Excellent property with very helpful staff. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We were a family of 6 and the 4 bedroom duplex was perfect for our needs.

I would suggest that they include much larger toiletries in the bathrooms. The bigger ones which you now find in hotels which are on the walls. When you are traveling you don’t want to be thinking of buying or Bringing these items with you. Also since it’s a serviced apartment and for the price would be ideal if they would I clean on a daily basis.

What you see is what you get, quite clean, helpful personnel, close to the city center (a few stops away - metro or bus)

Some problems with the hot water and some electrical fuses (I think everyone renting an apartment in Sanctum Belsize Road are facing those); the neighbourhood has some decent stores, restaurants and two lines of metro (Bakerloo and Overground), but it is quite dirty, nothing interesting there; we stayed 3 persons for 1 week but we only got 2 tickets to the gym / swimming pool located a few blocks from Sanctum Belsize Road (the third person has to pay 18 pounds)

We had a Very comfortable stay. Train and bus station were very close. Friendly staff Best part is they gave us complimentary upgrade from studio to 1- bedroom which was very comfortable with baby .

The only downside was hotel rooms don’t have dishwasher and there is no room service on weekends. Since Our stay was during weekends, it was little uncomfortable with doing the dishes manually with hectic schedules we had.

Lovely staff, there is a lady that was particularly nice to me at reception. Very lovely property would 100% stay there again.

“Pool” “gym” - they have a voucher system and many people have complained so I’m not sure why they don’t just change it. It doesn’t make sense, it’s not on the property and the gym is not to a high standard at at all! I had to join another gym but it’s good to be up front about this. The cleaning staff don’t seem to speak English which can be frustrating at times but they are very friendly.

Luxury and full facilities inside the apartment whether it is toilets or kitchen or bedrooms. Well connected to camden and notting hill and many other areas. Bus station at door step and train station just less than 2 mins walk.

Was expecting late check out by 12 but its ok we understand this since next customer was there already. Bell boy help got a bit late for my parents but they helped later during check in and check out. It was all good at the end.

This is the second time staying at the Sanctum Belsize location and I would highly recommend, excellent value, modern clean apartment. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect just outside busy London, but super well connected with bus stop directly in front of the building, underground and train just within 50m walk.

It would be nice to have the heat turned on before arrival to warm up the place. Having the apartment just behind reception, all noise was very easily heard - maybe insulated doors here would be ideal. Other than that everything was perfect :)

the constant call to remind me of checkout. Checkout was at 11am and i got called like 3 times in the morning about my checkout. It was rather bothersome and seemed to be a downer on what had been a beautiful stay.

Slight discomfort with certain facilities you'd expect from a hotel/service apartment not present but that's not a real major issue. However, it does prevent me from giving the stay a 10/10 rating

It is not our first time staying with Sanctum Belsize Road. We love their home feels luxury apartments and their friendliness. The staff at the lobby are always so helpful and smiling at anytime. We will only be staying with Sanctum whenever we are coming to the UK. Thank you Sanctum Team.

Hmmm… so far nothing to complain and there’s nothing that we didn’t like!

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it won't be the last! First of all, as a serviced apartment, the size of the place is pretty good, better than most places I stayed in London before. Small team of staff but they are all amazing and helpful. The apartment had all the amenities you could ask for, including fully equipped kitchen which we used for cooking full meals. And one of the best toilet features: water hose! The location is also great just at the edge of Zone 2, with Kilburn park underground station less than 5 minutes walk away, Bakerloo line takes you to central London in short ride. Supermarkets and restaurants open until late. Many many options for halal food everywhere.
