fresh towels, instant coffee, tea, soap etc. If you prefer to have no housekeeping, this is no issue either, as you can simply put a sign at the door. The shared bathroom was clean. There was a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and a nice little seating area in one of the other houses down the road we could use. The check-in and check-out was simple, even when arriving after the reception had closed. A café and a restaurant around the corner offered discounts for guests of Charlotte Guest House, which was also a nice benefit. There are overground and underground stations close by so commuting was easy.
The house was next to a railway and we could hear the other guests through the walls. It was therefore sometimes a bit noisy but it honestly wasn't that bad and I don't even know if this issue applies to other rooms as well Just be aware of that when you book. The kitchenette wasn't always the cleanest, but we didn't use it much.
