Beds are very, very comfortable! Hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants and has a lovely restaurant/ bar downstairs.

Reception staff seemed to be always stressed and put out by guests (actively ignoring some) it’s good to acknowledge people even if they have to wait. One of the elevators was out of service while the other was extremely slow, no one bothered to mention there were more around the corner. Room service was terrible! The food served was over cooked, yet cold. Extremely disappointing , considering the setting and the price paid.

Person in room next door was smoking and the smell came into our room, we tried wedging towels under the door but the smell still came in. We complained to reception who apologised (I know it’s not their fault) and sent management and security up. This kept happening though, it would have been nice if they offered us a room change or moved the person who was smoking or removed them from the building for repeatedly doing it. I had a small child with me who has asthma and we returned home with all our belonging smelling of cigarette smoke.

A nice comfortable hotel which allowed all four of us in a family room with two twin beds. The room was neat and the bathroom was very nice. There was room cleaning everyday which was great. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was quite good as well. This worked for our family of four.

The location is a little out of the center of London so you have to call a taxi which can get expensive going back and forth. We used the tube/underground from Kilburn Park to get to most places. There aren’t a ton of restaurants around that you can walk to here and nothing much to see or do in the area.

The outside of the hotel is so charming, beautiful floral display. Because we were there in Winter and it poured rain, I didn’t get to take any cute pictures. But it was well done. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Our room was ready early! The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Water temperature and pressure amazing. The staff were so help. Anything we asked for - ice, collecting a package, toilet paper, they exceeded our expectations. The breakfast spread was fantastic. And everything was tasty. Which was most important. I stayed for a medical board exam so I basically spent 48 hours in the room before the exam and it was so comfortable and I was very happy with my choice.

Even though I checked the location before I came, it is a little more out of the way than I thought. Commuting via tube when it’s pouring rain is a little impractical so we ended up using taxis/ubers the entire time.

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. No external noise so no being woken in the middle of the night. Hotel smells lovely.

When I checked in I had to provide photo I.d. This was not made clear enough upon booking. It might be in small print or t and c but not explicit. If my husband had not have had a photo of my drivers license on his phone I would not have been able to check in. They wouldn’t allow my husband who has the same surname to use his drivers license and book us in. This is a real problem. My advice would be to make this REALLY CLEAR. Also- rooms got stuffy even with AC because you can’t open windows.

We took a family room with 2 double beds. The room is spacious and comfortable, very comfortable beds, only missing a closet to put clothes but we managed inside the suitcases. Every day they clean and change towels, and you get bottles of water every day which is great. There is a safe, a refrigerator and we didn't lack anything. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful with any questions. In short, a perfect hotel if you ignore its location which is quite remote but not really bothersome because the transport in London is great and you use it anyway, so 20 minutes and you are in the center of things. Highly recommend the hotel and the staff.

Distance from the city (but not too bad). Lack of closets.

The staff were so polite and helpful, the concierge lady pulled out all the stops to entertain my children while i was trying to sort out with a couple of check in issues (my own fault) she was sp sweet I really wish I could remember her name, the sleep was super comfortable, we were walking distance from shops and food places and not far from hyde park and the london eye which was the purpose of our stay.

The parking was quite expensive £20 per night on top of our very expensive new years eve stay and you have to leave the hotel to use the bannnantynes pool which was closed new years day and second day we were too cold to want to leave the building to go somewhere else just for the swimming, think this needs to be clearer on the page

The location was pretty good, a fairly short walk to the Tube station and just a few stops to the city. The room was good, fairly well laid out, relatively spacious for London, good power points, big TV, nice shower.

The bed was 2 singles pushed together. Staff and cost good but not great. Cost also good but not great. A charge was put on my bill for WiFi, but removed at checkout. The room could benefit from a mid-life refresh. The proprietary TV system was annoying.

Hotel, staff and room excellent, stylish and comfy.

Breakfast was dreadful. Staff rude, and looked at us in disgust when we asked for anything. Not explained how breakfast worked. Given a table but not ready, was not set after we came back with our food, had to ask for glasses and cutlery. When asking if more eggs were coming was snapped at by the chef. Coffee machine not working, asked how to work the other one and was snapped at again. Breakfast food was not even that nice for what we did get. Let's the hotel down completely. Save your money and eat elsewhere!

Very smart hotel that I managed to pick up on Booking.com for a great rate. Family room was spacious and comfortable for 4 of us.Room was quiet and well furnished. Toilletries in the bathroom were very nice. Water in the fridge was welcome. Well located for The Tube and plenty of buses going past the front door.

Booked this hotel for the children as it had a pool. However, the pool was dark, smelly and filthy so we only went in once. Breakfast was £17/25 per person. Didnt bother as there were plenty of cheaper breakfast options locally.
