THE Location was excellent for what we needed to do, ONCE WE FIGURED OUT HOW TO OPERATE THE HEATING SYSTEM AND THE COOKING APPARATUS THE REST OF OUR STAY WAS AWESOME. BUT DONT EXPECT ANY STAFF TO WELCOME YOU IN, EVERYTHING IS VITUALLY BY EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT.

Admitting apartments like this are usually in the suburbs, the location is excellent. The bus stop is 1-2 minutes away and 7-8 minutes' walk to the Thameslink station (Brent Cross West). I had to take an international railway to Paris but it took only about 30 minutes to get to St. Pancras International. A huge Chinese supermarket is close by. The room is not huge but of a moderate size. Above all, everything is new and clean. The furniture is basic but everything I needed was there and worked.

The immediate environment of the hotel is not so hip. It looks like living on a construction site, with cars and trucks going in and out of the lane on which the hotel is bordered, but that doesn't affect the guests. Despite such surroundings, the rooms are kept quiet.

Lovely apartment to stay in. Very clean and beds are so comfortable. I arrived at 1pm check in was 2. All I needed was to use a toilet the girl I'm not sure her name was super helpful took me to the room I was to stay in it was still getting cleaned. She let me in to use the toilet. This was a brilliant first impression of the staff super helpful.

The internet stopped working Friday when I got back but that's the only problem I found and that's being picky as everything was perfect

Easy checking, great price, good location and there was an AC which was great as it was so hot. The kitchen was great and very useful.

The tv remote had no batteries and not working.

Good location, very near the bus stop that drops you off right in front of the tube station. Very comfy beds, very clean bedsheets, microwave, safebox, good selection on the TV. Very nice shower, hand use or above the head option.

A bit of noise in the rooms facing the street/carwash/petrol station, so if you prefer to have a window open when sleeping, count on some noise. The first set of towels had a bit of a funny smell, probably from not being well dried, they were clean though. The faucet on the sink made it very difficult to keep your feet dry when using the sink, sticks out too far.

Apartment was good abd had everything needed

Given the wrong code for the room, so took 45 minutes to sort out. No answer to phone calls. No contact available at booking.com. Eventually someone answered and it was sorted. Not experienced this before with a booking. It was stressful and upsetting

Sky line view from the top floor. Bright and airy spacious Room size. Incredibly comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. Clean private shower. Useful kitchennette hidden. Laundry room. Housekeeping regularly.

No reception or lobby. Slow internet during streaming services. Lack of local restaurants. Not a deal breaker. I will still come back to this hotel if I need

The room was truly a haven of comfort and luxury. With plenty of space, a plush bed, and stunning city views right from the window, it was a delightful retreat. The mini kitchen was charming and practical, while the bathroom felt cozy and inviting. The air conditioning was remarkably efficient, and the heating was just right, ensuring a perfectly comfortable stay. Everything worked flawlessly, making it an absolute joy to experience. I really enjoyed my stay there with my partner, creating memories we'll cherish forever. The staffs are amazing too.

The smell of the bathroom wasn’t pleasant but aside that I loved everything.

Nice hotel. The room is clean, neat, with a convenient built-in kitchen, a lovely bed with a soft mattress and very comfortable pillows. Everywhere is clean and nice! We checked in very late, and checked out early, and the system with the key was also convenient, the main thing is to follow the instructions in the message from the hotel. I saw in the reviews many people didn’t like the location at the gas station. But I had a different opinion. Since the hotel is far from the center, 2 gas stations near the hotel are very cool, because you can take inexpensive coffee from Costa 24/7, and at the next Shell gas station to buy baked goods or fresh sandwiches also. The metro station is 8 minutes away on foot, Thamieslink line takes you directly to the center in 20 minutes.
