Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend. Facilities are new and well-maintained. Shower and bed were both great. Location and surroundings are not the best, but transport is very convenient. Bus stop right downstairs, 5 min walk to the underground. Lots of Middle Eastern food downstairs. Reception was friendly and helped us with luggage.

Check-out time was 11 AM, but around 8 AM on our last morning, we were suddenly woken up by a staff member trying to forcefully enter our room. They repeatedly swiped a card and pushed the door aggressively, despite it being locked. My friend shouted “Excuse me!”, but there was no reply, no apology — just silence. Then we heard them quietly dragging trash bags away. We were shocked and couldn’t understand why any staff would try to enter a guest room without warning at that hour. We lost about an hour of sleep and reported it to the front desk, but since there was no confrontation, nothing much was done. Although the previous three nights were almost perfect, this last-day incident ruined the experience and made it impossible to give a full five-star review.

Amazing central location, the actual positioning couldn’t be better. Room was very clean and high-spec. Amazing value for money and air con was fantastic. Staff were friendly and good service throughout.

The kitchen is not a separate space as suggested in photos, it’s in a cupboard. The surrounding area is good for connections to London, BUT I absolutely would NOT stay here as a woman alone, or in a female only party. I would say you need at least 1 male in your party to feel safe. I don’t want this review to be blocked so take from that what you will.

After reading the reviews I was a bit scared, as i read about filthy rooms, people being scammed and rude personal. For me I can say that these reviews are either false, or I simply got lucky. Our room was perfectly clean, we got clean towels every day, our bed was made every time we came back in the evening and we got everything that we paid for. The staff was okay, they did not seem to care that much but definitely were not rude as the reviews said. We also met the cleaning lady which was definitly very nice.We were told that we have to pay a deposit of 50£ for the room, but it's been only 2 days from our checkout and they already sent us the money back. There is a Tesco express just 3 minutes from this hotel, which was nice. There is also a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

I would say that the only downside of this accomodation was its location. It was not terrible, but we didnt feel very safe walking there at night. But that is only my personal opinion. I do not think that we would get robbed or that something could happen to us, I just noticed lots of strange looking or drunk people with antisotial behaviour. However that was completly okay, as the bus stop was right in front of the door to this hotel (literally 3 steps). The metro station is about a 6 minute walk and you can get to the center of London within 15minutes from this street, either by bus or metro.

Really nice hotel from inside. Extremely nice staff, and there were a few hairs on the bed and the floor when we first entered the room. Everything else war in pristine condition. Especially loved the bed, the bathroom and the hidden kitchen. Everything else inside was very nice.

The location‘s social surroundings , however, surprised us. Rather run down appearance, noisy, poor and crowded by a particular social group. A few hundred metres to the northeast, the south or the west, this was completely different. But we should have done the research before booking, so it’s kind of our fault, too.

The rooms are great. Small but comfy, modern and to have the kitchenette is such a great facility if staying a few nights like I did.

I was unfortunate, despite asking for a quiet room i was in the room nearest rhe lift, although that didn't cause to much noise but I was unlucky to have incredibly noisy and inconsiderate people in the room above and the banging around went on for hours. I did mention it to reception but was just told if it happens after 11pm to let them know. But I was working, up early so wanted to be in bed much earlier. So I had little sleep, and had the same issue 3 nights running.

Great location close to the tube station, we were able to leave our luggage and go explore the city before our check-in. The staff was great and we had a nice chat with the receptionist who recommended some places to eat locally. Access to our floor with a lift, everything was quiet and super clean. The room and the hotel were newly decorated/refurbished and looked great. We had enough space for two, with our mini kitchenette and a 5* shower ! Plugs next to the bed were a great touch for the connected traveler too. But seriously, great shower! I have stayed in 4*-5* hotels before that did not have that quality in the shower. Also the bed was very comfortable and the air con welcome as it was a warm weekend. I will come back next time I am in London!

We forgot to bring our own tea/coffee. There were 2 tea bags (+ suger+2 biscuits) on the tray in the room that we used on day 1, but we would have liked it to be refilled on the second day. Next time we will bring our own tea bags to make sure we can have a brew in room :)

The clean, modern and fresh decor, from the entrance, through reception and up to and (most importantly, the room). The frontage does not look promising, but once you go through the front door you enter another world. The contrast has to be experienced. The bed was comfortable and a good size. The room was quiet, the staff were welcoming and unobtrusive. The location was excellent for easy access to the centre of London. Edgware Road has two tube stations and the Bakerloo line one is not a busy one.

Minor grumble, but some complimentary tea and coffee would have been most welcome.

The hotel location is absolutely perfect: there are bus stops with buses going to the center and Edgware metro station with Backerlo and Circle lines. The room is quite small, but there is everything one can need: fully equipped kitchenette with micro, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishware. There is coffee machine with capsules; there teabags and biscuits. There was something wrong with my machine, or I just didn't know how to use it, any way it was fixed straight away. There was also hairdryer, safe-box and tv. The room was very clean: the towels were changed every day. There is something with sound isolation: you can hear when somebody is walking in the upstairs room, but actually there was so little of it, so it didn't really bother. There is 24h registration desk. The personal was very friendly and always eager to help and give an advice. There are also plenty of food stores and restaurants around.

The location and how quiet it was despite its location, in the very busy Edgware road. This is a perfect place for tourists that plan to see the big landmarks in London, as it is so well connected. You have bus 98 and 6 that drop you by the hotel door running all day, till late hours in thr morning and Edgware road tube station at 5-10min walk. Edgware road is very near Paddington train and tube station too, and you could walk there to enjoy the restaurants in Paddington Basin. If you walk approx 15min you get to the beautiful Little Venice, really worth visiting. Also, 15-20 min walk the long Edgware road, you will get to Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Marylebone Station and Regent's Park is pretty close too, approx 25-30 min walk or just 3 tube stops on the Bakerloo line.

Everything was good. Room a bit tight but the space was very well used as it has a kitchen , wardrobe, with iron, ironboard,, hair dryer, coffee machine. In the room, although a bit close too the bed you have a desk and 2 chairs, ideal for laptop or to dine in :-)

The room is adequately spacious for two guests and maintains a high standard of cleanliness. While the exterior of the Nox Hotel on Edgware Road may seem uninviting and a bit sketchy, stepping inside reveals a surprisingly modern and well-appointed interior that exceeds expectations.

We stayed overnight in Room 205, and the fan was not working, making the room uncomfortably hot since there is no AC. I contacted the manager, who I believe is from Moldova can't recall his name, but he was quite rude and offered no assistance, not even the option of providing a fan. This level of service is unacceptable.
