We stayed for 3 nights, this is an absolute gem! Great location, bus stop is right infront of the hotel, train station is 10min walk. Getting to the centre is around 30-40mins with public transport. A lot of ethnic shops and cafes around. Staff is super friendly! We felt very welcome even when we came to check-in 3hours earlier! We didn't have breakfast in the hotel. Room is small but for 3 people for a short stay is sufficient. TV with Netflix, good shower and tiny bathroom, but all very clean and working.

There are only three things I will mention! There is no window or any ventilation in the bathroom - you can imagine what can happen if you use the toilet or taking a hot shower. It is hard to change the temperature of the shower - it can be done, but it took a lot of effort to turn the knob from hot to mild-hot to not completely burn ourselves The hotel is situated on the main street, so at night it gets kind of loud - you hear sirens, loud cars, loud people. We didn't mind because we were very tired from our trips around London, but for some it can be annoying, I would recommend earplugs.

Great location, bus stop right outside, bus or walk to train stations; laundromat just up the road. Room quiet, mine was 2nd story facing the rear - a good location. Clean and comfy room, small but all you need, and tea/coffee facilities in room. Many restaurants nearby, but the pub served excellent food also - very friendly staff in both accomodation and pub. Loved the cooked breakfasts!

Really nothing I didn't like; in fact I extended my stay. For me, travelling alone, and the room I got, everything was fine. With large suitcase/luggage, you will probably need to catch the bus from train station, but there are plenty of services, and it's very easy.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to Kilburn underground station. It's very easy to move around the city and get to central places from there. There were shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs in the neighbourhood. Staff was very friendly and communicated well and clearly. They were always willing to help :) Bed was super comfy and shower had great pressure and temperature. The room was very clean, which made me very glad. There was a kettle plus tea, coffee, and milk in the room. Felt like home!

Everything was excellent. The only thing I missed was having a mini fridge in the room to keep food fresh, but it's just a suggestion :)

Fantastic staff from start to finish, very friendly and helpful. Location was great close to everything either by tube,bus or a short walk. We had a triple room beds was super comfy and room was spacious plenty room to move around. Shower had good flow and easy adjustable settings. A nice we touch was there was extra supplies available sitting in the landing table if you ran out. Overall very clean and had daily housekeeping... I really can't fault this little place. We had a lovely experience and most definitely be returning.... Highly recommended . There are also some nice places for food in the area. If you like Chinese food I recommend trying top wok across the street food was excellent an potion sizes are huge.

Nothing we had a lovely stay.

Amazing staff, on a main road but the traffic noise was not too intrusive. The room was spotless. Hair dryer, tea/coffee, free WiFi and telly. Parking useful (£15 per day but there is absolutely NO alternative so highly recommend). Bar serving drinks not at London prices (£10 for a large glass of wine and a J2O), also pub games provided. Close to Kilburn tube and bus stop right outside.

There's a menu but not they don't serve food. However, you're spoilt for choice locally for pretty much most cuisines (Persian, Indian, chippy, Wetherspoon's, Greek, Italian, etc). The loo was a bit squished, but it wasn't a problem.

We had a really good experience here! The price-quality ratio was amazing, totally worth it. I was feeling quite sick after our taxi ride, and we arrived a few hours before check-in. Luckily, the room was already ready, and we were super thankful we could check in early and rest a bit. The room was clean and comfy, just right for two people. Location-wise, it’s also great: about a 10-minute walk to the metro and a bus stop right outside. We didn’t have any issues with noise or anything else. Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The facilities were excellent; tea, water, a fan, hairdryer, a small refrigerator. There were more than enough plug sockets and the WiFi was working perfectly. Even though we were on a busy street, we could barely hear the traffic outside or the noise from the Wetherspoon’s across the road. We were greeted warmly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We were helped with parking in the back and the rate was very reasonable. We didn’t use the bar but it was there if we wanted to.

Hotel was of a very reasonable price, easy to get to the city centre through public transport and plenty of food options near by. Strong water pressure and comfortable bed, no significant road noise and room was a good temperature. Did not meet any staff while staying there though the self check in/out system worked flawlessly

Not all of the outlets in the room worked, the bathroom door handle was not secured and there was limited space for boiling the kettle. The bar is also only open Friday/Saturday

The property is in a calm neighbourhood, rooms are airy and with good light. Not at all cramped like all the London hotels. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. They provide you with a good breakfast spread at a reasonable price. There are a lots of food option to choose from. Toilets and washrooms are neat and tidy.

Location can be a little far from the main location but there is good bus connectivity to the tube stations. Rooms are a little shaky because of the proximity to a high traffic thoroughfare and the tube underneath but not a major negative.

Excellent service, helpful staff . Enjoyed our 3 day stay , manager helped us a lot with luggage.
