I’ve been a fan of this property for over a decade, they’ve recently renovated many of the rooms which was a nice surprise. For London, it’s hard to find a clean reliable spot for this price. The location is a little out of the way depending on how close you want to be to Central London but it has great metro access anywhere in town w/ the Jubilee line, Overground, and London Rail all having stations conveniently located on the main road here. There’s some adorable pubs here (Alice House!), it’s right above a Nandos (hell yea), there’s a clean coin-laundry, pharmacies, and multiple little grocers as well. For a longer term stay you can’t beat the neighborhood.

hahaha get ready to carry your bags up some narrow stairs, waaaay up, sometimes. 🤣 Rooms are generally pretty small and BASIC, but clean and air-conditioned. If you get Russian neighbors god help you.

Very clean facilities, on entrance to room looked very basic and minimal however fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster, hob, tea, coffee, fridge in one large cupboard. In another large cupboard there was wardrobe area, safe, iron, ironing board. Bathroom was very modern containing shower, sink, toilet free toiletries and towels. Room was cleaned daily during our stay. Very close to underground, overground, thameslink. Lots of eateries, convenience shops, takeaways in immediate area

Stairs up to apartments rickety and dusty from some maintenance work that was taking place.

Staff were not particularly friendly Entrance and passageway to room badly needs decorating as damp and peeling walls gives a sense of doom as you walk upstairs to the room.. but happily room was great! Windows could do with a clean would be the only criticism.

Well equipped and spacious ground floor apartment. Close to amenities, like bus stop, underground, overground, supermarkets.

The lighting at the back road where the apartment is located is very low, especially during nighttime. It should be brighter. I sent 3 messages to the host with no answer.

The rooms seemed renovated and spacious, with nice decoration. The location is not bad, a bit out of the way overall in London, but close to nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the available mini-kitchenette. Free Wi-Fi also worked well.

There is not much that we did not like, so I will just mention very minor things. We noticed quite a number of scuff marks in the common area. The TV was somewhat small. The bed was a bit too soft for our taste.

Nice spacious studio, clean, good air con, only needed for 1 night & served its purpose. Kettle, fridge, microwave & 2 hob top in room. Good location, West end lane has lots of shops, restaurants, coffee shops & there's a sainsbury & tesco 5-10mins away

Further from the tube station than we thought but not the hotels fault! UHT Milk cartons would be a nice touch to go with the tea/coffee that's in the room, even if it's just a couple to get you through the 1st day/night.

Rooms were very clean, comfortable and finished to a high standard with great facilities the kitchenette was a added bonus.

An unpleasant smell in the stairwelll leading up to the room, did not smell in the room so wasn't a problem just slightly unpleasant going up the stairs

Apartment was great value for money and had everything you could hope for, including a full kitchenette. check in process was faultless and simple. Location was close to underground and overground services, meaning it was simple to travel to more central locations. Even though it was close to a main road, apartment was well insulated and quiet.

In a lovely area with many shops and restaurants. Appreciated the kitchenette.

Rooms on the courtyard are noisy due to the cafe which stays open very late. There is no elevator so we had to lug heavy suitcases up three flights.

The "kitchen" was adequate for make breakfast or small dinner. There was a toaster and kettle, microwave oven and fridge.

WiFi was not working, receptionists was informed about this problem twice during our stay (5 nights). They always promised repair, but it never happened.
