This little apartment was wonderful! The staff was welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. It was perfectly spotless, quiet, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. Quaint location in Little Venice - neat cafes along the water within walking distance. The views out the windows of the third story were magical! Beautiful bathrooms, cute and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and beds -- just perfect.

There is not much negative to say about this property. The hot water could be a little finicky, and the furnishings are sparse in the living room that we had. But it was comfortable and perfect for our trip!

We liked everything. We had apartment #4 (2 bdrm) and it was excellent. Clean, very comfortable beds, great little kitchen, good heating, windows that open, great showers, beautiful private gardens, and brilliant staff. Chris was welcoming and very helpful when we needed. Good access to the tube - Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale stations (on the Bakerloo line). Paddington Station is only a 15 minute walk away where you can access a number of other lines. Tesco’s up the road provided all we needed for breakfast and dinner. there is also the Provençal Butcher up from Tescos which has excellent quality meat but is a little pricey. Close to Regents Canal which you can walk along to the zoo (25 mins) and then onto Camden Town (another 10 mins). It is mostly a very quiet neighborhood - a bit of music from the pub next door on Saturday night but apart from that you will get a great nights sleep. We would definitely stay again.

Tucked in a quiet and beautiful residential area, the apartment provides almost all you will need for a pleasant stay. The decor and amenities aren’t the fanciest type, but all are down to earth, comfortable and pragmatic. You can even leave your luggage for a while after checking out. This is certainly a big “plus” to people who are leaving in the evening.

Not really anything in particular. Maybe offering a second hair blower/dryer in the second guest room will add more convenience.

Great location, nice area, easy to get to & convenient for tube. Clean, very spacious accommodation and nicely decorated. Well equipped with thoughtful, quality amenities- toiletries, coffee, tea, bottled water etc plenty of towels, and loo roll, hairdryer, ironing board etc. Good quality beds. Good water pressure for very decent shower! Secure lobby entrance, and secure parking available. Good communication in advance.

Second bedroom on the smaller side (vs very spacious master) but still plenty of wardrobe storage and twin beds. Would suggest zip and link to connect these/convert to king as an option.

Centrally heated, well presented Spacious & clean 2 bedroom apartment with bedding that is extremely comfortable! Complimentary spring water, selection of teas & coffee pods & milk. Safe & secure - Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs and 2 tube stations on Bakerloo line 👍🏻 and only a stop away from Paddington Station. Staffer Chris welcomed us & provided tips on best places to eat etc. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible time staying at this flat in London. The space was spacious, immaculate, and incredibly well-maintained. The location was absolutely perfect - everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. The convenience made our experience even more enjoyable. The comfort and cleanliness of the flat made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the ideal London stay. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Beds, bedding and bathrooms - all fresh modern and very clean. Excellent kitchen facilities Very spacious apartment in a lovely neighborhood.

Checkin is tricky on weekends as there’s no one on the Reception desk. The instructions don’t come thru the Booking.com system easily. Did require a call to confirm the door code and key retrieval from the lock box, however, dealt with promptly. Awkward dining room chairs and only one very low couch for 4 people.

We had a great stay at Europa House. The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, very clean, and well looked after—perfect for our family. It felt comfortable and homely, with everything we needed. A big thank you to Chris, who made the check-in really smooth and was always helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet and well-managed place in London

I stayed for (9) nights and truly it was a memorable and mesmerized experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, always offering support and guidance. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with all necessary tools and equipment. There is a private park where you can have a unique experiment in term of relaxation. Very good location in the quiet neighbourhood of Maida Vale. Very clean, comfortable beds, the facilities are outstanding including the washing machine, coffee machine etc. Very bright and cozy flat with everything you’d need for a short stay. Despite the wold weather, is was always very comfortable inside which is a rarity for London. We forgot a credit card and were kindly notified by a member of staff shortly after our departure.
