The interior design was beautiful and clean. Staff friendly

The rooms had sewage smell at times. Also I paid an extra night but couldn’t cancel although it was 3 days prior to my departure

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Brand new building with an elevator. Impeccably clean. Very friendly staff. I was traveling with my Mom and the one bedroom apartment was wonderful, especially the shower - rain shower with wonderful water pressure. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Very close to a convenient tube station. Apartment was cleaned M/W/F and trash was emptied every day, which was a nice perk.

The only thing I did not like was the washing machine - somewhat difficult to figure out, especially the water temperature - I ended up not really using it because I was afraid my clothes would shrink due to the hot water.

strategic location to bus/tube station, close to grocery stores. very nice apartment with lift facility, which is important to elderly people who travelled with me polite and helpful staff. cleaning service

Only one door card access for one apartment, make it very inconvenience for us since we have 6 person stayed in this apartment, and the timing to go out from apartment varies.

Close to a few shops, restaurants, cafes, and Regent’s Park. The two bedroom is ideal for a family of 5. It is convenient to have a kitchen, washer & dryer. The place is a good option for longer stays

The checkout time at 11am is a bit early. I tried to extend it because my fairer was a bit sick but my request was rejected. Although it was full, I think they could have extended it for an hours or two bearing in mind the check in time is 4pm. In addition, it would be good to give better rates for longer stays (a week+)

studio was on below ground floor (underground) with no sun,light,air and totally dark.underground train passing right below making horrible sound. There is a whole underground floor that is mentioned nowhere!! No veranda as shown on misleading hotel site pictures but a window facing a wall.

completely new, air conditioned, accommodating/flexible, ACCEPTS PACKAGES (big one), good housekeeping, porter available 24/7, safe… good location next to the cute and residential St. John’s wood high street.

slightly small in size .. but that’s expected for the area. and a bit pricey but still good value.

Clearly a very new development, I was very impressed by the quality of all the fittings - no expense had been spared. Facilities were good too, especially the showers (two of them!) and kitchen.

Windows were very small, providing very little natural light. This was due to the strange U-shape of our suite, resulting in two separate and narrow outer walls.

The reservation was not clear that they will locate us to the basement,when asked at the facility to relocate to a higer floor, they told to pay extra 495 pounds

The staff were very helpful. The facilities were excellent. One of the best places around.ĺ

Room LG 02 on the lower ground floors bathroom had a tendency to give a bad smell, but the staff did their best to try to stop this. Moved to another room.
