Our room was very spacious along with being clean and tidy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming which immediately put us at ease in a new area. Only two stops from Wembley which was fantastic as that’s where we went for our concert, and the surrounding area had lots of shops/fast food establishments/bars etc. meaning it was easy to pick things up as and when we needed :)

Nothing, everything was great value for money, and i think you get exactly what you pay for.

15 minute commute from central London, overground and underground stations nearby, lots of communal grounds around the property - supermarkets, cafes, local stores etc, affordable parking, great members of staff (especially the younger receptionist behind the desk), felt safe, overall a great experience.

Nit picking but would be convenient to have a lock from inside of the room we were staying in to help us feel slightly more secure when in house but otherwise great.

Excellent Location for my visit to family. Plus you can get to Liverpool St Station in less than 30 minutes on the nearby underground at Kilburn, so very good location. Stayed there a couple of times and always value for money. No frills or thrills, just a great warm spot to get the head down for the night. They provide nice tea/coffee and biscuits and there is a Co-Op literally across the road.

Nothing really. You should know what to expect when booking and manage expectations.

The staff were super friendly. It was in a convenient location with Cricklewood Station a 15 minute walk (perfect if you have Eurail as you can get a train into the city using your pass). Also had multiple buses less than a 5 minute walk away. It was very affordable and mostly very clean.

The shower was a bit weak for pressure but that’s only if I am being fussy. There also wasn’t any kitchen facilities but some great food places near by - I recommend the French Tacos they were delicious.

The room was great. Small, but comfy and nicely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt safe walking around the area too and although it was a little far from central London, the tube station wasn't a far walk at all and you can get just about anywhere using public transportation.

The walls are very thin so our neighbor kept us up the first couple of nights even though there was an established quiet hour. However, after notifying the staff, they helped the situation.

Location was perfect. Very easy to reach the city centre with the tube, and the nearest station is only 10 min walking. The surroundings where the hotel is located is not a very nice area but it has everything you need (coffeshops, restaurantes and supermarkets). To me this was a very good find. Room was comfortable and clean.

The area can be quite noisy and you can also hear other guests staying at the hotel.

Location is absolutely fantastic, a short 10 minute walk to Kilburn underground station. Close to lots of pubs, cafes and shops. about 35 minutes in to central London. Room was a good size, had everything in that we needed and if we needed anything topped up like, tea, coffee, milk and toilet roll....all you have to do is ask. Shower was excellent, lovely and warm, and powerful. TV was a great size. Staff very friendly, easy check in, nothing was too much trouble and would definitely stay again.

Whilst it was not dirty, just a little bit more attention to detail could be given to cleaning things like mirror frames and door mouldings as they were all dusty (as they are all intricate and fancy)...surfaces were all clean though, so it literally is just attention to detail. There was a big burn mark on the carpet that was in the shape of an iron...but again the carpet was clean. My only major criticism is that the toilet was positioned so close to the bathroom wall that you couldn't actually sit on it straight on and had to sit at an angle to the left just to sit down.

Walls bit thin so can hear showers in use in adjacent rooms Can hear people arguing . However this does not affect my stay at all

The property was clean and thoughtfully designed. The room was equipped with all the essentials, including an efficient and invigorating hot water shower. The attention to detail was evident, with a generous supply of coffee, tea, milk, and even two wooden spoons, which I found to be a clever touch. The addition of a quality electric kettle and a set of cups and glasses further enhanced the convenience. Not to mention, the TV provided entertainment for a comfortable stay.

Maybe carpet needs to be cleaned

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They helped us with extra towels when I arrived and helped my friend get to the room. Overall a nice atmosphere and great location if you're going to a show at Wembley (only 4 stops on the tube!)

There isn't a way of double locking the door from the inside (it locks automatically) so a little bit of extra security would have felt nice.
