As a family of 3, we loved everything about this property. You feel very welcomed as soon as you enter the main doors. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is big enough for family with toddlers. Our daughter hates hotels as she feels suffocated in a single room but loved this facility as the bedroom and living area were separate. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and having a balcony is a bonus. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher available in the kitchen. The bathroom has a bath tub and bathroom necessities. The location is very close to Central London and there is bus and tube options to other areas of London right by the building. The shops are very close as it is on the high street. The area is more affordable compared to other areas in London. We enjoyed sitting at a cafe nearby every morning and watch all kinds of people walking by. We will definitely be back.

There is only one sofa that seats 2 people, which meant one of us had to sit on the chair. They could opt for a L shaped seater, which can easily fit in the room and allow more people to sit.

Easy to check in (24hrs front desk), very attentive and friendly staff. Location is great with about 20 minutes away by underground tube or 30 minutes away by the buses to the center and the main attractions. Note that there's not much to see or do within the walking distance. The set up of the place is similar to any typical hotel, but with added living room and open kitchen. The dishwasher and laundry washer/dryer is very handy as well.

My first choice when I need to book and apt. Location is good. Its near tesco and bus stop. Apt is well equipped and clean. Feels like home.

Its expensive. But if you need to do laundry and cook your meals this is the place to stay. I hope when the Do Not Disturb sign is hanging on the door, housekeeping should respect my privacy. Even if the intention was to clean up my trash bin. I hope this wont happen again.

Great location and fantastic value for money. Tesco express short walk away. Clean and comfortable. Secure parking. Friendly attentive concierge/reception staff. Lift to upper floors. Entire unit wheelchair accessible as described.

Nothing I didn’t like.

The room was ideal for us. 24/7 reception was always responsive. Rooms clean and spacious. There is quite heavy traffic outside but good windows prevent from noise. Good public transport connection. Bus16 stops from/to Victoria Station just meters from the entrance. Underground and Train only minuts away. Shops for good and beverage within short distance remain open until late in the evening.

Keycard We were 3 (myself 67y, my Wife 61y, nephew 14y) The checkin insisted that only 2 keycards can be provided. There is no risk for you to provide more cards. The validity of the keys can be determined and we are in 2022 and not like many years ago where keys not returned could become a severe problem for hotels.

Spacious apartment with huge windows and small balcony, which was nice. Bathroom spacious with good shower and the bed wasKing size, super comfy.

the lighting was a bit poor; I was working home during the day and even on a sunny day, with the large windows, the spot lights were not powerful and it was a bit dark.

The staff were absolutely lovely. Always on hand and very helpful. Apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Secure parking (though expensive) on site.

Temperature set at FIRE OF MORDOR. You could turn it down, but every morning it reverted. This is probably a good thing, if you have arrived from a very hot country.

Luxury apartment and clean toilet with water bidet. Perfect location near supermarket and halal restaurant and underground and stop bus.

Wonderful, large space to share with friends. Decorated and furnished to a high standard. All kitchen utensils available. Air con and heating was a bonus. Staff friendly.

We had booked a suite with a balcony but apparently room was unavailable when we checked in.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with a nice living room (dining table and sofa) and a kitchen that has everything you need. Daily servicing is a great value. The staff at reception is extremely friendly and helpful
