After reading the reviews I was a bit scared, as i read about filthy rooms, people being scammed and rude personal. For me I can say that these reviews are either false, or I simply got lucky. Our room was perfectly clean, we got clean towels every day, our bed was made every time we came back in the evening and we got everything that we paid for. The staff was okay, they did not seem to care that much but definitely were not rude as the reviews said. We also met the cleaning lady which was definitly very nice.We were told that we have to pay a deposit of 50£ for the room, but it's been only 2 days from our checkout and they already sent us the money back. There is a Tesco express just 3 minutes from this hotel, which was nice. There is also a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

I would say that the only downside of this accomodation was its location. It was not terrible, but we didnt feel very safe walking there at night. But that is only my personal opinion. I do not think that we would get robbed or that something could happen to us, I just noticed lots of strange looking or drunk people with antisotial behaviour. However that was completly okay, as the bus stop was right in front of the door to this hotel (literally 3 steps). The metro station is about a 6 minute walk and you can get to the center of London within 15minutes from this street, either by bus or metro.

The hotel location is absolutely perfect: there are bus stops with buses going to the center and Edgware metro station with Backerlo and Circle lines. The room is quite small, but there is everything one can need: fully equipped kitchenette with micro, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishware. There is coffee machine with capsules; there teabags and biscuits. There was something wrong with my machine, or I just didn't know how to use it, any way it was fixed straight away. There was also hairdryer, safe-box and tv. The room was very clean: the towels were changed every day. There is something with sound isolation: you can hear when somebody is walking in the upstairs room, but actually there was so little of it, so it didn't really bother. There is 24h registration desk. The personal was very friendly and always eager to help and give an advice. There are also plenty of food stores and restaurants around.

The clean, modern and fresh decor, from the entrance, through reception and up to and (most importantly, the room). The frontage does not look promising, but once you go through the front door you enter another world. The contrast has to be experienced. The bed was comfortable and a good size. The room was quiet, the staff were welcoming and unobtrusive. The location was excellent for easy access to the centre of London. Edgware Road has two tube stations and the Bakerloo line one is not a busy one.

Minor grumble, but some complimentary tea and coffee would have been most welcome.

The location and how quiet it was despite its location, in the very busy Edgware road. This is a perfect place for tourists that plan to see the big landmarks in London, as it is so well connected. You have bus 98 and 6 that drop you by the hotel door running all day, till late hours in thr morning and Edgware road tube station at 5-10min walk. Edgware road is very near Paddington train and tube station too, and you could walk there to enjoy the restaurants in Paddington Basin. If you walk approx 15min you get to the beautiful Little Venice, really worth visiting. Also, 15-20 min walk the long Edgware road, you will get to Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Marylebone Station and Regent's Park is pretty close too, approx 25-30 min walk or just 3 tube stops on the Bakerloo line.

Everything was good. Room a bit tight but the space was very well used as it has a kitchen , wardrobe, with iron, ironboard,, hair dryer, coffee machine. In the room, although a bit close too the bed you have a desk and 2 chairs, ideal for laptop or to dine in :-)

The room is adequately spacious for two guests and maintains a high standard of cleanliness. While the exterior of the Nox Hotel on Edgware Road may seem uninviting and a bit sketchy, stepping inside reveals a surprisingly modern and well-appointed interior that exceeds expectations.

We stayed overnight in Room 205, and the fan was not working, making the room uncomfortably hot since there is no AC. I contacted the manager, who I believe is from Moldova can't recall his name, but he was quite rude and offered no assistance, not even the option of providing a fan. This level of service is unacceptable.

This hotel is very close to metro station and location is convenient for shopping. The staff were very helpful especially Dinesh was a lifesaver when we needed help. Our special thanks go to Dinesh and Sazhida (sorry, if the spelling is wrong) who were helping us when we needed.

The size of room. We are disappointed about free taxi ride from the airport which was advertised in booking.com. It never happened even though we waited 45 minutes looking for the taxi as promised by booking.com. We know it is not the fault of the hotel but the advertisement in booking.com is misleading.

Exactly as pictured, this room was spotlessly cleaned, modern and well maintained. It had fantastic facilities including stove, fridge, microwave etc. the location was right next to both buses and the subway so it was very convenient for getting around all of London easily. It was a hassle free booking and we would highly recommend it.

It would’ve been nice to have more natural light and some air con as reception stated there was no working air con however this didn’t impact our stay drastically.

Friendly and helpful staff, 24/7 reception. Very clean and tidy. The room had great amenities, including a safe, temperature control, and a small kitchen with a hob, cutlery, dishes, a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The sound insulation is very good, could not hear anything from outside or from other rooms. The location is ideal, a short walk from the two Edgware Road tube stations (serviced by the Bakerloo, Central, District, and Hammersmith lines), and just beside a bus stop. The street it's on is busy, with loads of small shops, a market, kebab place etc. It's also within 20 min on foot from Hyde Park, Regent's Park, Portobello Market, or a straight 40-45 min walk from Soho if you have the time.

The price is a bit steep, but that's just London, not a reflection of the hotel itself. Well worth the price compared to other accomodation.

The design was modern, stylish, clean and spacious for a single night stay. The heating and Aircon were very effective. The TV a good size. The bed was great. Nice pillows. Fantastic shower.

The tea and coffee was awkward, a real let down considering the overall quality. This simple thing was presented poorly and disjointed. This should all have been in the kitchenette area but it wasn't. The cups were too small, the tea and coffee was in a draw inside a cupboard that would have been better used for clothes. There was a coffee maker in the cupboard but the kettle was in the kitchenette and the bin was under the dressing table. Disjointed. Put it all in one location.

I recently stayed at NOX Edgware Road in London with my wife for 5 days, and we were very pleased with our experience. The staff was trustworthy and professional; I accidentally left a watch in the safe when we checked out, and they returned it to me immediately. The rooms are small but very clean, offering excellent value for money considering the quality and location. It’s just a 15-minute walk to Hyde Park, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
