The flat is very beautiful. You have a feeling of space and feeling at home. The location in great in a safe neighbourhood surrounded by restaurants, shops and amazing parc. The appartment is quiet even if you are up to the bar/restaurant - the food at oak and poppy is very nice and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely come back

You could add napkins and some more tissues to the kitchen and bathroom. For a week of stay you could also offer one cleaning and replacing plastic bags in the bin. We had to ask.

Excellent location in Hampstead. Lovely apartment with absolutely everything required for a comfortable stay. The restaurant downstairs was fabulous for breakfast. We will most definitely return again soon.

Only one issue for us. Ideally we would have liked a locked storage room when leaving our luggage when we checked out at 11am…it appeared to have been placed by the stairs to the toilets which wasn’t as we had hoped. We would have rated 10 if the luggage could have been stored in a more secure location only staff could enter.

everything! the apartment was far beyond expectations: Cozy, big, well equipped, clean, shiny, everything you need. location was perfect for my needs, and above all: the team is just wonderful! so nice and gentle, willing to help with any need or question. The restaurant downstairs is also very good, great atmosphere, food and service. I highly recommend the place.!

there is no elevator in the building - BUT - the staff is so willing to help you with your luggage that you don't really feel it at all.

This apartment was lovely, it was very modern, highly equipped, and very comfortable. The view from the bedroom being the large stained glass window of the church behind the property was stunning. The hosts of the property were amazing, I can't thank them enough for making our stay so smooth. They were incredible! We were staying for my partners birthday and valentine's day, and this was perfect. Also, if you stay here, you must eat at the restaurant downstairs, the food was excellent, the nicest place I've eaten in a long time. I can't recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I can't fault this place, everything was perfect

This is an exceptional apartment, with really lovely staff. We arrived late on a Friday night and the restaurant manager kept a table for us. The food and service at Oak and Poppy was excellent! We stayed 5 nights in London, and ended up eating at the restaurant twice! The apartment itself was beautifully designed and decorated. Lovely big windows and high ceilings. Beautiful furnishings, artwork and bed was very comfortable The hosts prepared the sofa bed, and left a bottle of wine and chocolate in the fridge upon arrival. Great hospitality! This is a really special place. Will definitely stay there next we are in London

Nothing. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at on our travels.

Everything was as it should be for a quality accommodation. Oak & Poppy was the very first place we have stayed at in over 20 years where they have thought of everything and we could not fault it. Staff very friendly and helpful. It may be a little higher priced than similar properties in the area however it was more than worth it in our opinion.

Nothing not to like at all.

Cozy, clean, modern, and very well designed. The exposed brick, wood beams, and high ceilings are an amazing design touch. Everything in the flat looked brand new and thoughtfully picked out… instead of a fast and cheap solution from Amazon. The bathroom was especially clean and I’m grateful for the full-sized amenity bottles provided. We loved our stay in this flat and enjoyed exploring Hampstead. Stefano was great and very communicative. Will definitely book again the next time I’m in London. Overall an awesome stay especially for the price. Highly recommend!

If I had to nitpick… the lack of an elevator if you have big heavy bags and are in flat 2.

Everything. The apartment is beautifully furnished in great comfort and with every attention to detail. The kitchen was so well equipped we wished we could have cooked a full meal there to benefit from it all. It’s an enormous space with high ceilings and beautiful tall doors. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner downstairs at Oak and Poppy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved it. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing, though the cleaner (as it transpired) was a little noisy downstairs in the restaurant at 4 am. She seemed to be having an animated phone call!

Staying in the heart of Hampstead was a delight. Great restaurants, shops and energy. Easy access to public transport and Hampstead Heath. And Oak & Poppy was the perfect home base. The flat is well kitted, spacious and well decorated. Loved it.

Everything about our stay at Oak & Poppy was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anybody visiting the area. Fabulously well-equipped, spotlessly clean, wonderfully furnished and incredibly comfortable, this place was a true home away from home. My wife and I were only disappointed we couldn't stay longer. Initially I was worried that, being above the restaurant, the apartment would be noisy and our ten-month-old son wouldn't sleep, but we couldn't hear a thing from downstairs or the street outside. As it turned out, he slept from 8pm until 8am and loved exploring the apartment. Unlike other London apartments, the one at Oak & Poppy is really quite large, with high ceilings, plenty of floor space and beautiful furnishings, and while not exactly a 'budget' option, it represents excellent value for money. Only five minutes from Hampstead tube station, almost brand-new and a five-star finish. Small details like zoned heating in the living room and bedroom, a tap that dispenses boiling water instead of waiting for a kettle to boil, complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge, sumptuous bedding and towels and all the comforts of home. Thoughtful details that make a big difference to your stay. We could live here! I've stayed in lots of hotels and apartments in the capital over the years but this one is by far the best. So glad we found it and will definitely be back again. Thanks to Bart and the rest of the staff for their friendly, discreet and highly professional approach. You've done a great job with the apartment and we had a brilliant time!
